Breast cancer(BC)is the most common heterogeneous disease in women and one of the leading causes of cancer-related ***,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,hormone,and targeted therapy are the gold standards for BC *** of the significant challenges during the treatment of BC represents resistance to chemotherapeutics,resistance that severely limits the use and effectiveness of the drugs used for BC ***,it is essential to develop new strategies to improve therapeutic *** RNAs(circRNAs)are a large group of non-coding RNAs that covalently form closed circular loops by joining their 5′,and 3′;*** evidence suggests that circRNAs have a vital role in cancer development,progression,and BC resistance to *** purpose of this review is to discuss the biological properties of circRNAs,and how circRNAs induce resistance to conventional therapeutic anti-cancer drugs used in BC treatment,by emphasizing and summarizing the potential roles of circRNAs in mechanisms of drug resistance,such as drug efflux,apoptosis dysfunction,autophagy,and DNA damage *** are associated with drug resistance via ATP-binding cassette(ABC)efflux transporters,while some others by inhibition of cell apoptosis,thus leading to resistance to tamoxifen in BC *** contrast,others are involved in the promotion of BC cells chemoresistance by doxorubicininduced *** may have clinical significance in regulating or overcoming BC drug resistance and may give directions towards a novel approach to personalized BC *** may significantly contribute to the identification of new therapeutic targets for the prevention of BC chemoresistance.

针对室外移动机器人定位系统精度依靠传感器融合存在累计误差的问题,提出一种基于扩展卡尔曼滤波(EkF)的多传感器融合的室外移动机器人定位方法。通过实时差分定位(Real-Time kinematic,RTk)和里程计信息、IMU信息对室外移动机器人进行扩展卡尔曼滤波融合定位,在真实室外环境中进行实验。实验结果表明:该算法能消除累计误差,提高机器人的定位精度,动态定位精度可达2.5 cm以内,相较于里程计-IMU融合定位,误差减少了92.4%左右,相较于传统的RTk算法,定位精度提高了55.4%。多次实验表明,该算法具有较好的鲁棒性。

In this study,HPLC-MS and ICP-MS methods wereused for the determination of histidine and cadmiumin Eleagnusangustifolia L.,Vitisvinifera *** Nerium oleander *** taken from industrial area including Gaziantep and Bursa *** histidine determination by HPLC-MS,flow rate of mobile phase,fragmentor potential,injection volume and column temperature were optimized as 0.2mL·min^(-1),70V,15μL and 20℃,*** extraction of histidine from plants,distilled water was used by applying on 90℃and *** concentrations(as mg·kg^(-1))of histidine were found to be in range of 8~22for Eleagnusangustifolia L.,10~33for Vitisvinifera *** 6~11for Nerium oleander *** concentrations of cadmium were found to be in ranges of 6~21μg·kg^(-1) for Vitisvinifera L.15~110μg·kg^(-1) for Eleagnusangustifolia *** 63~218μg·kg^(-1) for Nerium oleander L.

Surface-to-bed heat transfer for high-density particles in conical spouted and spout–fluid beds

Bed-to-surface heat transfer experiments from a vertically submerged cylindrical surface were conducted in laboratory-scale (Dc = 25 cm) conical spouted and spout–fluid beds at two different conical angles (31° and 66°) in the high particle density range (2500 kg/m3 ≤ρp ≤ 6000 kg/m3). The effects of the bed design parameters (conical angle and inlet diameter of spouting gas entrance) and operating conditions (static bed height, particle size, density, and spouting and fluidization gas flow rates) on the heat transfer characteristics were investigated in detail. The heat transfer coefficients were shown to be dependent on the density and size of the particles. The minimum stable spouting velocities of the denser and larger particles were higher, which led to higher operational spouting velocities and thereby resulted in higher heat transfer coefficients. The positive effect of increasing the particle diameter on heat transfer was more pronounced in the spout and at the spout–annulus interface, whereas this effect was diminished in the annulus region. The heat transfer coefficient increased with increasing spouting gas velocity up to 1.0Ums–1.1Ums, beyond which no significant change was observed regardless of the particle type. The heat transfer coefficient in the annulus decreased with increasing conical angle because of reduced particle circulation. The spout–fluid operation increased the heat transfer coefficient by a maximum of 10% at the expense of a significant increase of the total gas flow rate. This result was attributed to the inability of the fluidizing gas to penetrate the annulus. An empirical correlation for the average heat transfer coefficient in the annulus was also proposed based on the data obtained in this work.

