The automatic cutting of intersecting pipes is a challenging task in *** improved automation and accuracy,this paper proposes a model-driven path planning approach for the robotic plasma cutting of a branch pipe with a single ***,it summarizes the intersection forms and introduces a dual-pipe intersection *** on this model,the moving three-plane structure(a description unit of the geometric characteristics of the intersecting curve)is constructed,and a geometric model of the branch pipe with a single Y-groove is ***,a novel mathematical model for plasma radius and taper compensation is ***,the compensation model and groove model are integrated by establishing movable ***,to prevent collisions between the plasma torch and workpiece,the torch height is planned and a branch pipe-rotating scheme is *** the established models and moving frames,the planned path description of cutting robot is provided in this novel *** accuracy of the proposed method is verified by simulations and robotic cutting experiments.

This paper aims to construct a two-grid scheme of fully discretized expanded mixed finite element methods for optimal control problems governed by parabolic integro-differential equations and discuss a priori error estimates. The state variables and co-state variables are discretized by the lowest order Raviart-Thomas mixed finite element, and the control variable is approximated by piecewise constant functions. The time derivative is discretized by the backward Euler method. Firstly, we define some new mixed elliptic projections and prove the corresponding error estimates which play an important role in subsequent convergence ***, we derive a priori error estimates for all variables. Thirdly, we present a two-grid scheme and analyze its convergence. In the two-grid scheme, the solution of the parabolic optimal control problem on a fine grid is reduced to the solution of the parabolic optimal control problem on a much coarser grid and the solution of a decoupled linear algebraic system on the fine grid and the resulting solution still maintains an asymptotically optimal accuracy. At last, a numerical example is presented to verify the theoretical results.

Digital twinning enables manufacturers to create digital representations of physical entities,thus implementing virtual simulations for product *** efforts of digital twinning neglect the decisive consumer feedback in product development stages,failing to cover the gap between physical and digital *** work mines real-world consumer feedbacks through social media topics,which is significant to product *** specifically analyze the prevalent time of a product topic,giving an insight into both consumer attention and the widely-discussed time of a *** primary body of current studies regards the prevalent time prediction as an accompanying task or assumes the existence of a preset ***,these proposed solutions are either biased in focused objectives and underlying patterns or weak in the capability of generalization towards diverse *** this end,this work combines deep learning and survival analysis to predict the prevalent time of *** propose a specialized deep survival model which consists of two *** first module enriches input covariates by incorporating latent features of the time-varying text,and the second module fully captures the temporal pattern of a rumor by a recurrent network ***,a specific loss function different from regular survival models is proposed to achieve a more reasonable *** experiments on real-world datasets demonstrate that our model significantly outperforms the state-of-the-art methods.

Wind is the primary challenge for low-speed fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles to follow a predefined flight *** cope with various wind conditions,this paper proposes a wind disturbance compensated path following control strategy where the wind disturbance estimate is incorporated with the nominal guiding vector field to provide the desired airspeed direction for the *** the control input vector for the outer-loop kinematic subsystem needs to satisfy a magnitude constraint,a scaling mechanism is introduced to tune the proportions of the compensation and nominal ***,an optimization problem is formulated to pursue a maximum wind compensation in strong winds,which can be solved analytically to yield two scaling factors.A cascaded inner-loop tracking controller is also designed to fulfill the outer-loop wind disturbance compensated guiding vector ***-fidelity simulation results under sensor noises and realistic winds demonstrate that the proposed path following algorithm is less sensitive to sensor noises,achieves promising accuracy in normal winds,and mitigates the deviation from a desired path in wild winds.

Objectives:Sciadopitysin(SP)is aﬂavonoid in Ginkgo biloba that exhibits various pharmacological *** study aimed to investigate its antitumor effects and the underlying molecular mechanism of SP in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)***:Network pharmacology was used for target prediction *** Counting Kit-8(CCK-8)assay was used to test the cell *** cytometry was used to test the cell cycle distribution,apoptosis status,and reactive oxygen species(ROS)*** and wound-healing assay was used to test the migration effect of SP on HepG2 *** Blot assay was used to test the expression levels of ***:Network pharmacology analysis results showed that the mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)and other signaling pathways are involved in the SP anti-HCC biological ***-8 assay results demonstrated that SP showed an obvious killing effect on three types of HCC cells and low cytotoxic effect on normal *** Blot andﬂow cytometry results showed that SP regulated MAPK/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)/nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB)signaling pathway to induce mitochondrion-dependent apoptosis in HepG2 ***,SP can arrest the G0/G1 phase cell cycle via the protein kinase B(AKT)/p21/p27/cyclin-dependent kinase(CDK)/Cyclin signaling *** healing and transwell assays showed that SP inhibited cell motility and invasion through the AKT/glycogen synthase kinase3β(GSK-3β)/vimentin/β-catenin signaling ***:Theseﬁndings demonstrated that SP induced mitochondrion-dependent apoptosis,arrested cell cycle in the G0/G1 phase,and inhibited cell migration by regulating the ROS-mediated signaling pathway in HepG2 ***,SP could serve as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of human HCC.

