BACKGROUND Presently,there is no established standard anti-blood clot therapy for patients facing acute myocardial infarction(AMI)complicated by left ventricular thrombus(LVT).While vitamin K antagonists are the preferred choice for oral blood thinning,determining the best course of blood-thinning medication remains *** is unclear if non-vitamin K antagonist oral blood thinners have different effectiveness in treating *** study significantly contributes to the medical *** SUMMARY The blood-thinning treatment of a patient with AMI and LVT was *** blood-thinning therapy included daily enteric-coated aspirin tablets at 0.1 g,daily clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate at 75 mg,and dabigatran etexilate at 110 mg twice *** 15 d,the patient’s LVT did not decrease but instead *** pharmacists comprehensively analyzed the cases from the perspective of the patient’s disease status and drug *** drug regimen was reformulated for the patient,replacing dabigatran etexilate with warfarin,and was administered for six *** clinical pharmacist provided the patient with professional and standardized pharmaceutical *** patient’s condition was discharged after meeting the international normalized ratio value(2-3)*** patient fully complied with the follow-up,and the time in the therapeutic range was 78.57%,with no serious adverse effects during pharmaceutical *** Warfarin proves to be an effective drug for patients with AMI complicated by LVT,and its blood-thinning course lasts for six months.

Reasonably constructing an atomic interface is pronouncedly essential for surface-related gas-sensing ***,we present an ingen-ious feedback-regulation system by changing the interactional mode between single Pt atoms and adjacent S species for high-efficiency SO_(2)*** found that the single Pt sites on the MoS_(2)surface can induce easier volatiliza-tion of adjacent S species to activate the whole inert S ***,the activated S species can provide a feedback role in tailoring the antibonding-orbital electronic occupancy state of Pt atoms,thus creating a combined system involving S vacancy-assisted single Pt sites(Pt-Vs)to synergistically improve the adsorption ability of SO_(2)gas ***-more,in situ Raman,ex situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy testing and density functional theory analysis demonstrate the intact feedback-regulation system can expand the electron transfer path from single Pt sites to whole Pt-MoS_(2)supports in SO_(2)gas *** with wireless-sensing modules,the final Pt1-MoS_(2)-def sensors array can further realize real-time monitoring of SO_(2)levels and cloud-data storage for plant *** a fundamental understanding of the intrinsic link between atomic interface and sensing mechanism is thus expected to broaden the rational design of highly effective gas sensors.

A novel macrocycle based on conformation-adaptive and electron-rich dihydrophenazine was designed and *** the one hand,the macrocycle showed host-guest interactions with tetracyanoquinodimethane(TCNQ)driving by charge transfer interaction between ***,host-guest complexation was accompanied by fluorescence quenching and conformational change of the *** the other hand,the oxidation of the macrocycle resulted in its diradical cation analogue and induced the release of the guest molecule TCNQ,thereby accomplishing reversible binding ***,this work wellillustrates the chemical and structural versatility of dihydrophenazine in the synthesis of macrocycles and their host-guest chemistry.

Ocean waves and Stokes drift are generated by *** study investigated the characteristics of ocean waves and wave-induced Stokes drift and their effects during Typhoon Mangkhut using European Centre for MediumRange Weather Forecasts(ECMWF)ERA5 datasets and observational *** results revealed that the typhoon generated intense cyclones and huge typhoon waves with a maximum wind speed of 45 m/s,a minimum pressure of955 h Pa,and a maximum significant wave height of 12 *** Stokes drift caused by typhoon waves exceeded 0.6m/s,the Stokes depth scale exceeded 18 m,and the maximum Stokes transport reached 6 m^(2)/*** spatial distribution of 10-m wind speed,typhoon wave height,Stokes drift,Stokes depth,and Stokes transport during the typhoon was highly correlated with the typhoon *** distribution along the typhoon track showed significant zonal asymmetry,with greater intensity on the right side of the typhoon track than on the left *** findings provide important insights into the impact of typhoons on ocean waves and Stokes drift,thus improving our understanding of the interactions between typhoons and the ocean *** study also investigated the contribution of Stokes transport to the total net transport during typhoons using Ekman-Stokes Numbers as a comparative *** results indicated that the ratio of Stokes transport to the total net transport reached up to 50%within the typhoon radius,while it was approximately 30%outside the *** Stokes transport induced by typhoon waves led to divergence in the transport direction,which resulted in upwelling of the lower ocean as a compensation ***,Stokes transport played a crucial role in the vertical mixing of the ocean during *** findings suggested that Stokes transport should be paid more attention to,particularly in high latitude ocean regions,where strong winds can amplify its effects.

