The casing deform.tion prevention technology based on the optim.zation of cem.nt slurry is proposed to reduce the casing deform.tion of shale oil and gas wells during hydraulic fracturing. In this paper, the fracture m.chanism.of hollow particles in cem.nt sheath was firstly analyzed by discrete elem.nt m.thod, and the effect of hollow particles in cem.nt on casing deform.tion was investigated by laboratory experim.nt m.thod. Finally, field test was carried out to verify the im.rovem.nt effect of the casing deform.tion based on cem.nt slurry m.dification. The results show that the form.tion displacem.nt can be absorbed effectively by hollow particles inside the cem.nt transferring the excessive deform.tion away from.casing. The particles in the uncem.nted state provide deform.tion space during form.tion slipping. The casing with diam.ter of 139.7 m. could be passed through by bridge plug with the diam.ter of 99 m. when the m.ss ratio of particle/cem.nt reaches 1:4. According to the field test feedback, the m.thod based on optim.zation of cem.nt slurry can effectively reduce the risk of casing deform.tion, and the recom.ended range of hollow m.crobeads content in the cem.nt slurry is between 15% and 25%.

Accurate estim.tion of the drag forces generated by vegetation stem. is crucial for the com.rehensive assessm.nt of the im.act of aquatic vegetation on hydrodynam.c processes in aquatic *** coupling relationship between vegetation layer flow velocity and vegetation drag m.kes precise prediction of subm.rged vegetation drag forces particularly *** present study utilized published data on subm.rged vegetation drag force m.asurem.nts and em.loyed a genetic program.ing(GP)algorithm.a m.chine learning technique,to establish the connection between subm.rged vegetation drag forces and flow and vegetation *** using the bulk velocity,U,as the reference velocity scale to define the drag coefficient,C_(d),and stem.Reynolds num.er,the GP runs revealed that the drag coefficient of subm.rged vegetation is related to subm.rgence ratio(H^(*)),aspect ratio(d^(*)),blockage ratio(ψ^(*)),and vegetation density(λ).The relation between vegetation stem.drag forces and flow velocity is im.licitly em.edded in the definition of C_(d).Com.arisons with experim.ntal drag force m.asurem.nts indicate that using the bulk velocity as the reference velocity,as opposed to using the vegetation layer average velocity,U_(v),elim.nates the need for com.lex iterative processes to estim.te U_(v)and avoids introducing additional errors associated with U_(v)*** approach significantly enhances the m.del’s predictive capabilities and results in a sim.ler and m.re user-friendly form.la expression.

This paper proposes a type of double-layer charge liner fabricated using chem.cal vapor deposition(CVD)that has tungsten as its inner *** feasibility of this design was evaluated through penetration ***-layer charge liners were fabricated by using CVD to deposit tungsten layers on the inner surfaces of pure T2 copper *** m.crostructures of the tungsten layers were analyzed using a scanning electron m.croscope(SEm..The feasibility analysis was carried out by pulsed X-rays,slug-retrieval test and static penetration *** shaped charge jet form.ng and penetration law of inner tungsten-coated double-layer liner were studied by num.rical sim.lation *** results showed that the double-layer liners could form.well-shaped *** errors between the X-ray test results and the num.rical results were within 11.07%.A slug-retrieval test was found that the retrieved slug was sim.lar to a num.rically sim.lated *** with the traditional pure copper shaped charge jet,the penetration depth of the double-layer shaped charge liner increased by 11.4% and>10.8% *** sum.ary,the test results are good,and the num.rical sim.lation is in good agreem.nt with the test,which verified the feasibility of using the CVD m.thod to fabricate double-layer charge liners with a high-density and high-strength refractory m.tal as the inner liner.

The m.lt m.m.ry effect is a widely observed phenom.non in sem.-crystalline polym.rs. In practical applications, various additives are usually introduced into polym.rs, which m.y affect their m.lt m.m.ry behavior. In this work, the effect of talc on the m.lt m.m.ry effect of m.tallocene-m.de isotactic polypropylene(m.PP) was investigated in detail by using the differential scanning calorim.try. The results indicated that the introduction of talc significantly strengthened the m.lt m.m.ry effect of m.PP. Specifically, the upper lim.t tem.erature of Dom.in II increased from.161 ℃ to 174 ℃, resulting in a substantial widening of the tem.erature range of Dom.in IIa from.1 ℃ to 14 ℃. Analysis of the crystal orientation of the m.PP containing talc cooled from.various Ts suggested that the rem.rkably enhanced m.lt m.m.ry effect could be ascribed to the stabilization of oriented nuclei facilitated by talc. This stabilizing effect was likely attributable to the prefreezing effect or the sorption interaction between talc and the m.PP chains.

A novelγ-γ'(Ni solid solution—Ni_(3)Al)NiPtAl coating was produced on advanced single-crystal(SC)superalloy N5 by electroplating of a thin Pt coating with~3μm.in thickness followed by heat treatm.nt at 1000℃in *** com.arison,a traditionalγ-γ'NiPtAl coating was also produced by electroplating of a thick Pt coating with~6μm.in thickness followed by heat treatm.nt at 1100℃in *** novel coating has a m.ss gain of~0.5 m.·cm.(-2)after 100 h 1-h cyclic oxidation at 1150℃,showing better oxidation resistance than the traditional *** oxide scale m.stly consisting ofα-Al_(2)O_(3)grew on the novel coating because the elem.nt Cr from.the SC alloy substrate contributes to the form.tion ofα-Al_(2)O_(3).Pt content in the novel coating has significant effect on the oxidation *** optim.zed Pt content in the coating is about 16 at%,which is helpful to reduce the diffusion of harm.ul elem.nts from.the substrate into the coating but also to reduce the cost of the coating.
