Network Configuration Entity Extraction Method Based on Transformer with Multi-Head Attention Mechanism

Nowadays,ensuring thequality of networkserviceshas become increasingly vital.Experts are turning toknowledge graph technology,with a significant emphasis on entity extraction in the identification of device configurations.This research paper presents a novel entity extraction method that leverages a combination of active learning and attention mechanisms.Initially,an improved active learning approach is employed to select the most valuable unlabeled samples,which are subsequently submitted for expert labeling.This approach successfully addresses the problems of isolated points and sample redundancy within the network configuration sample set.Then the labeled samples are utilized to train the model for network configuration entity extraction.Furthermore,the multi-head self-attention of the transformer model is enhanced by introducing the Adaptive Weighting method based on the Laplace mixture distribution.This enhancement enables the transformer model to dynamically adapt its focus to words in various positions,displaying exceptional adaptability to abnormal data and further elevating the accuracy of the proposed model.Through comparisons with Random Sampling(RANDOM),Maximum Normalized Log-Probability(MNLP),Least Confidence(LC),Token Entrop(TE),and Entropy query by Bagging(EQB),the proposed method,Entropy query by Bagging and Maximum Influence Active Learning(EQBMIAL),achieves comparable performance with only 40% of the samples on both datasets,while other algorithms require 50% of the samples.Furthermore,the entity extraction algorithm with the Adaptive Weighted Multi-head Attention mechanism(AW-MHA)is compared with BILSTM-CRF,Mutil_Attention-Bilstm-Crf,Deep_Neural_Model_NER and BERT_Transformer,achieving precision rates of 75.98% and 98.32% on the two datasets,respectively.Statistical tests demonstrate the statistical significance and effectiveness of the proposed algorithms in this paper.

A genetic variant study of bortezomib-induced peripheral neuropathy in Chinese multiple myeloma patients

Background:Bortezomib results in peripheral neuropathy(PN)in approximately 50%of patients,during multiple myeloma(MM)treatment,a complication known as Bortezomib-induced peripheral neuropathy(BIPN).The drug response varies among individuals.Genetic factor may play an important role in BIPN.Methods:A nextgeneration sequencing(NGS)panel containing 1659 targets from 233 genes was used to identify risk variants for developing BIPN in 204 MM patients who received bortezomib therapy.mRNA expression of MTHFR and ALDH1A1 in 62 peripheral blood samples was detected by real-time quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR).Serum homocysteine(Hcy)levels were detected in 40 samples by chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay(CMIA).Results:Compared with the non-BIPN group(n=89),a total of 8 significantly associated single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)were identified in the BIPN group(n=115):MTHFR(rs1801131,rs1801133,rs17421511),EPHX1(rs1051740),MME(rs2016848),ALDH1A1(rs6151031),HTR7(rs1935349)and CYP2A6(rs8192720).The mRNA expression level of MTHFR in newly diagnosed patients with peripheral neuritis after treatment(NP group)was lower than that of newly diagnosed patients without peripheral neuritis after treatment(NnP group)(1.70±0.77 vs.2.81±0.97,p=0.009).Serum Hcy levels were significantly higher in BIPN group than in non-BIPN group(11.66±1.79μmol/L vs.8.52±3.29μmol/L,p=0.016)and healthy controls(11.66±1.79μmol/L vs.8.55±2.13μmol/L,p≤0.001).Conclusion:CYP2A6,EPHX1,MTHFR,ALDH1A1,HTR7,MME and BIPN are linked in Chinese MM patients.BIPN is more likely to occur in patients with lower MTHFR mRNA expression,which might result in higher serum Hcy levels.

Globally,grassland degradation is an acute ecological problem.In alpine grassland on the Tibetan Plateau,increased densities of various small mammals in degraded grassland are assumed to intensify the degradation process and these mammals are subject to lethal control.However,whether the negative impact of small mammals is solely a result of population size or also a result of activity and behavior has not been tested.In this study,we use plateau pika as a model to compare population size,core area of colony,and the number of burrow entrances and latrines between lightly and severely degraded grassland.We test whether the alleged contribution of pika to grassland degradation is a result of increased population size or increased burrowing activities of individuals in response to lower food abundance.We found that grassland degradation resulted in lower plant species richness,plant height,and biomass.Furthermore,the overall population size of pika was not significantly affected by location in lightly and severely degraded grassland.However,pika core areas in severely grassland degradation were significantly larger and had significantly higher densities of burrows and latrines.Our study provides convincing evidence that habitat-induced changes in the behavior of small,burrowing mammals,such as pika,can exacerbate grassland degradation.This finding has significant implications for managing small mammals and restoring degraded grassland ecosystems.