The alteration in surface color of metallic glasses(MGs)holds great significance in the context of microstructuredesign and commercial *** is essential to accurately describe the structures that are formed during the laser and colorseparation processes in order to develop practical laser coloring *** to the high oxidation sensitivity of Labasedmetallic glass,it can broaden the color range but make it more *** coloring by laser processing on thesurface of La-based metallic glass can be conducted after thermoplastic *** is particularly important to clarify therole of structure and composition in the surface coloring *** aim is to study the relationship between amorphoussurface structural color,surface geometry,and oxide formation by laser processing in metallic *** findings revealedthat the periodic structure primarily determines the surface color at laser energy densities below 1.0 J/mm^(2).In contrast,thesurface color predominantly depends on the proportion of oxides that are formed when energy densities exceed 1.0 J/mm^(2).Consequently,this study provides a novel concept for the fundamental investigation of laser coloring and establishes a newavenue for practical application.

Volcanic oil and gas reservoirs are generally buried deep,which leads to a high whole-well coring cost,and the degree of development and size of reservoirs are controlled by volcanic ***,accurately identifying volcanic facies by logging curves not only provides the basis of volcanic reservoir prediction but also saves costs during *** Songliao Basin is a‘fault-depression superimposed’composite basin with a typical binary filling *** types of volcanic lithologies and facies are present in the Lishu fault *** activity is frequent during the sedimentary period of the Huoshiling *** systematic petrographic identification of the key exploratory well(SN165C)of the Lishu fault-depression,which is a whole-well core,it is found that the Huoshiling Formation in SN165C contains four facies and six subfacies,including the volcanic conduit facies(crypto explosive breccia subfacies),explosive facies(pyroclastic flow and thermal wave base subfacies),effusive facies(upper and lower subfacies),and volcanogenic sedimentary facies(pyroclastic sedimentary subfacies).Combining core,thin section,and logging data,the authors established identification markers and petrographic chart logging phases,and also interpreted the longitudinal variation in volcanic petro-graphic response characteristics to make the charts more applicable to this area's volcanic petrographic interpretation of the Huoshiling *** charts can provide a basis for the further exploration and development of volcanic oil and gas in this area.

具有不确定性的曝光供应量给广告资源的合理分配带来了极大挑战.针对这种不确定性,本文提出了数据驱动分布鲁棒定向展示广告保量投放分配模型.首先考虑以最大化发布商收益为目标,构建对未满足需求或超出需求的部分均进行惩罚的带有机会约束的随机规划模型.其次,利用曝光供应量的历史数据,定义Wasserstein不确定集,构建数据驱动分布鲁棒机会约束模型,该模型提出的投放策略确保在曝光供应量最坏分布情况下发布商收益最大.通过保守近似,模型可重构为易于求解的混合整数规划问题.最后,大规模样本外测试验证了模型和求解方法的可行性、有效性以及稳定性.

BACKGROUND Insulin antibodies(IAs)affect blood glucose control in patients receiving insulin *** To investigate the relationship between different hypoglycemic treatments and IAs in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).METHODS This cross-sectional,retrospective study included 1863 patients with T2DM who were receiving exogenous insulin *** patients received stable antidiabetic therapy in the last 3 months and IA levels were measured using an iodine-125 *** A total of 1863 patients were *** were 902(48.4%)patients who had positive IAs(IA level>5%),with a mean IA level of 11.06%(10.39%-11.72%).IA levels were positively correlated with high fasting blood glucose(odds ratio=1.069,Pbodies,and IA antibody levels are associated with blood glucose *** glargine and a combination of oral glucose-lowering drugs were correlated with lower IA levels.
