Molecular compositions and sources of organic aerosols at a rural site on the Guanzhong Plain,Northwest China:The importance of biomass burning

The concentration of PM_(2.5)has considerably reduced in recent years,but remains relatively high in *** particular,the increasing contribution of organic compounds to PM_(2.5)generates popular pressure for further reductions,resulting in an urgent need to study organic aerosol(OA).To investigate the molecular composition and source contribution of OA in the rural area of the Guanzhong Plain,Northwest China,PM_(2.5)samples were collected during 3–23 August 2016 and 5–20 January 2017 and studied for more than 100 organic tracer *** mean concentration of total measured organic compounds is 662±296 ng/m^(3)in summer and 3258±1925 ng/m^(3)in *** is the most abundant single compound found throughout the sampling period,which is a crucial tracer for biomass burning emissions,preliminary suggesting that biomass burning is an essential source of *** summer,organic compounds such as lipid compounds,sugar compounds,and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),more come from higher plants,wood burning,vehicle exhausts,plastic waste,and other direct emission *** PAHs(OPAHs),nitrophenols,and phthalic acids more come from the atmosphere through the oxidation reaction of aromatic precursors,especially photochemical ***,in winter,most of the increases in concentrations of organic compounds are attributed to biomass *** analysis of a haze event(14–19 January 2017)during the winter sampling period shows that the increases in the concentration of organic compounds are unaccompanied by strong secondary formation under lower relative humidity(49.1%±13.5%).The main reason for the growth of OA in this haze event is the accumulation of primary OA(POA).The source apportionment by the positive matrix factorization(PMF)model shows that biomass burning(37.1%)is the primary source of OA in the rural regions of the Guanzhong Plain,especially in winter(40.6%).The contribution of secondary formation decreases from 26.0%in summer t

KLF4 facilitates chromatin accessibility remodeling in porcine early embryos

This paper is mainly to analyze stability of equilibria in a new predator-prey model, Logistic-Volterra model. It exists three different equilibria for the model. The stability of these equilibria for the model are discussed by Liapunov function or other principle. Through theoretical analysis,(0,0) is unstable and existent in any situations.(N,0) is existent and global asymptotic stability if δ k/N. Then, some simulation are given and verify the proof of the result. At last, some conclusions about biology were raised.

南京沦陷前夕,面对日军的入侵,留守的难民们普遍感到焦虑和恐慌,但部分难民并未意识到这场战争与自身的关联,有不少人甚至还存在侥幸心理。南京沦陷后,日军惨无人道的暴行打破了难民的侥幸心理,给难民带来深刻的恐惧和痛苦,还使难民感到愤怒和屈辱。面对暴行,为谋求生存,难民们萌生了团结互助、一致对外的情感共同体。生存的困境使难民们认识到国家的重要性,催化了难民的民族情感,不过这种民族情感因难民个体的文化程度和生存环境的不同而有所差异。

This paper focuses on the problems of robust control for nonlinear systems with time-delay based on dissipative *** nonlinear parameters satisfied Lipschitz *** objective is to design a feedback controller achieving strict quadratic *** constructing a Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional,together with the definition of dissipativity and line matrix inequality（LMI）techniques,some sufficient conditions which include delay-independent and delay-dependent dissipativity criteria are obtained in the form as LMI based on feasibility *** free weight matrix is also introduced to reduce the conservatism of the sufficient ***,an numerical example with simulations is given to show the correctness of the derived results and the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Epidemiology of fungal infections in China

In this paper, we focus on the stochastic finite-time passive control problem for interval energy-storing electrical systems with time-delay and Markov switching. The mathematical model of energy-storing electrical circuit is given firstly, in which not only the error of resistor , inductance and capacitor , but the stochastic disturbance as well are considered. To investigate the finite-time passive control for the interval energy-storing electrical circuit,mathematical model is transformed into a kind of stochastic uncertain systems with time-delay and Markov switching. By constructing a Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, together with linear matrix inequalities（LMIs） toolbox, some sufficient conditions are given. Meanwhile, the passive controllers are also designed by solving the corresponding LMIs. Naturally,a numerical examples with simulation is given to illustrate the correctness and effectiveness of the designed controller.

Abstract With the increasing number of immunocompromised hosts, the epidemiological characteristics of fungal infections have undergone enormous changes worldwide, including in China. In this paper, we reviewed the existing data on mycosis across China to summarize available epidemiological profiles. We found that the general incidence of superficial fungal infections in China has been stable, but the incidence of tinea capitis has decreased and the transmission route has changed. By contrast, the overall incidence of invasive fungal infections has continued to rise. The occurrence of candidemia caused by Candida species other than C. albicans and including some uncommon Candida species has increased recently in China. Infections caused by Aspergillus have also propagated in recent years, particularly with the emergence of azole-resistant Aspergillusfumigatus. An increasing trend of cryptococcosis has been noted in China, with Cryptococcus neoformans var. grubii ST 5 genotype isolates as the predominant pathogen. Retrospective studies have suggested that the epidemiological characteristics of Pneumocystis pneumonia in China may be similar to those in other developing countries. Endemic fungal infections, such as sporotrichosis in Northeastern China, must arouse research, diagnostic, and treatment vigilance. Currently, the epidemiological data on mycosis in China are variable and fragmentary. Thus, a nationwide epidemiological research on fungal infections in China is an important need for improving the country＇s health.

目的总结3例腺苷脱氨酶2(ADA 2)缺乏症患儿的临床特征及基因型特点,提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析3例ADA2缺乏症患儿的临床特点并利用全外显子测序进行遗传学分析。利用试剂盒测定患儿血浆中ADA2酶的活性。总结该病的临床及基因型特征。结果本组3例患儿均存在ADA2基因变异,例1以反复发热、皮疹、惊厥为主要临床表现,合并脑卒中,伴炎症指标明显升高,ADA2基因存在复合杂合变异:c.139G>T和c.484T>C突变。例2以反复发热、皮疹为主要临床表现,病程中合并消化道穿孔、脑卒中,炎症指标明显升高。WES检测发现ADA2基因存在c.916C>T及c.1069G>A复合杂合突变。例3以反复发热、咳嗽为主要临床表现,合并心肌炎,伴免疫功能明显下降;WES检测发现患者ADA2基因存在c.849T>G纯合突变。血浆ADA2酶活性测定发现例1和2酶活性显著降低。结论ADA2缺乏症国内罕见,临床特征多变,掌握其临床特征及基因特点,有助于提高诊断水平。

Through the analysis of the international definition and classification of slums,this paper explores the development of China's social housing system and the renovation of the Old City of *** argues that one of the issues in China's social housing system is to solve the problems of the scarcity of spatial elements and the lack of developmental driving force in large mixed communities of the Han and minority *** it examines the elements of renovation and approaches based on a survey of the local residents in different parts of Kashgar *** the international development of traditional residential quarters and block-based communities,the paper points out that the block-based community is preferred for its impartiality and sustainability,and applies this mode to the renovation of the Old City of Kashgar in the form of design guidelines.
