Gallium nitride(GaN)-based devices have significant potential for space ***,the mechanisms of radiation damage to the device,particularly from strong ionizing radiation,remains *** study investigates the effects of radiation on p-gate AlGaN/GaN high-electron-mobility transistors(HEMTs).Under a high voltage,the HEMT leakage current increased sharply and was accompanied by a rapid increase in power density that caused"thermal burnout"of the *** addition,a burnout signature appeared on the surface of the burned devices,proving that a single-event burnout effect ***,degradation,including an increase in the on-resistance and a decrease in the breakdown voltage,was observed in devices irradiated with high-energy heavy ions and without *** latent tracks induced by heavy ions penetrated the heterojunction interface and extended into the GaN ***,a new type of N_(2)bubble defect was discovered inside the tracks using Fresnel *** accumulation of N_(2)bubbles in the heterojunction and buffer layers is more likely to cause leakage and *** study indicates that electrical stress accelerates the failure rate and that improving heat dissipation is an effective reinforcement method for GaN-based devices.

脊髓性肌萎缩症(spinal muscular atrophy,SMA)是儿童时期较为常见的致死性常染色体隐性遗传病,SMN1基因纯合缺失是其主要致病原因,其主要特征是脊髓前角运动神经元退行性变导致近端肢体对称性进行性肌无力和肌萎缩。但是在相同遗传基础下,SMA患者往往表现出不同的疾病严重程度,除已明确的修饰基因SMN2基因外,其他修饰基因对SMA临床表型的作用同样不可忽视。该文就SMA致病基因和修饰基因的最新进展进行综述,旨在深入理解SMA的致病机制和表型差异,同时为疾病治疗提供新的策略和靶点。

由联合国教科文组织国际职业技术教育与培训中心数字能力框架数据库与国内学界研究可知:教师数字能力框架涵盖数字化意识、数字技术知识与技能、数字教学、专业发展、赋能学习者、数字社会责任6个维度41项要素。基于结构化理论进一步阐释教师数字能力框架萌发、雏形、成型与强化的内在生成机理,其中数字化意识是前提条件;数字技术知识与技能、数字社会责任是内部转化手段;数字教学是框架深化中的外部支持手段;专业发展、赋能学习者是终极目标。框架整体呈现出由内而外、理论与实践并重的动态闭环,是个体心智在外部情境中运作与互动的产物。鉴于此,通过“国家、社会、学校”三大外部场景赋能以及“成就感、目标感、效能感”三感联动主体激活策略,推动教师数字能力培育这项综合工程的进度。

In this paper,tannic acid(TA)and Fe~(3+)were added to form a layer of metal-polyphenol network structure on the surface of the nanoparticles which were fabricated by zein and carbon quantum dots(CQDs)encapsulating phlorotannins(PTN).pH-Responsive nanoparticles were prepared successfully(zein-PTN-CQDs-Fe-~Ⅲ).Further,the formation of composite nanoparticles was confirmed by a series of characterization *** zeta-potential and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy data proved that electrostatic interaction and hydrogen bonding are dominant forces to form *** encapsulation efficiency(EE)revealed that metal-polyphenol network structure could improve the EE of *** analysis and differential scanning calorimetry experiment indicated the thermal stability of zein-PTN-CQDs-Fe~Ⅲnanoparticles increased because of metal-polyphenol network *** pH-responsive nanoparticles greatly increased the release rate of active substances and achieved targeted release.

In this work,a reactive air jet attrition device with auto-recording and collection of elutriated fines was *** established insights into the physiochemical interaction and further correlated attrition behaviors between char and oxygen carriers under various operation *** attrition rate increased by over 110% upon the introduced CO_(2),which brought in the significant effect of thermo-chemical stress,similarly in effects of the increased char addition ratio and the decreased sizes of char or hematite in different *** the char-hematite co-attrition process,the elutriated carbon loss of char with poor mechanical strength was found to be over 10%,while the reactive iron loss of hematite was found to be 6.3%,and was enriched in elutriated *** reaction-derived thermochemical stress and the collision-derived mechanical stress jointly controls the particle attrition during the cyclic transformation of oxygen carrier particles in coal-fueled chemical looping fluidization,especially sig-nificant in its reduction stage.

Latent heat thermal energy storage systems can effectively fill the gap between energy storage and application, and phase-change materials(PCMs) are crucial media for storing thermal energy. Therefore, how to maximize the utilization efficiency of PCMs has attracted widespread attention. In this study, the thermal behavior of two thermal storage units employing a spiral tube and straight tube as heat transfer tubes was experimentally researched and comprehensively compared. Stefan numbers were used to investigate the impact of the heat transfer fluid temperature on the PCM melting process. The temperature distribution of PCMs,temporal evolution of the melting front, and temperature variations of measurement points in both tanks were compared. The average temperature and energy storage of PCMs were calculated to evaluate the thermal performance of different configurations. The results indicate that compared to cylinder B(with a straight tube), the energy storage in cylinder A(with a spiral tube)increased by 78.8%, 38.5%, and 19.6% at Stefan numbers of 1.08, 1.28, and 1.48, respectively. Moreover, the increase in the Stefan number simultaneously ascended the average temperature and energy storage of PCMs in containers A and B, causing the shortening of the melting time. When the Stefan number was increased from 1.28 to 1.48, the storage capacity was raised from3233.18 to 3463.8 k J, and the total melting time was decreased by 34.2% from 547.5 to 360 min after the PCM was loaded in cylinder A. The research results lay a certain foundation for a deeper study of enhanced heat transfer in spiral tubes.

Based on a hydrothermal method, the Ce3+/Tb3+ co-doped Ba Gd F5 nanocrystals were synthesized by controlling the introduction concentration of Ba2+ and Gd3+. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM) images, photoluminescence(PL) excitation, and emission spectra, as well as the photoluminescence dynamic decay curves. With the increase of the Ba2+ concentration in the synthesis procedure, the positions of diffraction peaks of XRD patterns move toward lower degree, and the case of the samples synthesized with the increase of the Gd3+ concentration is contrary, which consists well with each other. The FE-SEM images suggest that the BaGdF5 nanocrystals are in spherical morphology,and the average diameters decrease with the increase of Ba2+ or Gd3+ concentration. For the 4f–5d transition of Ce3+ is sensitive to the environment of local lattice, the PL excitation and emission spectra of the samples are different. The 4f–4f transition of Tb3+ also presents different optical properties in different host lattices. The variations of the optical properties of Ce3+ and Tb3+ as well as the lifetime of the 5D4+7F5 emission of Tb3+ are also consistent well with each other in the two series of samples.

In this paper,the multi-missile cooperative guidance system is formulated as a general nonlinear multi-agent *** save the limited communication resources,an adaptive eventtriggered optimal guidance law is proposed by designing a synchronization-error-driven triggering condition,which brings together the consensus control with Adaptive Dynamic Programming(ADP)***,the developed event-triggered distributed control law can be employed by finding an approximate solution of event-triggered coupled Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman(HJB)*** address this issue,the critic network architecture is constructed,in which an adaptive weight updating law is designed for estimating the cooperative optimal cost function ***,the event-triggered closed-loop system is decomposed into two subsystems:the system with flow dynamics and the system with jump *** using Lyapunov method,the stability of this closed-loop system is guaranteed and all signals are ensured to be Uniformly Ultimately Bounded(UUB).Furthermore,the Zeno behavior is *** results are finally provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