Comparative tree-ring anatomy of Fraxinus excelsior with Chalara dieback

We tested the hypothesis that the biometrical characters of wood elements in ash trees(Fraxinus excelsior L.) become modified in response to the progression of disease caused by Chalara fraxinea. Anatomical analyses were performed on wood samples collected at breast height from the trunks of groups of ash trees which contained healthy, weakened and dead trees. We measured(1) treering width,(2) earlywood vessel diameter,(3) earlywood vessel element length,(4) fibre length,(5) fibre diameter,(6) fibre lumen diameter, and(7) fibre wall thickness. We showed that tree-ring width diminished in all analysed groups during disease progression. However, the greatest suppression of growth was observed in dead trees. In both weakened and dead ash trees, the reduction in tree-ring width was accompanied by diminished vessel diameter in the earlywood of the outermost annual rings. The annual rings of dead trees had shorter fibres having greater lumen diameter and thinner cell walls. Consequently, water conduction in the sapwood of dead ash trees was less efficient owing to reduced vessel diameter, and this seems to be one of the greatest disease-induced morphological modifications. All the anatomical modifications might be due to leaf loss and crown dieback triggered by Chalara fraxinea.

Outcome of repeated micro-surgical testicular sperm extraction in patients with non-obstructive azoospermia

Aim： To evaluate the outcome of repetitive micro-surgical testicular sperm extraction （mTESE） attempts in non-obstructive azoospermia （NOA） cases, in relation to patients＇ initial testicular histology results. Methods： A total of 68 patients with NOA in whom mTESE had been performed in previous intracytoplasmic sperm injection （ICSI） attempts were reviewed. Results： Among the 68 patients with NOA, the first mTESE yielded mature sperm for ICSI in 44 （64%）（Sp^＋）, and failed in the remaining 24 （36%）（Sp^-）. Following their first trial, 24 patients decided to undergo a second mTESE. Of these 24 patients, no spermatozoa were obtained in 5 patients, and Sp^＋ but no fertilization/pregnancy were achieved in 19. In these 24 cases, mTESE was successively repeated for two （n = 24）, three （n = 4） and four （n = 1） times. The second attempt yielded mature sperm in 3/5 patients from the Sp group and 16/19 patients from the Sp^＋ group. At the third and fourth trials, 4/4 and 1/1 of the original Sp^＋ patients were Sp^＋ again, respectively. Distribution of main testicular histology included Sertoli cell-only syndrome （16%）, maturation arrest （22%）, hypospermatogenesis （21%） and focal spermatogenesis （41%）. Overall, in repetitive mTESE, 24/29 （82%） of the attempts were finally Sp^＋. Conclusion： Repeated mTESE in patients with NOA is a feasible option, yielding considerably high sperm recovery rate. In patients with NOA, mTESE may safely be repeated one or more times to increase sperm retrieval rate, as well as to increase the chance of retrieving fresh spermatozoa to enable ICSI.

In this study,the deep learning models for estimating the mechanical properties of concrete containing silica fume subjected to high temperatures were *** fume was used at concentrations of 0%,5%,10%,and 20%.Cube specimens(100 mm×100 mm×100 mm)were prepared for testing the compressive strength and ultrasonic pulse *** were cured at 20℃zb2℃ in a standard cure for 7,28,and 90 *** curing,they were subjected to temperatures of 20℃,200℃,400℃,600℃,and 800℃.Two well-known deep learning approaches,i.e.,stacked autoencoders and long short-term memory(LSTM)networks,were used for forecasting the compressive strength and ultrasonic pulse velocity of concrete containing silica fume subjected to high *** forecasting experiments were carried out using MATLAB deep learning and neural network tools,*** statistical measures were used to validate the prediction performances of both the *** study found that the LSTM network achieved better results than the stacked *** addition,this study found that deep learning,which has a very good prediction ability with little experimental data,was a convenient method for civil engineering.
