Due to the poor solubility of aromatic polyesters in comm on orga nic solve nts,trifluoroacetic acid is usually used as a co-solve nt to increase their solubility for ***,only few studies have reported the side reactions induced by *** present here the application of in situ 1H-NMR techniques to explore its effect on the hydroxyl end-groups,which are usually used for the molecular weight determination of polyesters by end-group estimation *** bis(2-hydroxyethyl)terephthalate(BHET)as model compound,quantitative NMR results show the peak integration of hydroxyethyl end-groups decreased with time via a pseudo-first-order kinetics in d-trifluoroacetic acid/d-chloroform mixture solvent(1:10,V:V).This is due to the esterification of hydroxyethyl groups with trifluoroacetic acid,revealed by the H-^(13)C gradient-enhanced heteronuclear multiple bond correlation(gHMBC)*** mixtures of dimethyl terephthalate and BHET with different molar ratios were used to represent poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET)with different degrees of polymerization,and the effect of trifluoroacetic acid on the estimation of hydroxyethyl groups and subsequent molecular weight determination of polyesters was *** results show that if a relative error of 5%is allowed,the NMR measurements must be finished within 1.3 h of solution preparation at 25℃ in the mixture solve *** results were confirmed in PET sample,while in poly(ethyle ne adipate),the obtained esterifaction con stant is faster that those in aromatic *** results can be applied to other polymer systems with alcohol functionalized groups,and used as a guideline for the characterization of polyesters and polyethers by end-group estimation method.

目的从“脑-肠轴”角度分析疏肝理脾汤联合穴位埋线对肝郁脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效。方法选取2020年1月至2023年1月在江西中医药大学附属医院肛肠科住院的80例UC患者。按照随机数字表法分为观察组40例(予疏肝理脾汤口服以及穴位埋线治疗)与对照组40例(予美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服),观察比较两组治疗前后临床疗效、黏膜愈合率、中医证候评分、改良Mayo评分、脑肠肽指标。结果治疗后,观察组临床疗效、黏膜愈合率优于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医证候评分、改良Mayo评分均较前显著降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组血清5-羟色胺、P物质均较前显著降低、血管活性肠肽较前升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论疏肝理脾汤联合穴位埋线治疗UC临床效果显著,能有效调节患者脑肠肽指标,减轻黏膜病变程度,提高生活质量。

Epilepsy is a neurological disorder characterized by high morbidity,high recurrence,and drug *** signaling through the excitatory neurotransmitter glutamate is intricately associated with *** glutamate receptors(mGluRs)are G protein-coupled receptors activated by glutamate and are key regulators of neuronal and synaptic *** mGluR signaling has been associated with various neurological disorders,and numerous studies have shown a close relationship between mGluRs expression/activity and the development of *** this review,we first introduce the three groups of mGluRs and their associated signaling ***,we detail how these receptors influence epilepsy by describing the signaling cascades triggered by their activation and their neuroprotective or detrimental roles in *** addition,strategies for pharmacological manipulation of these receptors during the treatment of epilepsy in experimental studies is also *** hope that this review will provide a foundation for future studies on the development of mGluR-targeted antiepileptic drugs.

The strain clamps and leading wires are important components that connect conductors on overhead transmission lines and conduct *** operation,poor contact between these components can cause abnormal overheating,leading to electric failures and threatening power system ***,the use of unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with infrared thermal imagers for strain clamp and leading wire maintenance has become increasingly *** learning-based image recognition shows promising prospects for intelligent fault diagnosis of overheating faults.A pre-treatment method is proposed based on dynamic histogram equalisation to enhance the contrast of infrared *** DeepLab v3+network,loss function,and existing networks with different backbones are *** DeepLab v3+network with ResNet101 and convolutional block attention module added,and the Focal Loss function achieved the highest performance with an average pixel accuracy of 0.614,an average intersection over union(AIoU)of 0.567,an F1 score of 0.644,and a frequency weighted intersection over union of 0.594 on the test *** optimised Atrous rates has increased the AIoU by 12.91%.Moreover,an intelligent diagnosis scheme for evaluating the defect state of the strain clamps and leading wires is proposed and which achieves a diagnostic accuracy of 91.0%.

