Summary What is already known about this topic?Since 2014,the Chinese government has advocated for the development of smoking cessation clinics(SCCs)within each provincial-level administrative division(PLAD).What is added by this report?In the 2019–2021 period,the self-reported 7-day point prevalence of abstinence rates(PPAR)at 1-month and 3-month follow-up were 26.2%and 23.5%,respectively.What are the implications for public health practice?The interventions implemented by SCCs in this investigation proved to be successful.It is imperative to employ extensive tobacco control strategies in order to enhance the motivation of smokers to seek assistance for cessation from SCCs.

To address the low accuracy and stability when applying classical control theory in distribution networks with distributed generation,a control method involving flexible multistate switches(FMSs)is proposed in this study.This approach is based on an improved double-loop recursive fuzzy neural network(DRFNN)sliding mode,which is intended to stably achieve multiterminal power interaction and adaptive arc suppression for single-phase ground faults.First,an improved DRFNN sliding mode control(SMC)method is proposed to overcome the chattering and transient overshoot inherent in the classical SMC and reduce the reliance on a precise mathematical model of the control system.To improve the robustness of the system,an adaptive parameter-adjustment strategy for the DRFNN is designed,where its dynamic mapping capabilities are leveraged to improve the transient compensation control.Additionally,a quasi-continuous second-order sliding mode controller with a calculus-driven sliding mode surface is developed to improve the current monitoring accuracy and enhance the system stability.The stability of the proposed method and the convergence of the network parameters are verified using the Lyapunov theorem.A simulation model of the three-port FMS with its control system is constructed in MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation result confirms the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy based on a comparative analysis.

The aspect-based sentiment analysis(ABSA)consists of two subtasksaspect term extraction and aspect sentiment prediction.Most methods conduct the ABSA task by handling the subtasks in a pipeline manner,whereby problems in performance and real application emerge.In this study,we propose an end-to-end ABSA model,namely,SSi-LSi,which fuses the syntactic structure information and the lexical semantic information,to address the limitation that existing end-to-end methods do not fully exploit the text information.Through two network branches,the model extracts syntactic structure information and lexical semantic information,which integrates the part of speech,sememes,and context,respectively.Then,on the basis of an attention mechanism,the model further realizes the fusion of the syntactic structure information and the lexical semantic information to obtain higher quality ABSA results,in which way the text information is fully used.Subsequent experiments demonstrate that the SSi-LSi model has certain advantages in using different text information.

A family of conforming mixed finite elements with mass lumping on triangular grids are presented for linear elasticity.The stress field is approximated by symmetric H(div)−Pk(k≥3)polynomial tensors enriched with higher order bubbles so as to allow mass lumping,and the displacement field is approximated by C−1−Pk−1 polynomial vectors enriched with higher order terms.For both the proposed mixed elements and their mass lumping schemes,optimal error estimates are derived for the stress and displacement in H(div)norm and L 2 norm,respectively.Numerical results confirm the theoretical analysis.

Depression,a prevalent and complex mental health condition,presents a significant global health burden.Depression is one of the most frequent mental disorders;deaths from it account for 14.3%of people worldwide.In recent years,the integration of complementary and alternative medicine,including traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),has gained attention as a potential avenue for addressing depression.This comprehensive review critically assesses the efficacy of TCM interventions in alleviating depressive symptoms.An in-depth look at different research studies,clinical trials,and meta-analyses is used in this review to look into how TCM practices like herbal formulations,acupuncture,and mindbody practices work.The review looks at the quality of the evidence,the rigor of the methods,and any possible flaws in the current studies.This gives us an idea of where TCM stands right now in terms of treating depression.This comprehensive review aims to assess the efficacy of TCM interventions in alleviating depressive symptoms.In order to learn more about their possible healing effects,the study also looks into how different types of TCM work,such as herbal formulas,acupuncture,and mind-body practices.

Dialog State Tracking(DST)aims to extract the current state from the conversation and plays an important role in dialog systems.Existing methods usually predict the value of each slot independently and do not consider the correlations among slots,which will exacerbate the data sparsity problem because of the increased number of candidate values.In this paper,we propose a multi-domain DST model that integrates slot-relevant information.In particular,certain connections may exist among slots in different domains,and their corresponding values can be obtained through explicit or implicit reasoning.Therefore,we use the graph adjacency matrix to determine the correlation between slots,so that the slots can incorporate more slot-value transformer information.Experimental results show that our approach has performed well on the Multi-domain Wizard-Of-Oz(MultiWOZ)2.0and MultiWOZ2.1 datasets,demonstrating the effectiveness and necessity of incorporating slot-relevant information.

Selection Method for New Energy Output Guaranteed Rates Considering Optimal Energy Storage Configuration

The output of new energy represented by wind power and photovoltaic power features volatility and randomness. It is a practical approach to use the guaranteed rate with statistical characteristics to analyze the output coefficient of new energy. However, there is a lack of analysis and demonstration on the value of the new energy output guaranteed rate. To solve this problem, a selection method for the new energy output guaranteed rate considering optimal energy storage configuration is proposed. First, the influence of the new energy output guaranteed rate on the new energy output coefficient is analyzed. Secondly, with the goal of minimizing the comprehensive costs, an optimal configuration model of energy storage based on the output guaranteed rate of new energy is constructed, and particle swarm optimization is used for the optimization solution. Then, according to the optimal energy storage configuration results under different guaranteed rates, a reasonable new energy output guaranteed rate is determined by maximizing the comprehensive benefits obtained from energy storage. Finally, an example applied to the power grid in an area of Guangdong in Southern China is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
