Joint alignment and steering to manage interference

In wireless communication networks,mobile users in overlapping areas may experience severe interference,therefore,designing effective Interference Management(IM)methods is crucial to improving network ***,when managing multiple disturbances from the same source,it may not be feasible to use existing IM methods such as Interference Alignment(IA)and Interference Steering(IS)*** is because with IA,the aligned interference becomes indistinguishable at its desired Receiver(Rx)under the cost constraint of Degrees-of-Freedom(DoF),while with IS,more transmit power will be consumed in the direct and repeated application of IS to each *** remedy these deficiencies,Interference Alignment Steering(IAS)is proposed by incorporating IA and IS and exploiting their advantages in *** IAS,the interfering Transmitter(Tx)first aligns one interference incurred by the transmission of one data stream to a one-dimensional subspace orthogonal to the desired transmission at the interfered Rx,and then the remaining interferences are treated as a whole and steered to the same subspace as the aligned ***,two improved versions of IAS,i.e.,IAS with Full Adjustment at the Interfering Tx(IAS-FAIT)and Interference Steering and Alignment(ISA),are *** former considers the influence of IA on the interfering user-pair's *** orthogonality between the desired signals at the interfered Rx can be maintained by adjusting the spatial characteristics of all interferences and the aligned interference components,thus ensuring the Spectral Efficiency(SE)of the interfering communication *** ISA,the power cost for IS at the interfered Tx is minimized,hence improving SE performance of the interfered *** the proposed methods are realized at the interfering and interfered Txs cooperatively,the expenses of IM are shared by both *** in-depth simulation results show that joint use of IA and

Impaired brain glucose metabolism is an early indicator of Alzheimer’s disease(AD);however,the fundamental mechanism is *** this study,we found a substantial decline in isocitrate dehydrogenase 3β(IDH3β)levels,a critical tricarboxylic acid cycle enzyme,in AD patients and AD-transgenic mice’s *** investigations demonstrated that the knockdown of IDH3βinduced oxidation-phosphorylation uncoupling,leading to reduced energy metabolism and lactate *** resulting increased lactate,a source of lactyl,was found to promote histone lactylation,thereby enhancing the expression of paired-box gene 6(PAX6).As an inhibitory transcription factor of IDH3β,the elevated PAX6 in turn inhibited the expression of IDH3β,leading to tau hyperphosphorylation,synapse impairment,and learning and memory deficits resembling those seen in *** AD-transgenic mice,upregulating IDH3βand downregulating PAX6 were found to improve cognitive functioning and reverse AD-like ***,our data suggest that impaired oxidative phosphorylation accelerates AD progression via a positive feedback inhibition loop of IDH3β-lactate-PAX6-IDH3β.Breaking this loop by upregulating IDH3βor downregulating PAX6 attenuates AD neurodegeneration and cognitive impairments.

Boosted Electrocatalytic Glucose Oxidation Reaction on Noble-Metal-Free MoO_(3)-Decorated Carbon Nanotubes

Electrocatalytic glucose oxidation reaction(GOR)has attracted much attention owing to its crucial role in biofuel cell ***,we load MoO_(3)nanoparticles on carbon nanotubes(CNTs)and use a discharge process to prepare a noblemetal-free MC-60 catalyst containing MoO_(3),Mo_(2)C,and a Mo_(2)C–MoO_(3)*** the GOR,MC-60 shows activity as high as 745μA/(mmol/L cm^(2)),considerably higher than those of the Pt/CNT(270μA/(mmol/L cm^(2)))and Au/CNT catalysts(110μA/(mmol/L cm^(2))).In the GOR,the response minimum on MC-60 is as low as 8μmol/L,with a steady-state response time of only 3 ***,MC-60 has superior stability and anti-interference ability to impurities in the *** better performance of MC-60 in the GOR is attributed to the abundant Mo sites bonding to C and O atoms at the MoO_(3)–Mo_(2)C *** Mo sites create active sites for promoting glucose adsorption and oxidation,enhancing MC-60 performance in the ***,these results help to fabricate more effi cient noble-metal-free catalysts for the fabrication of glucose-based biofuel cells.