In this work, the intensification of luminol electrochemiluminescence (ECL) by metallic oxide nanoparticles (MONPs), as ZnO, MnO2,In2O3 and TiO2 , under alkaline condition is reported and the related mechanism is studied. It is found that all four types of those MONPs exhibit the effect toward the ECL intensification of luminol. Furthermore, the silica sol-gel film is taken to immobilize the MONPs onto the platinum electrodes. The so-obtained modified electrodes also show the enhanced ECL and better signal/noise ratio, as well improved signal stability. Finally, the ECL reagent, luminol, is immobilized together with the MONPs onto the electrode surface to perform as the ECL sensor. On resulting sensors, good linear responses are obtained toward hydrogen peroxide. The mechanism of intensification of luminol ECL by MONPs is discussed in this paper. It is proposed that the ECL intensification can be attributed to the production of reactive oxygen species, as well as the adsorption of luminol on surface of MONPs.

Calves are the reserve forces for dairy cattle. Scientific rearing strategy of calves is the basis of efficient cattle breeding. However, many problems exist in current rearing systems of calves and restrict the sustainable development of dairy cattle in China. The absence of basic research is the most highlighted problem among them. Recent researches on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, blood biochemical indices and rumen development in calves were summarized in this paper. Additionally, the optimal levels of energy and protein in milk replacer and starter diets for calves were indicated, and limiting amino acids for calves fed different diets were discussed. A variety of additives, such as acidifiers, probiotics and polysaccharides, are regarded as promising alternatives to antibiotics to reduce disease in calves. Dietary supplementations of these additives have positive effects on growth and health of calves. However, studies on the nutrition of vitamins and minerals in calves have been seldom done, and deserve our further researches. To sum up, the postnatal period is one of the most critical “windows” for rumen manipulation and epigenetic regulation. Any changes from environments, especially early nutrition, may produce long-term effects on growth, health and milk yields in adult cattle.

为了改进和完善国际科技合作项目评价、评估国际科技合作价值,本文结合国际科技合作项目的共性特点,从技术转移的角度出发,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评判法,分析技术投入、技术转移过程以及技术转移成果及其影响三个主要影响因素,研究建立国际科技合作价值评价指标体系,选择开展评价研究。结果表明,国际科技合作价值等级为高。研究选择袁隆平院士杂交水稻技术转移国际科技合作项目作为案例,证明指标体系的合理性与适用性,为国际科技合作评价提供参考。

Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a potentially life-threatening inflammatory disease of the pancreas,with clinical management determined by the severity of the ***,severity prediction,and prognosis assessment of AP typically involve the use of imaging technologies,such as computed tomography,magnetic resonance imaging,and ultrasound,and scoring systems,including Ranson,Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II,and Bedside Index for Severity in AP *** tomography is considered the gold standard imaging modality for AP due to its high sensitivity and specificity,while magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound can provide additional information on biliary obstruction and vascular *** systems utilize clinical and laboratory parameters to classify AP patients into mild,moderate,or severe categories,guiding treatment decisions,such as intensive care unit admission,early enteral feeding,and antibiotic *** the central role of imaging technologies and scoring systems in AP management,these methods have limitations in terms of accuracy,reproducibility,practicality and *** advancements of artificial intelligence(AI)provide new opportunities to enhance their performance by analyzing vast amounts of clinical and imaging *** algorithms can analyze large amounts of clinical and imaging data,identify scoring system patterns,and predict the clinical course of ***-based models have shown promising results in predicting the severity and mortality of AP,but further validation and standardization are required before widespread clinical *** addition,understanding the correlation between these three technologies will aid in developing new methods that can accurately,sensitively,and specifically be used in the diagnosis,severity prediction,and prognosis assessment of AP through complementary advantages.
