Uncovering the relationship among spatial vitality,perception,and environment of urban underground space in the metro zone

With the rapid development of rail transit,effectively developing urban underground space(UUS)in the metro zone has become an important approach to expanding urban space.However,UUS is currently facing problems,such as an uneven distribution or even loss of vitality,which restricts the utilization efficiency of the space.Thus,we established a UUS environmental assessment system based on the‘‘comfort-aesthetic-function-traffic-structure”using space syntax,instrumental measurement,and questionnaire surveys.By constructing a partial-least-square structural equation model,the internal relationships between the UUS environment and corresponding space vitality and space perception under different study areas,namely the underground transportation-oriented space(transportation space for short)and the underground commercial-oriented space(commercial space for short),were studied in detail throughout the working day.Results indicate the following:(1)the UUS in the metro zone environment influences spatial vitality.The vitality distribution of transportation space is significantly affected by the spatial traffic and structure.The vitality distribution of commercial space is significantly affected by the spatial function and traffic.(2)The environment of UUSs in the metro zone influences users’s perception.The perception of transportation space is significantly affected by aesthetics and comfort.The perception of commercial space is significantly affected by aesthetic,comfort,and spatial functions.(3)The user’s perception affects vitality,and the effect is more significant in commercial space.This study provides an in-depth understanding of the relationship between the complex environment and its spatial vitality as well as the spatial perception of the UUS in metro zones.Our research results provide a novel approach and theoretical basis for the development and application of UUS vitality in various cities.

Active shim coils design for Halbach magnet based on inverse boundary element method

With advantages of small volume,high field strength,and compact stray field,the Halbach array magnet is of great potential in desktop NMR applications.However,field inhomogeneity poses a main obstacle to its applications.Active shimming is necessary for improving the field homogeneity.An active shim coil design method for cylindrical Halbach magnet based on inverse boundary element method(iBEM)is introduced in this work.Shim coils targeting 1st~3rd and Z4/Z5/Z6 spherical harmonic(SH)terms were designed with constraints of field accuracy,resistance,inductance,and current density.Wire loops and symmetric property influence were discussed to further improve the performance of high-order shim coils.Finally,with the prototype of the shim coils constructed,field pattern and SH transformation proved that the coils designed could fit the target SH distribution,though contamination from low-order components existed in highorder terms.A practical shimming experiment on the Halbach magnet has improved the homogeneity from 40.3 ppm to 3.8 ppm in radius 2.5 mm,height 5 mm cylindrical sample space,verifying the coils'compensation ability.This work provides a flexible inverse coil design method for cylindrical Halbach magnet and discusses the high-order shim coil design and implementation,which is potential in nuclear magnetic resonance applications based on Halbach magnet arrays.

Objective:Effective adjuvant therapeutic strategies are urgently needed to overcome MAPK inhibitor(MAPKi)resistance,which is one of the most common forms of resistance that has emerged in many types of cancers.Here,we aimed to systematically identify the genetic interactions underlying MAPKi resistance,and to further investigate the mechanisms that produce the genetic interactions that generate synergistic MAPKi resistance.Methods:We conducted a comprehensive pair-wise sgRNA-based high-throughput screening assay to identify synergistic interactions that sensitized cancer cells to MAPKi,and validated 3 genetic combinations through competitive growth,cell viability,and spheroid formation assays.We next conducted Kaplan-Meier survival analysis based on The Cancer Genome Atlas database and conducted immunohistochemistry to determine the clinical relevance of these synergistic combinations.We also investigated the MAPKi resistance mechanisms of these validated synergistic combinations by using co-immunoprecipitation,Western blot,qRTPCR,and immunofluorescence assays.Results:We constructed a systematic interaction network of MAPKi resistance and identified 3 novel synergistic combinations that effectively targeted MAPKi resistance(ITGB3+IGF1R,ITGB3+JNK,and HDGF+LGR5).We next analyzed their clinical relevance and the mechanisms by which they sensitized cancer cells to MAPKi exposure.Specifically,we discovered a novel protein complex,HDGF-LGR5,that adaptively responded to MAPKi to enhance cancer cell stemness,which was up-or downregulated by the inhibitors of ITGB3+JNK or ITGB3+IGF1R.Conclusions:Pair-wise sgRNA library screening provided systematic insights into elucidating MAPKi resistance in cancer cells.ITGB3-+IGF1R-targeting drugs(cilengitide+linsitinib)could be used as an effective therapy for suppressing the adaptive formation of the HDGF-LGR5 protein complex,which enhanced cancer stemness during MAPKi stress.

