The aim of this study was to explore the neuroprotective effect and mechanism of XingNaoJing injections(XNJ) on cerebral ischemia injury and blood-brain barrier(BBB) disruption. Middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) method was applicated to establish the model of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) injury in rats. BBB permeability after I/R injury was assessed with the leaking amount of Evans Blue and the expression of occludin and ZO-1. The expression of NOD-like receptor family, pyrin domain containing(NLRP3) was checked to explore the inhibition of inflammation by XNJ. The results showed that XNJ could significantly increase the survival percent, decrease the infarct area and ameliorate neurological deficits and brain damage after I/R injury. Leaking amount of Evans Blue was reduced by XNJ, and the expression of tight junction protein, occludin and ZO-1 was also up-regulated by XNJ, which showed a role of protection on BBB disruption. The expression of NLRP3 was inhibited after exposure of XNJ, which was associated with inhibition of the inflammatory response. In summary, XNJ could suppress NLRP3 inflammasomes and improve BBB disruption and brain damage in rats after cerebral I/R injury, which provided a beneficial insight to further explore XNJ.

目的:探讨婴幼儿辅食的添加时间、添加建议,同时介绍了婴幼儿牙齿发育、咀嚼能力与食品质构的关系,并对国内外对于婴幼儿辅食质构特征的建议等进行综述。方法:从中国知网、万方、PubMed等中英文数据库中检索关键词,提取婴幼儿辅食食品质构相关信息,经过综合筛选共纳入43篇文献。结果:6~24月龄婴幼儿处于智能发育如运动、语言发育的重要阶段,我国建议婴幼儿出生满6月龄起开始添加辅食,婴幼儿辅食的添加不仅应注重食品的营养成分,还应关注食品的质构特征。结论:婴幼儿辅食食品质构与牙齿发育和咀嚼能力的发展息息相关,而我国发布的婴幼儿喂养指南中对辅食的质构特征并未提出详细建议,本综述旨在为相关政策制定和研究提供理论参考。

贯叶连翘是我国传统中药之一,在宋代之前作为连翘中的“小翘”应用于临床,为今之“贯叶金丝桃”的带根全草,具有收敛止血,清热解毒,利湿等功效。主要含有黄酮类、间苯三酚类、萘骈二蒽酮类、挥发油类、酚酸类等化学成分。现代药理研究表明贯叶连翘具有抗抑郁、抗菌、抗肿瘤、保肝及抗纤维化等作用,其药理作用的机制较为复杂,部分机制还有待进一步深入研究。本文对贯叶连翘历史沿革、化学成分、质量控制及药理作用等方面进行文献整理并展开综述,以期为贯叶连翘的药用部位扩展及后续深入开发研究提供参考和依据。

Plant leaf is a natural composite biomaterial, and its strength is closely related to the microstructure. In this paper, themechanical characteristics of eight species of plant leaves were investigated and analyzed. The ultimate strength of leaves andthe hardness of leaf surfaces were measured by using universal testing machine and nanoindenter tester, respectively. The tensilestrength of the parallel microstructure was investigated based on its cross-sectional mechanical model. The results of tensiontests indicate that the ultimate strength of a leaf is related to the material composition and structure. The coriaceous leavesusually exhibit higher tensile strength. For example, the Phyllostachys pubescens leaf can achieve the maximum ultimatestrength of 5.9091 N·mm. It is concluded from the results of hardness tests that material components of leaf surface caninfluence the surface hardness evidently. The leaf surface composed of more lignin and cellulose materials shows a highersurface hardness than that composed of more carbohydrates materials.

女性卵巢衰老远比机体其他器官衰老要早。随着人类生育年龄的推迟,卵巢衰老导致的不孕症所占比重越来越大。卵巢衰老是以卵母细胞的数量和质量下降为特征的一个自然生理过程。近年研究发现,沉默信息调节因子2(silence information regulator 2,SIRT2)介导非组蛋白和组蛋白去乙酰化,参与了卵母细胞衰老过程。哺乳动物卵泡中与年龄相关的SIRT2水平降低易致减数分裂缺陷,从而产生低质量的卵母细胞,影响妊娠结局。卵巢衰老是高龄不孕女性不可避免的自然生理过程,尽管目前辅助生殖技术为高龄不孕女性带来了福音,但低质量的卵母细胞也会影响辅助生殖技术的结局。综述SIRT2的定位、SIRT2与卵母细胞减数分裂的关系以及SIRT2在其中的主要作用,进一步介绍SIRT2介导间隙连接蛋白43(connexin 43,Cx43)、组蛋白H4第16位赖氨酸(H4K16)、α-微管蛋白(α-tubulin)、BUBR1和叉头框蛋白O3a(forkhead box O3a,FOXO3a)等蛋白质去乙酰化参与减数分裂过程所涉及的相关信号通路,为防治卵母细胞衰老提供新的思路。

