Research on the intelligent internet nursing model based on the child respiratory and asthma control test scale for asthma management of preschool children

BACKGROUND Childhood asthma is a common respiratory ailment that significantly affects preschool children.Effective asthma management in this population is particularly challenging due to limited communication skills in children and the necessity for consistent involvement of a caregiver.With the rise of digital healthcare and the need for innovative interventions,Internet-based models can potentially offer relatively more efficient and patient-tailored care,especially in children.AIM To explore the impact of an intelligent Internet care model based on the child respiratory and asthma control test(TRACK)on asthma management in preschool children.METHODS The study group comprised preschoolers,aged 5 years or younger,that visited the hospital's pediatric outpatient and emergency departments between January 2021 and January 2022.Total of 200 children were evenly and randomly divided into the observation and control groups.The control group received standard treatment in accordance with the 2016 Guidelines for Pediatric Bronchial Asthma and the Global Initiative on Asthma.In addition to above treatment,the observation group was introduced to an intelligent internet nursing model,emphasizing the TRACK scale.Key measures monitored over a six-month period included the frequency of asthma attack,emergency visits,pulmonary function parameters(FEV1,FEV1/FVC,and PEF),monthly TRACK scores,and the SF-12 quality of life assessment.Post-intervention asthma control rates were assessed at six-month follow-up.RESULTS The observation group had fewer asthma attacks and emergency room visits than the control group(P<0.05).After six months of treatment,the children in both groups had higher FEV1,FEV1/FVC,and PEF(P<0.05).Statistically significant differences were observed between the two groups(P<0.05).For six months,children in the observation group had a higher monthly TRACK score than those in the control group(P<0.05).The PCS and MCSSF-12 quality of life scores were relatively higher than those before the nursing period(P<0.05).Fur

Non-artifact vector P- and S-wave separation for elastic reverse time migration

Elastic reverse time migration(RTM)uses the elastic wave equation to extrapolate multicomponent seismic data to the subsurface and separate the elastic wavefield into P-and S-waves.P-and S-wave separation is a necessary step in elastic RTM to avoid crosstalk between coupled wavefields.However,the current curl-divergence operator-based separation method has a polarity reversal problem in PS imaging,and vector separation methods often have separation artifacts at the interface,which affects the quality of the imaging stack.We propose a non-artifact P-and S-wave separation method based on the first-order velocity-strain equation.This equation is used for wavefield extrapolation and separation in the first-order staggered-grid finite-difference scheme,and the storage and calculation amounts are consistent with the classical first-order velocity-stress equation.The separation equation does not calculate the partial derivatives of the elastic parameters,and thus,there is no artifact in the separated Pand S-waves.During wavefield extrapolation,the dynamic characteristics of the reflected wave undergo some changes,but the transmitted wavefield is accurate;therefore,it does not affect the dynamic characteristics of the final migration imaging.Through numerical examples of 2 D simple models,part SEAM model,BP model,and 3 D 4-layer model,different wavefield separation methods and corresponding elastic RTM imaging results are analyzed.We found that the velocity-strain based elastic RTM can image subsurface structures well,without spike artifacts caused by separation artifacts,and without polarity reversal phenomenon of the PS imaging.

Assessing sediment connectivity and its spatial response on land use using two flow direction algorithms in the catchment on the Chinese Loess Plateau

Severe soil and water loss have led to widespread land degradation on the Loess Plateau in China.Exploring the relationship between land use and sediment connectivity can be beneficial to control soil erosion.In this study,three catchments in the yanhe River Basin on the Loess Plateau were selected to analyse the relationship between land use and sediment connectivity using grey correlation method.Index of connectivity(IC)was employed to quantify sediment connectivity,including two flow direction algorithms(D8 and D-infinity)and two final targets of sediment transport(outlet and main channel of catchment).Then,11 landscape metrics were used to evaluate the land use spatial patterns of catchments.By comparing the IC value ranges,histograms and classes,and their relationship with remote sensing images of the two flow direction algorithms,we find that the D8 algorithm is more suitable for this study area.The results showed that the three catchments are characterized by high sediment connectivity in the grassland and forest close to the channel.In addition,the roads and bare land close to the channel also have high or medium sediment connectivity.Grey correlation analysis showed that landscape division index(DIVISION),fractal dimension index(FRACMN),aggregation index(AI),total class area,patch cohesion index(COHESION),and largest patch index(LPI)indices were the main factors that affect sediment connectivity at the class scale.At the landscape scale,the landscape shape index(LSI),Shannon’s diversity index(SHDI),and gully density have an essential effect on sediment connectivity.This condition provides a way to control the sediment connectivity in the watershed by transforming land use type or changing its spatial pattern,but specific adjustment measures have to be further explored.

