This pa.er is a.continua.ion of the a.thor's pa.er in 2009,where the a.stra.t theory of fold completeness in Ba.a.h spa.es ha. been presented.Using obta.ned there a.stra.t results,we consider now very genera. bounda.y va.ue problems for ODEs a.d PDEs which polynomia.ly depend on the spectra. pa.a.eter in both the equa.ion a.d the bounda.y conditions.Moreover,equa.ions a.d bounda.y conditions ma. conta.n a.stra.t opera.ors a. well.So,we dea.,genera.ly,with integro-differentia. equa.ions,functiona.-differentia. equa.ions,nonloca. bounda.y conditions,multipoint bounda.y conditions,integro-differentia. bounda.y conditions.We prove n-fold completeness of a.system of root functions of considered problems in the corresponding direct sum of Sobolev spa.es in the Ba.a.h Lq-fra.ework,in contra.t to previously known results in the Hilbert L 2-fra.ework.Some concrete mecha.ica. problems a.e a.so presented.

Wa.er-dispersible curcumin na.opa.ticles were prepa.ed by bottom-up a.tisolvent precipita.ion a.proa.h. a.new high-throughput screening technique wa. developed for selecting a.propria.e liga.ds sta.ilizing the na.opa.ticles in a.ueous medium a.d improving their performa.ce. The initia. set of twenty-eight potentia. sta.ilizing liga.ds wa. eva.ua.ed ba.ed on their ca.a.ity to improve curcumin dispersibility in a.ueous medium. The performa.ce of four promising liga.ds(a.ino a.id proline, polyphenol ta.nic a.id, polyca.ion Polyqua.ernium 10, a.d neutra. polymer polyvinylpyrrolidone) wa. tested in ultra.ound-a.ded a.tisolvent precipita.ion tria.s. Using the selected sta.ilizing liga.ds diminished the a.era.e pa.ticle size from ca. 1,200 to 170–230 nm, reduced their dispersity, improved sta.ility, a.d a.lowed rea.hing curcumin concentra.ion of up to 1.4 m M in a.ueous medium. Stora.e sta.ility of the a.ueous na.odispersions va.ied from 2 da.s to 2 weeks, depending on sta.ilizing liga.d. Studying the effects of ionic strength a.d pH on size a.d f-potentia. of the pa.ticles suggested tha. electrosta.ic forces a.d hydrophobic intera.tions could be the ma.or fa.tors a.fecting their sta.ility. The liga.d-protected na.opa.ticles showed minima. inhibitory concentra.ion of 400 or500 μM towa.d Escherichia.coli. We suggest tha. the presented screening a.proa.h ma. be useful for prepa.ing na.opa.ticles of va.ious poorly wa.er-soluble bioa.tive ma.eria.s.

Ca.heter-a.socia.ed urina.y tra.t infections （Ca.TIs） a.e a.ong the most common ba.teria. infections a.socia.ed with medica. devices. In the current study, the synthesis, coa.ing, a.tibiofilm properties, a.d biocompa.ibility of urina.y ca.heters coa.ed with Zn-doped CuO （Zn0.12Cu0.880） na.opa.ticles （NPs） were exa.ined. The doped NPs were synthesized a.d subsequently deposited on the ca.heter by the sonochemica. method. The coa.ed ca.heters displa.ed high a.tibiofilm a.tivity a.d promising biocompa.ibility, a. indica.ed by low in vitro cytotoxicity, negligible a.socia.ed cytokine secretion, a.d a.sence of detecta.le irrita.ion. The biocompa.ibility a.d a.ility of the Zn-doped CuO coa.ing to inhibit biofilm forma.ion were a.so eva.ua.ed in vivo using a.ra.bit model. Ra.bits ca.heterized with uncoa.ed ca.heters scored positive for Ca.TI by da. 4 of the experiment. In contra.t, ra.bits ca.heterized with Zn-doped CuO-coa.ed ca.heters did not exhibit Ca.TI until da. 7 or rema.ned completely uninfected for the whole dura.ion of the 7-da. experiment. Furthermore, the in vivo biocompa.ibility a.sa.s a.d exa.ina.ions supported the biosa.ety of Zn-doped CuO-coa.ed ca.heters. Ta.en together, these da.a.highlight the potentia. of Zn-doped CuO na.ocomposite a. effective a.tibiofilm compound.

The pa.er presents the ma.n conclusions of the Russia. monogra.h “Geochemistry of Phosphorus” (2020). Ba.ed on sta.istica. processing of ~6100 sa.ple a.era.es (from ~190,000 a.a.yses), new estima.ions of World a.era.es (Cla.ke va.ues) for Р2O5, % (a.d P, %), phosphorus-tita.ium module (P2О5/TiO2), phosphorus-ca.cium module (P2O5/Ca.), phosphorus-iron module (P2О5/Fe2O3), a.d phosphorus-tota. iron module (P2O5/Fe2O3 + FeO). Ma.y estima.es ha.e been ma.e for the first time. In a.dition to the new Cla.ke estima.es, sometimes very different from previous ones, the work ca.ried out ha. led to a.number of new conclusions. In pa.ticula., the tita.ium geochemica. ba.rier for phosphorus ha. been first estima.ed, a.l the 11 genotypes of phosphogenesis ha.e been na.ed a.d cha.a.terized, five genetic correla.ions of phosphogenesis ha.e been described, lithochemistry methods ha.e been successfully a.plied to cha.a.terize the phosphorites. Due to the la.ge brea.th of genera.iza.ion, the monogra.h ha. a.la.ge theoretica. a.d a.plied va.ue.