目的探究问题提示清单在乳腺癌患者围手术期的应用效果。方法采用临床对照研究,通过便利抽样法,选取2023年8-12月在天津市某三级甲等医院乳腺外科的确诊为乳腺癌需手术85例患者作为研究对象,依据入院时间分为干预组和对照组。对照组接受常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上给予问题提示清单。应用决策冲突量表、癌症患者未满足需求简明量表以及医疗决策参与满意度量表对2组患者进行效果比较。结果对照组40例、干预组37例完成研究。干预组决策冲突总分为低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.145,P<0.05);未满足需求简明量表干预组总分为低于对照组总分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.514,P<0.05);医疗决策参与满意度干预组总分高于对照组总分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.765,P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌手术患者使用问题提示清单可增加询问问题积极性,满足患者信息需求,降低决策冲突水平,提高医患沟通质量,提升医疗决策参与能力及医疗决策参与满意度,促进患者做出有效决策。

Study of the thermal pain threshold latency of acupoints based on Fei Teng Ba Fa

Objective： By applying moxibustion to the eight confluent points in different periods of time, to observe the changes in thermal pain threshold latency of acupoints based on Fei Teng Ba Fa. Methods： A total of 468 healthy college student volunteers received moxibustion at the eight confluent points in three different periods of time, i.e. Chen （7：00-9：00）, Wu （11：00-13：00） and Xu （19：00-21：00）. The thermal pain threshold latency was adopted to measure the changes in pain threshold of the eight confluent points under different conditions （different periods of time, different genders, different acupoints and different states of the acupoints） based on Fei Teng Ba Fa. Results： Finally, thirty subjects dropped out and 438 subjects were included. The comparison of thermal pain threshold latencies of the eight confluent points in the same opening or closing state based on Fei Teng Ba Fa： latencies of the closing points and adjunct points were significantly different in different periods of time （P〈0.05）, the latencies of the males were significantly longer than those of the females （P〈0.05）; there was no significant difference in the latency between the left and right sides （P〉0.05）; in the female group, there was a significant difference in the latency between the lower-limb points and the upper-limb points （P〈0.05）. The comparison of thermal point threshold latencies of the eight confluent points in different opening or closing state： in the period of Wu （11：00-13：00）, the latencies of the opening points were significantly longer than those of the closing points and adjunct points （P〈0.05）; for men, their opening and closing points had significantly longer thermal pain threshold latencies than their adjunct points （P〈0.05）; despite the gender, the latencies of the upper limb opening and closing points were significantly longer than the latency of the adjunct points （P〈0.05）; in the female group, the latencies of the lower-limb opening points were significantly shorter t

秦伯未先生遵《灵枢·本脏》“脾坚则脏安难伤”之旨,重视肺与脾胃在生理、病理上的相互关联,善于从调理脾胃的角度治疗肺系疾病。秦老在膏方的运用上颇具心得,反对膏方一味蛮补,认为膏方包含救偏却病之义,应做到补正必兼泻邪,邪去补自得力。秦老临证善用膏方治疗肺系疾病,并将中药膏方与从脾胃论治肺病的思想相结合。在膏方医案中,秦老依病机不同而有针对性地运用滋胃阴、温脾阳、补中气、益消导、助统血、降胃气等法治疗肺系诸病,同时寓泻于补、攻补兼施,并非单纯以补益脾胃之法治疗肺病。对于肺痨、痰饮、体虚外感、外感热病瘥后、咯血、咳嗽等常见肺系疾病,秦老蕴从脾胃论治肺病思想于膏方之中,对疾病预防、发展及瘥后全过程进行综合干预,取得良好疗效。