Diabetic kidney disease is a leading cause of end-stage renal disease,making it a global public health *** molecular mechanisms underlying diabetic kidney disease have not been elucidated due to its complex ***,exploring these mechanisms from new perspectives is the current focus of research concerning diabetic kidney *** channels are important proteins that maintain the physiological functions of cells and *** ion channels,potassium channels stand out,because they are the most common and important channels on eukaryotic cell surfaces and function as the basis for cell *** potassium channel abnormalities have been found to be closely related to diabetic kid-ney disease progression and genetic susceptibility,such as K_(ATP),K_(ca),K_(ir),and K_(v).In this review,we summarized the roles of different types of potassium channels in the occurrence and devel-opment of diabetic kidney disease to discuss whether the development of DKD is due to potas-sium channel dysfunction and present new ideas for the treatment of DKD.

BACKGROUND Hemolymphangioma of the jejunum is rare and lacks clinical specificity,and can manifest as gastrointestinal bleeding,abdominal pain,and intestinal *** tomography,magnetic resonance imaging,and other examinations show certain characteristics of the disease,but lack *** capsule endoscopy and enteroscopy make up for this deficiency,the diagnosis also still re-quires *** SUMMARY A male patient was admitted to the hospital due to abdominal distension and abdominal pain,but a specific diagnosis by computed tomography examination was not *** resection of the small intestine was performed by robotic surgery,and postoperative pathological biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of *** recurrence in the follow-up examination was *** Robotic surgery is an effective way to treat hemolymphangioma through minima-lly invasive techniques under the concept of rapid rehabilitation.

Electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorbing materials have an irreplaceable position in the field of military stealth as well as in the field of electromagnetic pollution *** in order to cope with the complex electromagnetic environment,the design of multifunctional and multiband high efficiency EMW absorbers remains a tremendous *** this work,we designed a three-dimensional porous structure via the salt melt synthesis strategy to optimize the impedance matching of the ***,through interfacial engineering,a molybdenum carbide transition layer was introduced between the molybdenum selenide nanoparticles and the three-dimensional porous carbon matrix to improve the absorption behavior of the *** analysis indicates that the number and components of the heterogeneous interfaces have a significant impact on the EMW absorption performance of the absorber due to mechanisms such as interfacial polarization and conduction loss introduced by interfacial ***,the prepared MoSe_(2)/MoC/PNC composites showed excellent EMW absorption performance in C,X,and Ku bands,especially exhibiting a reflection loss of−59.09 dB and an effective absorption bandwidth of 6.96 GHz at 1.9 *** coordination between structure and components endows the absorber with strong absorption,broad bandwidth,thin thickness,and multi-frequency absorption ***,it can effectively reinforce the marine anticorrosion property of the epoxy resin coating on Q235 steel *** study contributes to a deeper understanding of the relationship between interfacial engineering and the performance of EMW absorbers,and provides a reference for the design of multifunctional,multiband EMW absorption materials.

Low-temperature processed electron transport layer(ETL)of TiO_(2)that is widely used in planar perovskite solar cells(PSCs)has inherent low carrier mobility,resulting in insufficient photogenerated elec-tron transport and thus recombination loss at buried ***,we demonstrate an effective strategy of laser embedding of p-n homojunctions in the TiO_(2)ETL to accelerate electron transport in PSCs,through localized build-in electric fields that enables boosted electron mobility by two orders of *** embedding is found significantly helpful for not only the enhanced crystallization quality of TiO_(2)ETL,but the fabrication of perovskite films with larger-grain and the *** embedded p-n homojunction enables also the modulation of interfacial energy level between perovskite layers and ETLs,favoring for the reduced voltage deficit of *** from these merits,the formamidinium lead iodide(FAPbI_(3))PSCs employing such ETLs deliver a champion efficiency of 25.50%,along with much-improved device stability under harsh conditions,i.e.,maintain over 95%of their initial efficiency after operation at maximum power point under continuous heat and illumination for 500 h,as well as mixed-cation PSCs with a champion efficiency of 22.02%and over 3000 h of ambient storage under humidity stability of 40%.Present study offers new possibilities of regulating charge transport layers via p-n homojunction embedding for high performance optoelectronics.

