Urban planning is a process of government as planner to purposefully manage and intervene in the urban development. In this paper,five major tasks for the construction of an international language environment in the core urban areas are proposed from the perspective of urban planning:to explore an effective working mechanism for the construction of the international language environment;to improve the ability of citizens in foreign language communication;to standardize public bilingual notices and signs marking system;to innovate the internationalized operational models of the key industries;to create a multi-functional foreign language consulting service system. Thereby,the objective to improve the international language environment and competitiveness of the urban areas can be accomplished.

We propose a Quantum private query(QPQ) protocol based on device-independent Quantum key distribution(QKD) by using Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen(EPR) pairs. We analyze coherent attacks by a third party in a weaker constraints(non-signaling condition) compared with the formalism of quantum physics. We deduce the relationship between the raw key bits of Alice and the third party’s attack factor. Compared with existing QPQ protocols, our protocol is secure even when the source and measuring equipment used to distribute oblivious secret key can not be trusted. Quantum register is not needed in our protocol.

This work presents two robust quantum secure communication schemes with authentication based on Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen(EPR) pairs, which can withstand collective noises. Two users previously share an identity string representing their identities. The identity string is encoded as decoherence-free states(termed logical qubits), respectively, over the two collective noisy channels, which are used as decoy photons. By using the decoy photons, both the authentication of two users and the detection of eavesdropping were implemented. The use of logical qubits not only guaranteed the high fidelity of exchanged secret message, but also prevented the eavesdroppers to eavesdrop beneath a mask of noise.

A quantum secure direct communication and authentication protocol is proposed by using single photons.An information transmission is completed by sending photons once in quantum channel,which improves the efficiency without losing the security.The protocol encodes identity-string of the receiver as single photons sequence,which acts as detection sequence and implements authentication.Before secret message is encoded as single photons sequence,it is encrypted with identity-string of the sender by using XOR operation,which defends quantum teleportation attack efficiently.The base identity-strings of the sender and the receiver are reused unconditionally secure even in noisy channel.Compared with the protocol proposed by Wang et al.(Phys Lett A,2006,358:256–258),the protocol in this study sends photons once in one transmission and defends most attacks including‘man-in-the-middle’attack and quantum teleportation attack efficiently.

Synthesis and Activity Evaluation of Novel Prenylated Flavonoids as Antiproliferative Agents

Twenty prenylated flavonoids 1-20 were synthesized by glycoside hydrolysis, dehydrogenation, selective O-methylation, O-prenylation and Claisen rearrangement reaction, from abundant and inexpensive natural flavonoids naringin, hespiredin, quercetin and myricetin. Among them, 1-7, 10-15 and 17-20 are novel compounds, the natural product 3,3＇,4＇,7-tetramethoxy-8-prenyl-5-hydroxy flavonoid（16） was synthesized in a high yield. Their antiprolirative activities were evaluated in vitro on a panel of three human cancer cell lines（HeLa, HCC1954 and SK-OV-3）. The results show that most of the target compounds displayed moderate to potent antiprolirative activities against the three cancer cells with half maximal inhibitory concentration（ICs0） values from 0.49 μmol/L to 95.07 μmol/L. Among them, 3′,4′,7-trimethoxyl-5-hydroxyl-8-prenyl flavonoid（12） exhibited the strongest antiprolirative activity against the three cancer cells mentioned above with IC50 values of 0.91-7.08 μmol/L. 3′,7-Dimethoxy-5-O- prenyl flavone（6） and 3′,4′,7-trimethoxy-5-O-prenyl flavone（10） showed selective antiproliferative activity against HCC1954 cells with TC50 value of 0 49 and 5 .32μmol/L, respectively.

In order to study dynamic laws of surface movements over coal mines due to mining activities,a dynamic prediction model of surface movements was established,based on the theory of support vector machines(SVM) and times-series analysis.An engineering application was used to verify the correctness of the model.Measurements from observation stations were analyzed and processed to obtain equal-time interval surface movement data and subjected to tests of stationary,zero means and normality.Then the data were used to train the SVM model.A time series model was established to predict mining subsidence by rational choices of embedding dimensions and SVM parameters.MAPE and WIA were used as indicators to evaluate the accuracy of the model and for generalization performance.In the end,the model was used to predict future surface movements.Data from observation stations in Huaibei coal mining area were used as an example.The results show that the maximum absolute error of subsidence is 9 mm,the maximum relative error 1.5%,the maximum absolute error of displacement 7 mm and the maximum relative error 1.8%.The accuracy and reliability of the model meet the requirements of on-site engineering.The results of the study provide a new approach to investigate the dynamics of surface movements.

In order to improve the precision of mining subsidence prediction, a mathematical model using Support Vector Machine (SVM) was established to calculate the displacement factor. The study is based on a comprehensive analysis of factors affecting the displacement factor, such as mechanical properties of the cover rock, the ratio of mining depth to seam thickness, dip angle of the coal seam and the thickness of loose layer. Data of 63 typical observation stations were used as a training and testing sample set. A SVM regression model of the displacement factor and the factors affecting it was established with a kernel function, an insensitive loss factor and a properly selected penalty factor. Given an accurate calculation algorithm for testing and analysis, the results show that an SVM regression model can calculate displacement factor precisely and reliable precision can be obtained which meets engineering requirements. The experimental results show that the method to calculation of the displacement factor, based on the SVM method, is feasible. The many factors affecting the displacement factor can be considered with this method. The research provides an efficient and accurate approach for the calculation of displacement in mining subsidence prediction.

长白山天池火山是一座大型的复合式活火山,由于其曾剧烈的喷发活动(946~947AD)和2002-2006年的扰动事件而备受瞩目。自晚更新世以来,天池火山有过多次剧烈的爆炸式喷发活动,其岩浆主要为高分异的碱流质与粗面质岩浆,SiO_(2)>65%。地球物理探测表明天池火山地下在浅部地壳存在岩浆房,但却未能对历史喷发活动的岩浆系统进行约束。本文利用晚更新世以来喷发物的电子探针数据,运用Qz-Ab-Or系统投图、单斜辉石机器学习压力计以及rhyolite-MELTS压力计对各期喷发的岩浆驻存压力条件进行计算,认为天文峰期(TWF)碱流岩压力约246~444MPa、气象站期(QXZ)碱流岩压力约184~344MPa、千年大喷发(ME-I)碱流岩压力约162~314MPa,千年大喷发(ME-II)粗面岩压力约438~540MPa。通过压力与深度换算后发现上述喷发岩浆贮存位置均对应中上地壳深度的岩浆房,并且三期碱流岩压力随喷发时间逐渐降低,暗示天池碱流质岩浆房在万年尺度内逐渐向浅部地壳演化的趋势;而粗面质岩浆可能来自另一个更深的岩浆房。该发现将有助于提高对天池火山岩浆房系统演化的认识,并为火山监测数据解释和灾害预警等工作提供依据。

Trust is the premise and foundation of secure communication,no matter in the quantum communication or classical communication.In fact,the existing quantum secure communication protocols and technologies are implicitly related to trust;or assume some trust premise in advance;or create or obtain a trust relationship.This paper studies on quantum trust model using node trust evaluation based on author’s own research achievements.We introduce the trust management into quantum communication network to build secure trusted quantum communication network based on evaluating the trust values of nodes,which are used to evaluate the reliability of each user.We put forward a scheme of quantum trust model based on node trust evaluation,and describe the thought and process of trust evaluation in detail based on the principles of quantum entanglement and quantum teleportation.We analyze the feasibility and safety of this scheme,which provides a new thinking and method for establishing a credible secure quantum communication network.