在中国石化洛阳分公司150万t/a蜡油中压加氢裂化装置中,分别采用减压轻蜡油、直馏柴油、催化柴油组成的混合原料(蜡油进料模式)和直馏柴油、催化柴油、渣油加氢柴油组成的混合原料(柴油进料模式)进行了5号工业白油的生产,通过工艺改进,解决了产品运动黏度不达标的问题。结果表明:在柴油进料模式下,将循环氢流量由195717 m^(3)/h提高至214780 m^(3)/h,反应系统压力由8.7 MPa提高至10.2 MPa,精制(裂化)反应器入口温度由300(321)℃升高至318(352)℃,加氢裂化尾油产品的运动黏度降低至5.008 mm^(2)/s;将分馏塔汽提介质由蒸汽改为氮气,可解决尾油带水的问题;将尾油部分外甩至催化装置或罐区,以解决易着色物质在尾油中富集的问题;在蜡油原料模式下,将航空煤油抽出量由30 t/h提高至45 t/h,柴油抽出量由63 t/h降低至55 t/h,柴油侧线产品的闪点和运动黏度分别增加至132℃,4.361 mm^(2)/s,达到白油指标要求。

Engineering intermolecular charge transfer in chiral organometallic crystals by rational doping for high-contrast CPL switches

The development of circularly polarized luminescence(CPL)switches is of great importance but challenging.Herein,a charge donor/acceptor pair comprising two chiral gold(I)-isocyanide complexes was designed to construct light-harvesting system via intermolecular charge-transfer(CT)interactions.By doping nonemissive S-Au I into blue-emitting S-AuCN,(S-Au CN)_(1-x)(S-AuI)_(x)(0≤x≤3.4%)with tunable emission from blue to red was achieved.This large red-shifted emission was realized based on the remarkable change of the electronic properties between the S-Au CN dimer and red-emitting(S-A CN)-(S-AuI)CT pair,and the resulting energy-transfer(En T)process between them.Importantly,the En T process can be switched off/on by external stimuli of grinding and CH_(2)Cl_(2)fuming,giving rise to high-contrast(blue versus red)CPL switching properties.This study opens a novel avenue for developing CPL switches by constructing light-harvesting CT-doped systems based on chiral organometallic complexes.

Functional role of frontal electroencephalogram alpha asymmetry in the resting state in patients with depression:A review

Depression is a psychological disorder that affects the general public worldwide.It is particularly important to make an objective and accurate diagnosis of depression,and the measurement methods of brain activity have gradually received increasing attention.Resting electroencephalogram(EEG)alpha asymmetry in patients with depression shows changes in activation of the alpha frequency band of the left and right frontal cortices.In this paper,we review the findings of the relationship between frontal EEG alpha asymmetry in the resting state and depression.Based on worldwide studies,we found the following:(1)Compared with individuals without depression,those with depression showed greater right frontal EEG alpha asymmetry in the resting state.However,the pattern of frontal EEG alpha asymmetry in the resting state in depressive individuals seemed to disappear with age;(2)Compared with individuals without maternal depression,those with maternal depression showed greater right frontal EEG alpha asymmetry in the resting state,which indicated that genetic or experience-based influences have an impact on frontal EEG alpha asymmetry at rest;and(3)Frontal EEG alpha asymmetry in the resting state was stable,and little or no change occurred after antidepressant treatment.Finally,we concluded that the contrasting results may be due to differences in methodology,clinical characteristics,and participant characteristics.

Acupuncture at Back-Shu point improves insomnia by reducing inflammation and inhibiting the ERK/NF-κB signaling pathway

BACKGROUND Insomnia is a disease where individuals cannot maintain a steady and stable sleep state or fail to fall asleep.Western medicine mainly uses sedatives and hypnotic drugs to treat insomnia,and long-term use is prone to drug resistance and other adverse reactions.Acupuncture has a good curative effect and unique advantages in the treatment of insomnia.AIM To explore the molecular mechanism of acupuncture at Back-Shu point for the treatment of insomnia.METHODS We first prepared a rat model of insomnia,and then carried out acupuncture for 7 consecutive days.After treatment,the sleep time and general behavior of the rats were determined.The Morris water maze test was used to assess the learning ability and spatial memory ability of the rats.The expression levels of inflammatory cytokines in serum and the hippocampus were detected by ELISA.qRTPCR was used to detect the mRNA expression changes in the ERK/NF-κB signaling pathway.Western blot and immunohistochemistry were carried out to evaluate the protein expression levels of RAF-1,MEK-2,ERK1/2 and NF-κB.RESULTS Acupuncture can prolong sleep duration,and improve mental state,activity,diet volume,learning ability and spatial memory.In addition,acupuncture increased the release of 1L-1β,1L-6 and TNF-αin serum and the hippocampus and inhibited the mRNA and protein expression of the ERK/NF-κB signaling pathway.CONCLUSION These findings suggest that acupuncture at Back-Shu point can inhibit the ERK/NF-κB signaling pathway and treat insomnia by increasing the release of inflammatory cytokines in the hippocampus.

Herein,we demonstrated that various activated carbons could be endowed with high ability activating peroxymonosulfate(PMS)just through pyrolysis for the degradation of various organic pollutants.The ofloxacin(OFX)was proved to be degraded rather than adsorbed in the advanced oxidation processes.The catalyst showed good stability and could be recovered by simple pyrolysis showing the initial activity.The defects were identified as active sites of the catalyst,andπ-π^(*)shake up was related to the catalyst activity.Mediated electron transfer was verified to be responsible for the degradation of OFX.The inhibition effect of furfuryl alcohol(FFA)on the degradation of contaminant was proved to be insufficient to verify^(1)O_(2).The main OFX degradation intermediates were identified by LC-MS,and possible degradation pathways were proposed.This study provided a simple way for the development of low-cost,metal-free,and high-efficient carbonaceous materials to activate PMS in advanced oxidation processes,and proposed new insights for the exploration of PMS activation mechanism.