Coal seams can enrich a variety of harmful trace elements under specific geological *** spatial distribution of harmful trace elements in coal is extremely uneven,and the distribution characteristics of each element content are *** harmful elements released in the process of coal mining and utilization will cause serious harm to the environment and the human *** is of great resource significance to study the geochemistry of coal that affects the enrichment and distribution characteristics of harmful trace *** on the domestic and foreign literature on coal geochemistry in Guizhou published by previous investigators,this study counted 1097 sample data from 23 major coal-producing counties in Guizhou Province,systematically summarized the relevant research results of harmful trace elements in the coal of Guizhou,and revealed the overall distribution and enrichment characteristics of harmful trace elements in the coal of *** results show that the average contents of Cd,Pb,Se,Cu,Mo,U,V,As,Hg,and Cr in coal of Guizhou are higher than those in Chinese coal and world coal.A variety of harmful trace elements in the coal of Guizhou have high background values,especially in Liupanshui,Xingyi and Qianbei *** enrichment of various harmful trace elements in the Late Permian coal in Guizhou is mainly related to the combined action of various geological and geochemical *** supply of terrigenous debris and sedimentary environment may be the basic background of the enrichment of harmful elements in western Guizhou,while low-temperature hydrothermal activity and volcanic ash deposition may be the main reasons for the enrichment of harmful elements in southwestern Guizhou.

Based on the full-mode capacitively loaded substrate integrated waveguide（SIW） resonator and the miniaturized shielded half-mode capacitively loaded SIW（S-HMCSIW） cavities, a novel compact high-performance filter is proposed. The footprint of the half-mode SIW（HMSIW） is further reduced due to the application of the capacitive-loading technique. By applying cross coupling, the proposed SIW filter's transmission zero enhances the stopband rejection and shows excellent selectivity. For the bandpass filter, the measured |S21| and |S11| are better than 1.09 d B and-14 d B, respectively. And a 3-d B fractional bandwidth（FBW） of 9.14–10.76 GHz（FBW=16.2%）is also observed. The filter achieves a wide stopband with a-20 d B out-of-band rejection up to 2.69f0（f0= 10 GHz）,with a size of 0.39λg× 0.51λgonly. Good agreement between measurement and simulation is obtained.

For the sake of solving the problem that it is difficult to be integrated for the Mises specific plastic power due to its nonlinearity,a new linear criterion,named the globally optimal approximation criterion,is constructed by the polygonal approximation to the Mises *** new criterion is proved to be the linear function of the principal stress componentsσ1,σ2 andσ3 and the trajectory of it on theπ-plane is a non-equiangular but equilateral dodecagon intersecting the Mises *** theoretical results of the current criterion described by the Lode stress parameters are in excellent accordance with the experimental ***,according to the trend that the metallic flow velocity between rollers aggrandizes gradually from the inlet to the outlet during the hot rolling of a thick plate,a biomimetic velocity field is proposed in which the horizontal velocity component fits the egg-circular curve *** velocity field and its simulated results agree quite ***,using the determined linear criterion,energy analysis of the constructed velocity field is utilized to obtain the interior deformation power,while the vector decomposition approach is utilized to obtain the frictional power and shear *** this basis,the overall power is obtained and the analytical solutions are generated for the rolling torque,rolling force and the coefficient of the stress state under different egg curves by minimizing the neutral ***,the parameter optimization of the characteristic parameterρwhich affects the slope of the egg-circular curve is carried out and the best egg-circular curve which can minimize the energy consumption is *** best agreement between the theoretical and observed values of rolling force and rolling torque is under this curve,and the mean relative errors of the rolling torque and rolling force are no more than 2.93%,while the maximum error is no more than 8.35%.

Subgrade frost heave in seasonally frozen ground can greatly influence the safety and smooth running of high-speed trains and the service performance of track *** this study,we used a static model to:(1)investigate track-subgrade frost heave and develop a dynamic model of vehicle-track-subgrade frost heave;(2)explore the transfer relation between subgrade frost heave and track structure deformation;(3)examine the characteristics of interlayer debonding;(4)study the influence of subgrade frost heave on the dynamic response of vehicles in high-speed railways in seasonally frozen regions.A Fourier series was used to fit the frost heave waveform and simulate the behavior of subgrade uneven frost heave using data collected *** results show:(i)The position of frost heave significantly affects the transfer of deformation to a slab *** largest deformation of the track slab,with the amplitude transfer ratio reaching 20%,was recorded when the frost heave occurred near the joint of the base plate.(ii)At the same frost heave amplitude,long-wave frost heave causes smaller deformation and debonding of the track structure than short-wave frost *** the wavelength range of 10-30 m,the main frequency of the acceleration spectral density was concentrated between 3.5 and 3.7 Hz,with larger frost heave wavelengths producing smaller superposition on the vertical acceleration of the vehicle.(ii)The maximum wheel-rail force occurs when the front bogie passes the frost heave peak,with greater frost heave amplitudes producing greater wheel-rail *** these results,we conclude there is a clear need to control the frost heave deformation of the track to reduce the dynamic response of the vehicle and in turn improve train operatSubgrade frost heave in seasonally frozen ground can greatly influence the safety and smooth running of high-speed trains and the service performance of track *** this study,we used a static model to:(1)investigate track`-subgr
