Raman spectroscopy has found extensive use in monitoring and controlling cell culture *** this context,the prediction accuracy of Raman-based models is of paramount ***,models established with data from manually fed-batch cultures often exhibit poor performance in Raman-controlled ***,there is a need for effective methods to rectify these *** objective of this paper is to investigate the efficacy of Kalman filter(KF)algorithm in correcting Raman-based models during cell ***,partial least squares(PLS)models for different components were constructed using data from manually fed-batch cultures,and the predictive performance of these models was ***,various correction methods including the PLS-KF-KF method proposed in this study were employed to refine the PLS ***,a case study involving the auto-control of glucose concentration demonstrated the application of optimal model correction *** results indicated that the original PLS models exhibited differential performance between manually fed-batch cultures and Raman-controlled *** glucose,the root mean square error of prediction(RMSeP)of manually fed-batch culture and Raman-controlled culture was 0.23 and 0.40 g·L^(-1).With the implementation of model correction methods,there was a significant improvement in model performance within Raman-controlled *** RMSeP for glucose from updating-PLS,KF-PLS,and PLS-KF-KF was 0.38,0.36 and 0.17 g·L^(-1),***,the proposed PLS-KF-KF model correction method was found to be more effective and stable,playing a vital role in the automated nutrient feeding of cell cultures.

Food allergy is a significant public health concern *** probiotics have been found to enhance food allergy by regulating immune-microbe interactions in animal models and ***,the effects of Bifidobacterium lactis Probio-M8 on food allergy have not been thoroughly *** present study examined the anti-allergic properties of Probio-M8,particularly in relation to immune response and gut microbiota *** demonstrate that oral administration of Probio-M8 effectively mitigated the allergy symptoms triggered by ovalbumin(OVA)by ameliorating the morphological damage in the jejunum,reducing OVA-specific Ige and histamine levels in the serum,and suppressing Th2 cytokines(interleukin(IL)4 and IL-13)while increasing Th1 cytokines(interferon(IFN)γ)and regulatory T(Treg)cytokines(IL-10 and transforming growth factor(TGF)β1)in the culture supernatants of splenic ***,Probio-M8 effectively altered the diversity and composition of gut microbiota,particularly the relative abundances of Akkermansia_muciniphila in OVA-induced *** to the OVA group,the Probio-M8 group showed a decrease in the relative abundance of Akkermansia_*** conclusion,Probio-M8 demonstrates the potential to alleviate food allergy by regulating the Th1/Th2 response and modulating gut microbiota,thereby offering a novel therapeutic strategy for patients with food allergy.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of Monascus purpureus M-32 fermented soybean meal（MFSM） on growth, immunity, intestinal morphology, intestinal microbiota, and intestinal metabolome of Pacific white shrimp（Litopenaeus vannamei）. Four groups of diets were formulated, including control group（30% fish meal and 30% soybean meal [SBM] included in the basal diet） and three experimental groups which MFSM replaced 20%（MFSM20）, 40%（MFSM40）, and 60%（MFSM60） of SBM in control group, respectively. Results showed that the soluble proteins larger than 49 k Da in MFSM were almost completely degraded. Meanwhile, the crude protein, acid-soluble protein, and amino acid in MFSM were increased. The results of shrimp culture experiment showed that the replacement of SBM with MFSM decreased FCR（P ent of malondialdehyde（P = 0.007） in the experimental groups, and increased weight gain rate（P = 0.006）, specific growth rate（P = 0.002）, survival rate（P = 0.005）, intestinal villus height（P enteric thickness（P = 0.002）, the activities of superoxide dismutase（P = 0.002）, and lysozyme（P = 0.006） in experimental groups, as well as increased content of calcium(Ca2+) and phosphorus（■） in blood and muscle, and enhanced resistance to Vibrio parahaemolyticus infection. The gut microbiota of MFSM groups was significantly different from that of the control group,and the abundance of Actinobacteria and Verrucomicrobia increased significantly in the MFSM60 group,whereas Proteobacteria and Firmicutes decreased. Compared with the control group, there were significant changes in the levels of several intestinal metabolites in the MFSM60 group, including leukotriene C5, prostaglandin A1, taurochenodeoxycholic acid, carnosine, and itaconic acid. Indoor positioning is a key technology in today’s intelligent environments,and it plays a crucial role in many application *** paper proposed an unscented Kalman filter(UKF)based on the maximum correntropy criterion(MCC)instead of the minimummean square error criterion(MMSe).This innovative approach is applied to the loose coupling of the Inertial Navigation System(INS)and Ultra-Wideband(UWB).By introducing the maximum correntropy criterion,the MCCUKF algorithm dynamically adjusts the covariance matrices of the system noise and the measurement noise,thus enhancing its adaptability to diverse environmental localization *** in the presence of non-Gaussian noise,especially heavy-tailed noise,the MCCUKF exhibits superior accuracy and robustness compared to the traditional *** method initially generates an estimate of the predicted state and covariance matrix through the unscented transform(UT)and then recharacterizes the measurement information using a nonlinear regression method at the cost of ***,the state and covariance matrices of the filter are updated by employing the unscented transformation on the measurement ***,to mitigate the influence of non-line-of-sight(NLOS)errors positioning accuracy,this paper proposes a k-medoid clustering algorithm based on bisection k-means(Bikmeans).This algorithm preprocesses the UWB distance measurements to yield a more precise position *** results demonstrate that MCCUKF is robust to the uncertainty of UWB and realizes stable integration of INS and UWB systems.