Four new cyclohexapeptides,pyridapeptides F–I(1–4),were isolated from the fermentation broth of marine sponge-derived Streptomyces *** pyridapeptides F–H(1–3)are composed ofβ-hydroxyleucine,alanine,O-methylthreonine,hexahydropyridazine-3-carboxylic acid,5-hydroxytetrahydropyridazine-3-carboxylic acid,and(2S,3R,4E,6E)-2-amino-3–hydroxy-4,6-dienoic acid *** I(4)contains(2S,3R,4E,6E)-2-amino-3–hydroxy-8-methylnona-4,6-dienoic acid residue and a very rare glycose residue,*** structures were determined based on spectroscopic analysis and chemical *** G–I(2–4)have the 2,3,6-trideoxyhexose units glycosylated at theγ-OH-TPDA residue,displayed significant antiproliferative activity against four(PC9,MKN45,Hep G2,K562)or two(PC9,MKN45)human cancer cell lines.

A stable and highly active core‐shell heterostructure electrocatalyst is essential for catalyzing oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Here,a dual‐trimetallic core‐shell heterostructure OER electrocatalyst that consists of a NiFeWS_(2)inner core and an amorphous NiFeW(OH)_(z)outer shell is designed and synthesized using in situ electrochemical *** electrochemical measurements of different as‐synthesized catalysts with a similar mass loading suggest that the core‐shell Ni_(0.66)Fe_(0.17)W_(0.17)S_(2)@amorphous NiFeW(OH)_(z)nanosheets exhibit the highest overall performance compared with that of other bimetallic reference catalysts for the ***,the nanosheet arrays were in situ grown on hydrophilic‐treated carbon paper to fabricate an integrated three‐dimensional electrode that affords a current density of 10 mA cm^(−2)at a small overpotential of 182 mV and a low Tafel slope of 35 mV decade^(−1)in basic *** Faradaic efficiency of core‐shell Ni_(0.66)Fe_(0.17)W_(0.17)S_(2)@amorphous NiFeW(OH)_(z)is as high as 99.5%for *** scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope,and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses confirm that this electrode has excellent stability in morphology and elementary composition after long‐term electrochemical ***,density functional theory calculations further indicate that the core‐shell heterojunction increased the conductivity of the catalyst,optimized the adsorption energy of the OER intermediates,and improved the OER *** study provides a universal strategy for designing more active core‐shell structure electrocatalysts based on the rule of coordinated regulation between electronic transport and active sites.

The appropriate regulation of band structure is an effective strategy in constructing efficient photocatalytic *** photocatalytic system mainly employs powder photocatalysts,which makes their recovery reliant on expensive separation processes and severely limits their industrial ***,we constructed a novel CdS/Ni_(3)S_(2)heterostructure using free-standing and flexible nickel fiber paper as the *** regulated energy band structure achieves effective electron–hole *** as-synthesized flexible photocatalyst exhibits considerable photocatalytic activity toward the H_(2)evolution reaction under visible-light irradiation,with an H_(2)production rate of5.63μmol·cm^(-2)·h^(-1)(14.1 mmol·g^(-1)cat·h^(-1)according to the catalyst loading content).Additionally,the otherwisewasted excited holes simultaneously drive organic transformations to yield value-added organic products,thus markedly improving the photocatalytic H_(2)evolution *** a photocatalytic system is scaled up further,where a self-supported 20 cm×25 cm sample achieves a champion H_(2)production rate of 60-80μmol·h^(-1)under practical sun *** newly developed self-supported photocatalyst produces opportunities for practical solar H2production with biomass upgrading.