Evaluating serum CXCL12,sCD22,Lp-PLA2 levels and ratios as biomarkers for diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease

BACKGROUND Grasping the underlying mechanisms of Alzheimer's disease(AD)is still a work in progress,and existing diagnostic techniques encounter various obstacles.Therefore,the discovery of dependable biomarkers is essential for early detection,tracking the disease's advancement,and steering treatment strategies.AIM To explore the diagnostic potential of serum CXCL12,sCD22,Lp-PLA2,and their ratios in AD,aiming to enhance early detection and inform targeted treatment strategies.METHODS The study was conducted in Dongying people's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.Participants included 60 AD patients(AD group)and 60 healthy people(control group).Using a prospective case-control design,the levels of CXCL12,sCD22 and Lp-PLA2 and their ratios were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit in the diagnosis of AD.The differences between the two groups were analyzed by statistical methods,and the corresponding ratio was constructed to improve the specificity and sensitivity of diagnosis.RESULTS Serum CXCL12 levels were higher in the AD group(47.2±8.5 ng/mL)than the control group(32.8±5.7 ng/mL,P<0.001),while sCD22 levels were lower(14.3±2.1 ng/mL vs 18.9±3.4 ng/mL,P<0.01).Lp-PLA2 levels were also higher in the AD group(112.5±20.6 ng/mL vs 89.7±15.2 ng/mL,P<0.05).Significant differences were noted in CXCL12/sCD22(3.3 vs 1.7,P<0.001)and Lp-PLA-2/sCD22 ratios(8.0 vs 5.2,P<0.05)between the groups.Receiver operating characteristic analysis confirmed high sensitivity and specificity of these markers and their ratios in distinguishing AD,with area under the curves ranging from CONCLUSION Serum CXCL12 and Lp-PLA2 levels were significantly increased,while sCD22 were significantly decreased,as well as increases in the ratios of CXCL12/sCD22 and Lp-PLA2/sCD22,are closely related to the onset of AD.These biomarkers and their ratios can be used as potential diagnostic indicators for AD,providing an important clinical reference for early intervention and treatment.

The inertial navigation system(INS),which is frequently used in emergency rescue operations and other situations,has the benefits of not relying on infrastructure,high positioning frequency,and strong real-time performance.However,the intricate and unpredictable pedestrian motion patterns lead the INS localization error to significantly diverge with time.This paper aims to enhance the accuracy of zero-velocity interval(ZVI)detection and reduce the heading and altitude drift of foot-mounted INS via deep learning and equation constraint of dual feet.Aiming at the observational noise problem of low-cost inertial sensors,we utilize a denoising autoencoder to automatically eliminate the inherent noise.Aiming at the problem that inaccurate detection of the ZVI detection results in obvious displacement error,we propose a sample-level ZVI detection algorithm based on the U-Net neural network,which effectively solves the problem of mislabeling caused by sliding windows.Aiming at the problem that Zero-Velocity Update(ZUPT)cannot suppress heading and altitude error,we propose a bipedal INS method based on the equation constraint and ellipsoid constraint,which uses foot-to-foot distance as a new observation to correct heading and altitude error.We conduct extensive and well-designed experiments to evaluate the performance of the proposed method.The experimental results indicate that the position error of our proposed method did not exceed 0.83% of the total traveled distance.

Jump and variational inequalities for singular integral with rough kernel

In this paper,we consider the jump and variational inequalities of truncated singular integral operator with rough kernel TΩ,β,εf(x)=∫|y|>εΩ(y)/|y|n-βf(x-y)dy,where the kernel Ω ∈(L(log+L)2)~(n/(n-β))(Sn-1) satisfies the vanishing condition and the homogeneous condition of degree 0.This kind of singular integral appears in the approximation of the surface quasi-geostrophic(SQG) equation from the generalized SQG equation.We establish the(Lp,Lq) estimate of the jump and variational inequalities of the families {TΩ,β,ε}ε>0for 1/q=1/p-β/n and 0 <β<1.Moreover,one can get the Lpboundedness of the Calderon-Zygmund operator with the same kernel by letting β→0+.

Mobile genetic elements facilitate the transmission of antibiotic resistance genes in multidrug-resistant Enterobacteriaceae from duck farms

Multidrug-resistant(MDR)Enterobacteriaceae critically threaten duck farming and public health.The phenotypes,genotypes,and associated mobile genetic elements(MGEs)of MDR Enterobacteriaceae isolated from 6 duck farms in Zhejiang Province,China,were investigated.A total of 215 isolates were identified as Escherichia coli(64.65%),Klebsiella pneumoniae(12.09%),Proteus mirabilis(10.23%),Salmonella(8.84%),and Enterobacter cloacae(4.19%).Meanwhile,all isolates were resistant to at least two antibiotics.Most isolates carried tet(A)(85.12%),blaTEM(78.60%)and sul1(67.44%)resistance genes.Gene co-occurrence analysis showed that the resistance genes were associated with IS26 and integrons.A conjugative IncFII plasmid pSDM004 containing all the above MGEs was detected in Proteus mirabilis isolate SDM004.This isolate was resistant to 18 antibiotics and carried the blaNDM-5 gene.MGEs,especially plasmids,are the primary antibiotic resistance gene transmission route in duck farms.These findings provide a theoretical basis for the rational use of antibiotics in farms which are substantial for evaluating public health and food safety.

