Aiming at the robustness issue in high-speed trains(HSTs)operation control,this article proposes a model-free adaptive control(MFAC)scheme to suppress ***,the dynamic linearization data model of train system under the action of measurement disturbance is given,and the Kalman filter(KF)based on this model is derived under the minimum variance estimation ***,according to the KF,an anti-interference MFAC scheme is *** scheme only needs the input and output data of the controlled system to realize the MFAC of the train under strong ***,the simulation experiment of CRH380A HSTs is carried out and compared with the traditional MFAC and the MFAC with attenuation *** proposed control algorithm can effectively suppress the measurement disturbance,and obtain smaller tracking error and larger signal to noise ratio with better applicability.

BACKGROUND Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is a special type of diabetes that commonly occurs in women during pregnancy and involves impaired glucose tolerance and abnormal glucose metabolism;GDM is diagnosed for the first time during pregnancy and can affect fetal growth and *** To investigate the associations of serum D-dimer(D-D)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels with third-trimester fetal growth restriction(FGR)in GDM *** The clinical data of 164 pregnant women who were diagnosed with GDM and delivered at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University from January 2021 to January 2023 were analyzed *** these women,63 whose fetuses had FGR were included in the FGR group,and 101 women whose fetuses had normal body weights were included in the normal body weight group(normal group).Fasting venous blood samples were collected from the elbow at 28-30 wk gestation and 1-3 d before delivery to measure serum D-D and HbA1c levels for comparative *** diagnostic value of serum D-D and HbA1c levels for FGR was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic analysis,and the influencing factors of third-trimester FGR in GDM patients were analyzed by logistic *** Serum fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,D-D and HbA1c levels were significantly greater in the FGR group than in the normal group,while the homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance values were lower(P<0.05).Regarding the diagnosis of FGR based on serum D-D and HbA1c levels,the areas under the curves(AUCs)were 0.826 and 0.848,the cutoff values were 3.04 mg/L and 5.80%,the sensitivities were 81.0%and 79.4%,and the specificities were 88.1%and 87.1%,*** AUC of serum D-D plus HbA1c levels for diagnosing FGR was 0.928,and the sensitivity and specificity were 84.1%and 91.1%,*** D-D and HbA1c levels were risk factors for third-trimester FGR in GDM patients(P<0.05).CONCLUSION D-D and HbA1c levels can

Traditional theoretical and empirical calculation methods can guide the design of β-and metastable β-alloys for bio-titanium. However, it is still difficult to obtain novel near-β-Ti alloys with low modulus. This study developed a method that combines machine learning with calculation of phase diagrams(CALPHAD) to facilitate the design of near-β-Ti alloys. An elastic modulus database of Ti–Nb–Zr–Mo–Ta–Sn system was constructed first, and then three features(the electron to atom ratio, mean absolute deviation of atom mass, and mean electronegativity) were selected as the key factors of modulus by performing a three-step feature selection. With these features, a highly accurate model was built for predicting the modulus of near-β-Ti alloys. To further ensure the accuracy of modulus prediction, machine learning with the elastic constants calculated was leveraged by CALPHAD database. The root mean square error of the well-trained model can be as low as 6.75 GPa. Guided by the prediction of machine learning and CALPHAD, three novel near-β-Ti alloys with elastic modulus below 50 GPa were successfully designed in this study. The best candidate alloy(Ti–26Nb–4Zr–4Sn–1Mo–Ta) exhibits an ultra-low modulus(36.6 GPa) after cold rolling with a thickness reduction of 20%. Our method can greatly save time and resources in the development of novel Ti alloys, and experimental verifications have demonstrated the reliability of this method.

BACKGROUND Neurological complications are common in the management of venoarterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(VA-ECMO),with most patients requiring sedation and intubation,limiting the assessment of neurological ***,we must rely on advanced neuroimaging techniques,such as computed tomography angiography(CTA)and computed tomography perfusion(CTP).Because ECMO changes the normal blood flow pattern,it may interfere with the contrast medium in some special cases,leading to artifacts and ultimately misleading clinical *** SUMMARY A 61-year-old man presented to a local hospital with chest tightness and pain 1 d prior to *** patient was treated with VA-ECMO after sudden cardiac and respiratory arrest at a local *** further treatment,the patient was transferred to our *** initial consciousness assessment was not clear,and routine CTP was performed to understand the intracranial changes,which suggested a large area of cerebral infarction on the right side;however,the cerebral oxygen was not consistent with the CTP results,and the reexamination of CTA still suggested a right cerebral *** identify this difference,bedside transcranial Doppler was performed,and the blood flow on both sides was *** reducing the ECMO flow,CTP reexamination showed that the results were normal and consistent with the clinical *** day 3,the patient was alert and showed good limb *** In patients with peripheral VA-ECMO,cerebral perfusion confirmed by CTP and CTA may lead to false cerebral infarction.