信息通信技术背景下,地图的对象空间从二元空间拓展到三元空间,信息空间的出现给地图学带来的一系列挑战,由地图投影、制图综合、符号系统构成的传统制图学经典理论框架已难以满足元宇宙、虚实融合和人机物融合等带来的空间刻画需求。针对目前叙事地图的理论框架大多面向传统的地图媒介和形式,本文以“要素-结构-场景”为架构探讨了叙事地图在新时代背景和数字载体下的组织形式。明确叙事要素是叙事地图构建的基础,叙事结构为叙事要素提供组织形式,叙事场景为叙事地图的叙事要素和叙事结构的呈现提供载体。鉴于地理环境类电子游戏具有天然的叙事性,本文通过该类游戏对“要素-结构-场景”这一框架进行了例证,旨在为信息通信时代下叙事地图的应用和实践提供理论基础。

Exosomal CD44 Cooperates with Integrin α6β4 to Support Organotropic Metastasis via Regulating Tumor Cell Motility and Target Host Cell Activation

Rapid metastasis to vital organs such as the lung,liver,and brain is responsible for the vast majority of pancreatic cancer deaths.Liver metastasis of pancreatic cancer accounts for the high mortality rate in patients.Exosomes derived from pancreatic cancer cells tend to be enriched in proteins that are anchored to the cell membrane,supporting the reprogramming of the tumor microenvironment and the progression of distant metastatic lesions.For the first time,our study has demonstrated that cluster of differentiation 44(CD44),a transmembrane glycoprotein delivered by exosomes,is involved in the metastatic process of pancreatic cancer.Moreover,CD44 was found to interact with integrin α6β4 to form a complex,thereby remodeling intracellular skeleton proteins,and to promote tumor cell motility through the activation of the Src and Ras signaling cascades.Notably,we also demonstrated that the CD44-α6β4 complex can be delivered to the target region via the paracrine effects of exosomes.The selective uptake of CD44-competent tumor exosomes by liver cells activated fibrotic pathways and generated a pre-metastatic niche by stimulating the cytokines,proinflammatory factors,and growth factors that ultimately support tumor metastasis.Our results suggest the potential application of exosomal CD44 as a biomarker for the clinical diagnosis of and therapy for pancreatic cancer.

Nowadays,many companies hire professional trainers to keep their employees emotionally positive.In addition,more and more people are visiting psychological doctors to adjust their emotion,in order to treat mental illness or gain sense of happiness.All kinds of people mentioned above want to adjust emotions in an effective way.Therefore,a simple and effective household pattern of emotion adjustment is particularly important for people to use in common days.For such a pattern,an emotion regulation pattern combined with Plutchiks' wheel of emotions is proposed for emotion adjustment.In order to enhance the effectiveness of emotion adjustment from both the vision channel and the hearing channel,we adjust the user's emotion by visualizing music on a Helmet mounted display(HMD)device.Findings demonstrate that the proposed system can calm down participants e'motions effectively.

目的系统评价慢性病患儿的灵性需求,为制订慢性病患儿的灵性照护方案提供参考。方法检索中英文数据库包括万方数据库、中国知网、维普、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、PubMed,纳入关于慢性病患儿灵性需求的质性研究,检索时间从建库至2023年9月,文献质量评价采用2017版澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准,采用汇集性整合方法对研究结果进行整理。结果共纳入8篇文献,提炼出35个研究结果,归纳出9个类别,形成4个整合结果,分别是灵性照护的理解;与自身、他人、环境建立联系;维护个人信仰;灵性满足的困境。结论灵性照护对慢性病患儿产生积极影响,医护人员应帮助患儿探索自身灵性,满足患儿与自身、他人、环境建立联系的需求,尊重和支持患儿的个人信仰,帮助患儿摆脱灵性困境。

Requirements ranking based on crowd-sourcing high-end product USs

Based on the characteristics of high-end products,crowd-sourcing user stories can be seen as an effective means of gathering requirements,involving a large user base and generating a substantial amount of unstructured feedback.The key challenge lies in transforming abstract user needs into specific ones,requiring integration and analysis.Therefore,we propose a topic mining-based approach to categorize,summarize,and rank product requirements from user stories.Specifically,after determining the number of story categories based on py LDAvis,we initially classify“I want to”phrases within user stories.Subsequently,classic topic models are applied to each category to generate their names,defining each post-classification user story category as a requirement.Furthermore,a weighted ranking function is devised to calculate the importance of each requirement.Finally,we validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method using 2966 crowd-sourced user stories related to smart home systems.

Operational requirements analysis method based on question answering of WEKG

The weapon and equipment operational requirement analysis(WEORA) is a necessary condition to win a future war,among which the acquisition of knowledge about weapons and equipment is a great challenge. The main challenge is that the existing weapons and equipment data fails to carry out structured knowledge representation, and knowledge navigation based on natural language cannot efficiently support the WEORA. To solve above problem, this research proposes a method based on question answering(QA) of weapons and equipment knowledge graph(WEKG) to construct and navigate the knowledge related to weapons and equipment in the WEORA. This method firstly constructs the WEKG, and builds a neutral network-based QA system over the WEKG by means of semantic parsing for knowledge navigation. Finally, the method is evaluated and a chatbot on the QA system is developed for the WEORA. Our proposed method has good performance in the accuracy and efficiency of searching target knowledge, and can well assist the WEORA.
