This paper addresses the issue of nonfragile state estimation for memristive recurrent neural networks with proportional delay and sensor saturations. In practical engineering, numerous unnecessary signals are transmitted to the estimator through the networks, which increases the burden of communication bandwidth. A dynamic event-triggered mechanism,instead of a static event-triggered mechanism, is employed to select useful data. By constructing a meaningful Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, a delay-dependent criterion is derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities for ensuring the global asymptotic stability of the augmented system. In the end, two numerical simulations are employed to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed theoretical results.

The effect of the rare earth cerium （Ce） on the hypereutectic Al-Si alloy under different casting states have been studied by optical microscope and quantitative image analysis. It is found that the size and the quantity of primary silicon in castings decrease with the increase of added Ce in the melt. Meanwhile primary silicon changes from branched shape to fine facetted shape. Although the modification on eutectic silicon in castings also improves with the increase of added Ce in the melt, the effect of modification on eutectic silicon away from primary silicon is more obvious than that on eutectic silicon close to primary silicon. The modification mechanism was analyzed in detail by means of scanning electron microscope equipped with energy dispersive analysis of X-ray and thermodynamics analysis, which included the analysis on the change in standard Gibbs energy of reaction and reaction equilibrium.

The Righi±Leduc heat flux generated by the self-generated magnetic field in the ablative Rayleigh±Taylor instability driven by a laser irradiating thin targets is studied through two-dimensional extended-magnetohydrodynamic *** perturbation structure gets into a low magnetization state though the peak strength of the self-generated magnetic field could reach hundreds of *** Righi±Leduc effect plays an essential impact both in the linear and nonlinear stages,and it deflects the total heat flux towards the spike *** to the case without the self-generated magnetic field included,less heat flux is concentrated at the spike tip,finally mitigating the ablative stabilization and leading to an increase in the velocity of the spike *** is shown that the linear growth rate is increased by about 10%and the amplitude during the nonlinear stage is increased by even more than 10%due to the feedback of the magnetic field,*** results reveal the importance of Righi±Leduc heat flux to the growth of the instability and promote deep understanding of the instability evolution together with the self-generated magnetic field,especially during the acceleration stage in inertial confinement fusion.

Robust predictive control algorithms were presented for polytopic uncertain linear discrete systems with time-delay subjected to actuator saturation. In the first algorithm, the parameter dependent state feedback model predictive control (MPC) law was obtained from minimizing the upper bound of the cost function subjected to several linear matrix inequality constraints. In order to reduce computation burden, a second robust MPC algorithm based on nominal performance cost was presented. The feasibility of the optimization problems guarantees that the algorithms are robustly stable. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.

Objective: To assess the efficacy and safety of Bufei Jiedu(BFJD) Granules as adjuvant therapy for patients with multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis(MDR-PTB). Methods: A large-scale, multi-center, double-blinded, and randomized controlled trial was conducted in 18 sentinel hospitals in china from December 2.12.to December 2.16. A total of 312.MDR-PTB patients were randomly assigned to BFJD Granules or placebo groups(1:1) using a stratified randomization method, which both received the long-course chemotherapy regimen for 18 months(6 Am-Lfx-P-Z-Pto, 12.Lfx-P-Z-Pto). Meanwhile, patients in both groups also received BFJD Granules or placebo twice a day for a total of 18 months, respectively. The primary outcome was cure rate. The secondary outcomes included time to sputum-culture conversion, changes in lung cavities and quality of life(QoL) of patients. Adverse reactions were monitored during and after the trial. Results: A total of 2.6 cases completed the trial, 111 in the BFJD Granules group and 105 in the placebo group. BFJD Granules, as adjuvant treatment, increased the cure rate by 13.6% at the end of treatment, compared with the placebo(58.4% vs. 44.8%, P=0.02., and accelerated the median time to sputum-culture conversion(5 months vs. 11 months). The cavity closure rate of the BFJD Granules group(50.6%, 43/85) was higher than that of the placebo group(32.1%, 2./81;P=0.02. in patients who completed the treatment. At the end of the intensive treatment, according to the 36-item Short Form, the BFJD Granules significantly improved physical functioning, general health, and vitality of patients relative to the placebo group(all P2.6%(4/156) in the placebo group. Conclusions: Supplementing BFJD Granules with the long-course chemotherapy regimen significantly increased the cure rate and cavity closure rate, and rapidly improved QoL of pati

Based on the analysis of primary energy consumption structure in five main provinces or municipalities in china,the factors that affect carbon emissions in the five study areas are analyzed quantitatively and comparatively with the decomposition analysis *** results demonstrate that the decomposition models of carbon emissions can be defined as ＂municipality model＂ and ＂provincial model＂,and the population factor of ＂municipal model＂ plays a significant role in carbon emissions than that of ＂provincial model＂.Either positive or negative effects of energy structure can be found in five different ***,there is a general trend that energy structure effort is becoming more and more *** on the characteristics and trends of carbon emissions in different areas,the carbon reduction measures are proposed as well.
