The beak is a key evolutionary innovation in the avian tree of *** diversity in morphology shows birds’successful colonization of various ecological niches on the Earth(Pigot et al.2020),and its morphological plasticity can also enable birds to rapidly respond to changes in environments(Grant&Grant 2006).These natures helped birds survive multiple extinction events(Larson et al.2016).Therefore,investigating the morphological evolution of avian beaks and the underlying developmental and molecular mechanisms will help to decipher the evolution of birds and boost the development of the theory of evolutionary biology.

目的:基于健康状况的中介作用,分析经济支持、健康状况对我国老年人医疗卫生服务利用的影响机制。方法:将社会支持理论和安德森模型相结合,构建经济支持、健康状况对我国老年人医疗卫生服务利用影响机制的分析框架,并形成研究假设;利用2021中国综合社会调查数据与结构方程模型,对假设进行验证。结果:(1)家庭经济支持对我国老年人健康状况、医疗卫生服务利用均具有显著直接正向影响(P均<0.001);(2)家庭经济支持对我国老年人医疗卫生服务利用的影响效应,受老年人健康状况的“遮掩”,直接效应为0.140(P<0.001),间接效应为-0.152(P<0.001),总效应为-0.012,总效应不显著;(3)社会经济支持对我国老年人健康状况和医疗卫生服务利用均无显著直接影响;(4)社会经济支持通过中介变量(家庭经济支持),对我国老年人健康状况产生间接影响(P<0.001);(5)健康状况对我国老年人医疗卫生服务利用具有显著负向影响(P<0.001)。结论:现阶段家庭经济支持对我国老年人医疗卫生服务需求释放、健康状况提升发挥着更加直接与重要的作用,而社会经济支持是家庭经济支持的有效补充。建议发挥政府主导作用,不断完善多层次、多来源的经济支持保障体系,推进居家社区医养结合服务体系建设,有效满足老年人医疗卫生服务需求,保障老年人群健康权益。

头颈部鳞状细胞癌患者可从抗程序性死亡受体1及其配体(PD-1/PD-L1)的免疫治疗中获益,但是相对较低的反应率阻碍了这种治疗方法在头颈部鳞状细胞癌治疗中的临床应用。而高度微卫星不稳定型肿瘤抗PD-1/PD-L1治疗的客观反应率较高。目前,国内关于头颈部鳞状细胞癌中微卫星不稳定性患病率、发病机制和临床疗效的数据有限。本文介绍微卫星不稳定性的发生机制及检测方法,总结微卫星不稳定性在头颈部鳞状细胞癌中的研究现状。

Pectoralis phenotypic variation plays a fundamental role in locomotion and thermogenesis in highland ***-ever,its regulatory and metabolic mechanisms remain enigmatic to ***,we integrated phenomic,tran-scriptomic,and metabolomic approaches to determine muscle variation and its underpinning mechanisms across altitudinal *** conﬁrmed that all highland birds had considerable increases in muscle oxidative capacity,capillarity,and mitochondrial abundance in our ***,transcriptomic analyses found that differentially expressed genes in phenotype-associated modules enriched for blood vessel,muscle structure development,and mitochondrial *** similar traits and functional enrichments across highland birds,different mechanisms drove their occurrence in high-altitude tree sparrow and 2 snowﬁ***,a metabolic feature shared by all the 3 highland birds is the improvement in insulin sensitivity and glucose utilization through activating insulin signaling pathway,which is vital to increase muscle oxidative capacity and maintain metabolic ***,fatty acid biosynthesis and oxidation are enhanced in only 2 snowﬁnches which had a long evolutionary history on the high plateau,also differing from ketone body metabolism in recently introduced colonizer of the tree sparrow of the high *** study represents a vital contribution to reveal the regulatory and metabolic basis of pectoralis variation across altitudinal songbirds.

Drought stress has negative effects on crop growth and *** of transcription factors that regulate the expression of drought-responsive genes is critical for understanding the transcriptional regulatory networks in response to drought,which facilitates the improvement of crop drought ***,we identified an Alfin-like(AL)family gene ZmAL14 that negatively regulates drought *** of ZmAL14 exhibits susceptibility to drought while mutation of ZmAL14 enhances drought *** abscisic acid(ABA)-activated protein kinase ZmSnRK2.2 interacts and phosphorylates ZmAL14 at T38 *** of ZmSnRK2.2 gene decreases drought resistance of maize.A dehydration-induced Rho-like small guanosine triphosphatase gene ZmROP8 is directly targeted and repressed by *** of ZmAL14 by ZmSnRK2.2 prevents its binding to the ZmROP8 promoter,thereby releasing the repression of ZmROP8 *** of ZmROP8 stimulates peroxidase activity and reduces hydrogen peroxide accumulation after drought ***,our study indicates that ZmAL14 is a negative regulator of drought resistance,which can be phosphorylated by ZmSnRK2.2 through the ABA signaling pathway,thus preventing its suppression on ZmROP8 transcription during drought stress response.

Recently,the coexistence of topology and superconductivity has garnered considerable ***,the dimensionality of these materials is crucial for the realization of topological quantum ***,the naturally grown materials,especially with one-dimensional feature that exhibits the coexistence of topology and superconductivity,still face challenges in terms of experimental realization and scalability,which hinders the fundamental research development and the potential to revolutionize quantum ***,we report the first experimental synthesis of quasi-one-dimensional InNbS_(2)nanoribbons that exhibit the coexistence of topological order and superconductivity via a chemical vapor transport ***,the inplane upper critical field of InNbS_(2)nanoribbons exceeds the Pauli paramagnetic limit by more than 2.2 times,which can be attributed to the enhanced spin-orbit coupling and the weakened interlayer interaction between the NbS_(2)layers induced by the insertion of In atoms,making InNbS_(2)exhibit spin-momentum locking similar to that of monolayer NbS_(2).Moreover,for the first time,we report the superconducting diode effect in a quasi-one-dimensional superconductor system without any inherent geometric *** measured maximum efficiency is manifested as 14%,observed atμ0H≈±60 mT,and we propose that the superconducting diode effect can potentially be attributed to the presence of the nontrivial topological *** work provides a platform for studying exotic phenomena in condensed matter physics and potential applications in quantum computing and quantum information processing.

报道1例长寿老年人肺毛细血管瘤病(PCH),结合本病例特点,并与既往报道的病例进行比较,对该病的临床特点进行补充。本例患者为男性长寿老年人,多年超声心动图检查发现肺动脉高压,未能明确病因;因反复感染去世后,进行尸检,发现肺毛细血管增生性改变。PCH是一种罕见的、血管增生性疾病,可引起特发性肺高压,诊断多需临床、影像及组织病理3个方面协同。