Esophageal cancer ranks among the most prevalent malignant tumors globally,primarily due to its highly aggressive nature and poor survival rates.According to the 2020 global cancer statistics,there were approximately 604000 new cases of esophageal cancer,resulting in 544000 deaths.The 5-year survival rate hovers around a mere 15%-25%.Notably,distinct variations exist in the risk factors associated with the two primary histological types,influencing their worldwide incidence and distribution.Squamous cell carcinoma displays a high incidence in specific regions,such as certain areas in China,where it meets the cost-effect-iveness criteria for widespread endoscopy-based early diagnosis within the local population.Conversely,adenocarcinoma(EAC)represents the most common histological subtype of esophageal cancer in Europe and the United States.The role of early diagnosis in cases of EAC originating from Barrett's esophagus(BE)remains a subject of controversy.The effectiveness of early detection for EAC,particularly those arising from BE,continues to be a debated topic.The variations in how early-stage esophageal carcinoma is treated in different regions are largely due to the differing rates of early-stage cancer diagnoses.In areas with higher incidences,such as China and Japan,early diagnosis is more common,which has led to the advancement of endoscopic methods as definitive treatments.These techniques have demonstrated remarkable efficacy with minimal complications while preserving esophageal functionality.Early screening,prompt diagnosis,and timely treatment are key strategies that can significantly lower both the occurrence and death rates associated with esophageal cancer.

Electrochemically recycling degraded superalloy and valorizing CO_(2)in the aff ordable borate-modified molten electrolyte

Integrating electrochemical reduction of CO_(2)and electrochemical oxidation to recycle degraded superalloys is a promising solution to ease resource scarcity and safeguard environmental sustainability.Herein,we propose an electrochemical technique for the conversion of bulk superalloy scraps and CO_(2)into oxide powder at the anode and solid carbon at the cathode,respectively.In particular,a borax-modifi ed CaCl_(2)-based molten salt electrolyte is used for enhancing the electrochemical oxidation of superalloy scraps.At a temperature of 700℃and a voltage of 2.8 V,90.55 wt.%of alloy scraps were oxidized in a molten CaCl_(2)–NaCl–CaCO_(3)–Na_(2)B_(4)O_(7)with an acid–base ratio(K_(a/b))of 1.The synergy of Cl−and B_(4)O_(7)2−of electrolyte prevents the passivation of the alloy anode and enables continuous oxidation.Furthermore,the Ni and Co in the anode products are recovered by sulfation roasting with recovery efficiencies of 85.58%and 95.27%for Ni and Co,respectively.Overall,modulating the alkalinity of the electrolyte for enhancing oxidation/pulverization of alloy scrap anode provides new insight into electrochemically recovering superalloy scraps.

Recurrent herpes zoster in a rheumatoid arthritis patient treated with tofacitinib: A case report and review of the literature

BACKGROUND Tofacitinib is an oral Janus kinase(JAK)inhibitor that is currently approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Varicella zoster virus reactivation leading to herpes zoster(HZ)is an adverse effect of this drug;however,recurrent HZ at the same site is a rare clinical condition.CASE SUMMARY A 70-year-old female RA patient had undergone 1-year of tofacitinib treatment(10 mg daily).About 1 mo after initiation of oral tofacitinib,she developed blisters on the left flank and abdomen and was diagnosed with HZ;antiviral therapy with acyclovir was resolutory.However,5 d prior to presentation at our hospital,erythema and blisters with severe pain recurred at the same site.Small clustered blisters and bullous were visible on the left lumbar abdomen and perineum,with a pain score of 8(visual analogue scale).Antiviral,nutritional supplement,analgesic and other treatments led to healing but over an atypically long period(approximately 26 d,vs approximately 1 wk).HZ is a common and serious adverse reaction of JAK inhibitors,but it rarely recurs.Our patient’s experience of HZ recurrence at the same site,with a wider affected area,more severe pain and longer healing period,is inconsistent with previous reports.CONCLUSION Same-anatomical site HZ recurrence may occur during oral tofacitinib treatment,with more severe clinical manifestations than in the initial occurrence.
