In this paper, core–shell quantum dots(QDs) with two polar surface functional groups(ZnSe/ZnS–COOH QDs and ZnSe/ZnS–NH_2 QDs) are synthesized in an aqueous phase. Photoluminescence(PL) and absorption spectra clearly indicate luminescence down-shifting(LDS) properties. On the basis of QDs, surface functional group multilayer LDS films(MLDSs) are fabricated through an electrostatic layer-by-layer(LBL) self-assembly method. The PL intensity increases linearly with the number of bilayers, showing a regular and uniform film growth. When the M-LDS is placed on the surface of a Si-based solar cell as an optical conversion layer for the first time, the external quantum efficiency(EQE) and shortcircuit current density(Jsc) notably increases for the LDS process. The EQE response improves in a wavelength region extending from the UV region to the blue region, and its maximum increase reaches more than 15% between 350 nm and 460 nm.

The article established the HDRICE model by modifying the structure of the ORYZA1 model and revising its parameters by field experiments. The HDRICE model consists of the modules of morphological development of rice, daily dry matter accumulation and partitioning, daily CO2 assimilation of the canopy, leaf area, and tiller development. The model preferably simulated the dynamic rice development because of the thorough integration of the effects of temperature and light on the rates of rice development, photosynthesis, respiration, and. other ecophysiological processes. In addition, this model has attainable grain yield in the test experiment that showed the potential yield of cultivar Xieyou 46 ranged from 11 to 13 tons ha-~. Besides, the model was used to optimize the combinations of the transplanting date, seedling age and density for cultivar Xieyou 46 at Jinhua area, and the population quantitative indices to attain the potential yield such as maximum stems, effective panicles, filled grain number/leaf area, and so on. The result showed that the combination of transplanting date on July 25, seedling age of 35 days and base seedling density of 1.33 x 106ha-1 is the optimum combination for the second hybrid rice production in Jinhua County, China. And the maximum stems, the effective panicles, the filled grain per panicle, the peak of optimum LAI, LAI in later filling stage, and the filled grain number/leaf were 6.03×10^6ha, 3.99×10^6ha, 119.2, 8.59, 5-6, and 0.64, respectively.

AIM： To observe the therapeutic effect of early administration of exogenous Basic fibroblast growth factor （bFGF） on acute edematous pancreatitis （AEP） in rats. METHODS： Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three （n = 10）： normal control group （group Ⅰ）, AEP group （group Ⅱ） and AEP with bFGF treatment group （group Ⅲ）. AEP was induced by subcutaneous injection of cerulein （5.5 μg/kg and 7.5 μg/kg） at 1 h interval into rats of groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ. Three hours after induction of AEP, 100 μg/kg bFGF was administrated intraperitoneally for 1h to group Ⅲ rats. For test of DNA synthesis in acinar cells, 5-bromo-2＇-deoxyuridine （BrdU） labeling solution was intraperitoneally injected into the rats of groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ 24 h after bFGF treatment. The changes in serum amylase, lipase, pancreatic tissue wet/dry ratio were detected. RESULTS： In bFGF treatment group, there was a significant decrease in the volume of serum amylase, lipase and the pancreatic wet/dry weight ratio（1383.0 ± 94.6 U/L, 194.0 ± 43.6 U/L, 4.32 ± 0.32） compared to AEP group （3464 ± 223,7 U/L, 456 ±68,7 U/L, 6.89 ± 0,47）（P 〈 0.01）, and no significant difference was found between bFGF treatment and control group （1289 ± 94.0 U/L, 171 ± 23.4 U/L, 4.12 ± 0.26, P 〉 0.05）. The inflammatory changes such as interstitial edema, polymorphonuclear neutrophUs （PMNs） and vacuolization were significantly ameliorated compared to AEP group （P 〈 0.01）. A small number of BrdU-labeled nuclei were observed in acinar cells of AEP rats （1.8 ± 0.3 nuclei/microscopic field, n = 10） while diffuse BrdU-labeled nuclei were found in bFGF-treated rats （18.9 ± 1.4 nuclei/microscopic field, n = 10）（P 〈 0.01）. Immunohistochemical study showed increased DNA synthesis in pancreatic acinar cells. CONCLUSION： Early administration of exogenous bFGF has significant therapeutic effect on cerulein-induced acute edematous pancreatitis in rats. Detecting pavement cracks is critical for road safety and infrastructure *** methods,relying on manual inspection and basic image processing,are time-consuming and prone to *** deep-learning(DL)methods automate crack detection,but many still struggle with variable crack patterns and environmental *** study aims to address these limitations by introducing the Masker Transformer,a novel hybrid deep learning model that integrates the precise localization capabilities of Mask Region-based Convolutional Neural Network(Mask R-CNN)with the global contextual awareness of Vision Transformer(ViT).The research focuses on leveraging the strengths of both architectures to enhance segmentation accuracy and adaptability across different pavement *** evaluated the performance of theMaskerTransformer against other state-of-theartmodels such asU-Net,TransformerU-Net(TransUNet),U-NetTransformer(UNETr),SwinU-NetTransformer(Swin-UNETr),You Only Look Once version 8(YoloV8),and Mask R-CNN using two benchmark datasets:Crack500 and *** findings reveal that the MaskerTransformer significantly outperforms the existing models,achieving the highest Dice SimilarityCoefficient(DSC),precision,recall,and F1-Score across both ***,the model attained a DSC of 80.04%on Crack500 and 91.37%on DeepCrack,demonstrating superior segmentation accuracy and *** high precision and recall rates further substantiate its effectiveness in real-world applications,suggesting that the Masker Transformer can serve as a robust tool for automated pavement crack detection,potentially replacing more traditional methods.

li–CO_(2) batteries are considered promising energy storage systems in extreme environments such as Mars;however,severe performance degradation will occur at a subzero temperature owning to the sluggish reaction ***,a photo-energized strategy adopting sustainable solar energy in wide working temperature range li–CO_(2) battery was achieved with a binder-free MoS_(2)/carbon nanotube(CNT)photo-electrode as *** unique layered structure and excellent photoelectric properties of MoS_(2) facilitate the abundant generation and rapid transfer of photo-excited carriers,which accelerate the CO_(2) reduction and li_(2)CO_(3) decomposition upon *** illuminated battery at room temperature exhibited high discharge voltage of 2.95 V and mitigated charge voltage of 3.27 V,attaining superior energy efficiency of 90.2%and excellent cycling stability of over 120 *** at an extremely low temperature of−30℃,the battery with same electrolyte can still deliver a small polarization of 0.45 V by the photoelectric and photothermal synergistic mechanism of MoS_(2)/CNT *** work demonstrates the promising potential of the photo-energized wide working temperature range li–CO_(2) battery in addressing the obstacle of charge overpotential and energy efficiency.
