The continuous growth of the biomedical market highlights the significance of improvement in the ef-ficiency of batch production for protein drug ***,we investigated the effect of polymer-modified Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles on lysozyme(Lys)crystallization at different conditions,using function-alized Fe_(3)O_(4) magnetic nanoparticles(Polymer C@Fe_(3)O_(4))as nucleation *** study revealed that the surface charge density of Polymer C@Fe_(3)O_(4) was highest at a modification mass ratio of Fe_(3)O_(4) to Polymer C is 8∶*** ratio facilitates the augmentation of electrostatic interaction and the promotion of *** adding 15%of the PolymerC@Fe_(3)O_(4) prepared from Fe_(3)O_(4) with an average particle size of 150 nm,the magnetic core lysozyme(M-Lys)crystals with an average particle size of 11.08μm,narrow size distribution,and regular morphology were obtained in a yield of 82.42%within 60 min.

This paper proposed a new structure of highly-dense micro-jet arrays for hybrid jet-impingement/microchannel heat sinks(~120 jet per cm^(2) with jet width of 0.35 mm).Parametric study is performed to investigate the influence of structure and flow parameters on the convective heat transfer of water jet cooling in confined *** simulation results show that the optimal jet width,jet spacing and impingement distance are around 0.2 mm,0.2 mm and 0.3 mm,respectively,which can achieve a low thermal resistance as well as a relatively low pressure *** analysis of the heat transfer pathways shows that the micro-fin jet structures can extend the impinging heat transfer area and conduct a considerable proportion of heat,which can reach up to 38.9%with the Reynolds number ranging from 797.1 to *** heat transfer characteristics in the heat sink will shift from impingement dominated heat transfer to the channel-convection dominated heat transfer as the jet impingement distance increases.A correlation is proposed to predict the average Nusselt number on the stagnation area for the heat sink with different structure parameters,and the deviations of predictions from the numerical results are less than 10%.

This paper aims to construct a two-grid scheme of fully discretized expanded mixed finite element methods for optimal control problems governed by parabolic integro-differential equations and discuss a priori error estimates. The state variables and co-state variables are discretized by the lowest order Raviart-Thomas mixed finite element, and the control variable is approximated by piecewise constant functions. The time derivative is discretized by the backward Euler method. Firstly, we define some new mixed elliptic projections and prove the corresponding error estimates which play an important role in subsequent convergence ***, we derive a priori error estimates for all variables. Thirdly, we present a two-grid scheme and analyze its convergence. In the two-grid scheme, the solution of the parabolic optimal control problem on a fine grid is reduced to the solution of the parabolic optimal control problem on a much coarser grid and the solution of a decoupled linear algebraic system on the fine grid and the resulting solution still maintains an asymptotically optimal accuracy. At last, a numerical example is presented to verify the theoretical results.

The space-air-ground integrated networks (SAGIN) has emerged as a critical paradigm to address the growing demands for global connectivity and enhanced communication services. This paper gives a thorough review of the strategies and methodologies for resource allocation within SAGIN, focusing on the challenges and solutions within its complex structure. With the advent of technologies such as 6G, the dynamics of resource optimization have become increasingly complex, necessitating innovative approaches for efficient management. We examine the application of mathematical optimization, game theory, artificial intelligence (AI), and dynamic optimization techniques in SAGIN,offering insights into their effectiveness in ensuring optimal resource distribution, minimizing delays, and maximizing network throughput and stability. The survey highlights the significant advances in AI-based methods,particularly deep learning and reinforcement learning, in tackling the inherent challenges of SAGIN resource allocation. Through a critical review of existing literature, this paper categorizes various resource allocation strategies, identifies current research gaps, and discusses potential future directions. Our findings highlight the crucial role of integrated and intelligent resource allocation mechanisms in realizing the full potential of SAGIN for next-generation communication networks.

Wind disturbance compensated path-following control for fixed-wing UAVs in arbitrarily strong winds

Wind is the primary challenge for low-speed fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles to follow a predefined flight *** cope with various wind conditions,this paper proposes a wind disturbance compensated path following control strategy where the wind disturbance estimate is incorporated with the nominal guiding vector field to provide the desired airspeed direction for the *** the control input vector for the outer-loop kinematic subsystem needs to satisfy a magnitude constraint,a scaling mechanism is introduced to tune the proportions of the compensation and nominal ***,an optimization problem is formulated to pursue a maximum wind compensation in strong winds,which can be solved analytically to yield two scaling factors.A cascaded inner-loop tracking controller is also designed to fulfill the outer-loop wind disturbance compensated guiding vector ***-fidelity simulation results under sensor noises and realistic winds demonstrate that the proposed path following algorithm is less sensitive to sensor noises,achieves promising accuracy in normal winds,and mitigates the deviation from a desired path in wild winds.