Continuous cropping has become a common form of agricultural production at present, but with the increase of continuous cropping years, continuous cropping obstacles such as soil-borne diseases and plant growth potential decline are becoming more and more common. At present, the causes of continuous cropping obstacles and continuous cropping restoration have become a hot issue in agricultural research. This paper summarized the effects of continuous cropping obstacles on soil microbial community structure and main technical methods to repair continuous cropping obstacles, such as agricultural measure management, microbial balance adjustment and soil improvement, aiming to provide theoretical reference for protecting the sustainable utilization of soil ecosystem and ensuring the stability of crop production.

Objective:To assess the ACP acceptance among patients with malignant tumor in China and factors affecting adoption and ***:Quantitative study:The convenience sampling method was adopted from October 2020 to October 2021 to investigate 200 oncology patients by a general information questionnaire,patient's advance care planning acceptance questionnaire(ACPQ).Multiple linear stepwise regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of ACP *** study:A purposive sampling method was used to select 31 oncology patients and 13 clinical nurses for semi-structured *** data were analyzed using Colaizzi's seven ***:The quantitative study revealed that patients with malignancy had an upper-middle acceptance score of(66.15±7.684)for ACP,with attitude(11.26±2.064),feelings(36.64±4.208),and intention(18.25±3.275)*** linear regression analysis showed that religious beliefs,education,monthly income,bereavement experience and notification of condition were independent risk factors for acceptance of ACP(P<0.05).The qualitative study showed that(1)oncology patients have low awareness,high demand,and low acceptability of ACP intervention;(2)they preferred to discuss ACP when medical condition or treatment plan changes;(3)family members were usually involved in ACP discussions,followed by medical personnel;(4)economy,environment,companion,and doctor-patient relationship will all influence ACP *** for nurses,they(1)were unsure about the dynamic changes of ACP content and its optimal timing;(2)had limited ACP knowledge;(3)were affected by environmental factors and nurse-patient relationships;(4)were prone to have disagreements due to inadequate organization department ***:clinical practitioners should discuss ACP with patients in specific conditions to increase patient *** development requires updated legislation,professional training,and a standardized ACP system.

西藏地区的夏鲁寺与贡嘎曲德寺壁画中均出现了以金乌、玉兔代表日与月的图像。金乌与玉兔图像是中原文化用来表示日与月的固定图式。自汉朝时期由西王母神话与民间信仰不断糅合产生,唐代时被吸收进佛教图像体系中,后期随着藏传佛教的兴盛与文化交流的频繁,藏传佛教绘画吸收了这种日月图像母题。西藏壁画艺术中的日月图像,不仅更新了藏传佛教艺术的表达范式,而且图像意义也突破了单纯宗教艺术的阐释,凸显了中央皇权的在场。夏鲁寺与贡嘎曲德寺壁画中的日月图像是汉藏文化交往交流交融的结果,彰显了元明时期各民族之间的频繁互动,以及多元文化交流下文化符号互融互生的整体性社会结构。

加速时间视域下学生的身体异化困境及纾解

“加速时间”作为“加速”社会的主要表征,在学校场域内广泛体现,引发了学生身体异化困境,制约了学生全面发展,阻碍了教育目标的实现。社会加速批判理论对分析学校时间境遇中的学生身体困境具有重要的启示意义,为分析学生身体处境提供了新的视角。学校时间的范畴维度包括技术加速、变迁加速、节奏加速,动力维度包括绩效主义的经济引擎、苦学至上的文化引擎、复杂性时间化的社会结构引擎,两个维度的加速共同作用“促成”了学校教育的加速时间,学生身体因此陷入被围困、被支配、被悬空、被挤压的异化困境。加速时间引发的学生身体异化困境更适宜从时间角度来破解,重构学生的时间体验,即从重构情感化时间、尊重学生自我时间、把握教育内在时间以及守护学生的主体时间入手,给予每位学生追寻自己“美好的生活”的可能。