The accurate estimation of parameters is the premise for establishing a high-fidelity simulation model of a valve-controlled cylinder *** test data are easily obtained,but it is challenging to emulate actual loads in the research on parameter estimation of valve-controlled cylinder *** the actual load information contained in the operating data of the control valve,its acquisition remains *** paper proposes a method that fuses bench test and operating data for parameter estimation to address the aforementioned *** proposed method is based on Bayesian theory,and its core is a pool fusion of prior information from bench test and operating ***,a system model is established,and the parameters in the model are ***,the bench and operating data of the system are ***,the model parameters and weight coefficients are estimated using the data fusion ***,the estimated effects of the data fusion method,Bayesian method,and particle swarm optimisation(PSO)algorithm on system model parameters are *** research shows that the weight coefficient represents the contribution of different prior information to the parameter estimation *** effect of parameter estimation based on the data fusion method is better than that of the Bayesian method and the PSO *** load complexity leads to a decrease in model accuracy,highlighting the crucial role of the data fusion method in parameter estimation studies.

Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(NVP),as a great potential cathode candidate for Na-ion batteries(NIBs),has attracted enormous interest due to its three-dimensional(3D)large open framework for convenient Na+transport,yet its practical application is still limited by its inferior electron conductivity and sluggish Na+diffusion ***,the tiny Cr doped hierarchical NVP micro-flower cathodes(i.e.,Na_(3)V_(2-x)Crx(PO_(4))_(3)@C,x≤0.1),which are self-assembled with single-crystal nanoflake subunits in-situ coated with carbon nano-shell,are designed and fabricated via a scalable *** optimized cathode,i.e.,Na_(3)V_(1.94)Cr_(0.06)(PO_(4))_(3)@C(NVCP-6),was endowed with more electro-active Na(2)sites and higher electronic/ionic conductivity for efficient sodium *** from these competitive merits,the NVCP-6,when evaluated as a cathode towards NIBs,exhibits an ultrahigh-rate capability of 99.8 mAh·g^(-1)at 200 C and superior stability of 82.2%over 7300 cycles at 50 ***,the NVCP-6 based full NIBs display remarkable electrochemical properties in terms of both high-rate capacities and long-duration cycling properties at different temperatures(-20–50°C).The contribution,i.e.,the design of“four ounces can move a thousand pounds”,here will promote the practical industrial application of NVP towards advanced NIBs.

Tuning the coordination atoms of central metal is an effective means to improve the electrocatalytic activity of atomic ***,iridium(Ir) is proposed to be asymmetrically anchored by sp-N and pyridinic N of hydrogen-substituted graphdiyne(HsGDY),and coordinated with OH as an Ir atomic catalyst(Ir_(1)-N-HsGDY).The electron structures,especially the d-band center of Ir atom,are optimized by these specific coordination ***,the as-synthesized Ir_(1)-N-HsGDY exhibits excellent electrocatalytic performances for oxygen reduction and hydrogen evolution reactions in both acidic and alkaline *** from the unique structure of HsGDY,IrN_(2)(OH)_(3) has been developed and demonstrated to act as the active site in these electrochemical *** those indicate the fresh role of the sp-N in graphdiyne in producing a new anchor way and contributing to promote the electrocatalytic activity,showing a new strategy to design novel electrochemical catalysts.

The orthorhombic CuNb2O6（O-CNO） is established as a competitive anode for lithium-ion capacitors（LICs） owing to its attractive compositional/structural ***,the high-temperature synthesis（>900 ℃） and controversial charge-storage mechanism always limit its ***,we develop a low-temperature strategy to fabricate a nano-blocksconstructed hierarchical accordional O-CNO framework by employing multilayered Nb2CTxas the niobium *** intrinsic stress-induced formation/transformation mechanism of the monoclinic CuNb2O6to O-CNO is tentatively put ***,the integrated phase conversion and solid solution lithium-storage mechanism is reasonably unveiled with comprehensive in（ex） situ *** to its unique structural merits and lithium-storage process,the resulted O-CNO anode is endowed with a large capacity of 150.3 mAh g-1at 2.0 A g-1,along with longduration cycling ***,the constructed O-CNO-based LICs exhibit a high energy(138.9 Wh kg-1) and power(4.0 kW kg-1) densities with a modest cycling stability（15.8% capacity degradation after 3000consecutive cycles）.More meaningfully,the in-depth insights into the formation and charge-storage process here can promote the extensive development of binary metal Nb-based oxides for advanced LICs.
