The massive growth of diversified smart devices and continuous data generation poses a challenge to communication architectures.To deal with this problem,communication networks consider fog computing as one of promising technologies that can improve overall communication performance.It brings on-demand services proximate to the end devices and delivers the requested data in a short time.Fog computing faces several issues such as latency,bandwidth,and link utilization due to limited resources and the high processing demands of end devices.To this end,fog caching plays an imperative role in addressing data dissemination issues.This study provides a comprehensive discussion of fog computing,Internet of Things(IoTs)and the critical issues related to data security and dissemination in fog computing.Moreover,we determine the fog-based caching schemes and contribute to deal with the existing issues of fog computing.Besides,this paper presents a number of caching schemes with their contributions,benefits,and challenges to overcome the problems and limitations of fog computing.We also identify machine learning-based approaches for cache security and management in fog computing,as well as several prospective future research directions in caching,fog computing,and machine learning.

On the process of filtration of fractional viscoelastic liquid food

In the process of filtration,fluid impurities precipitate/accumulate;this results in an uneven inner wall of the filter,consequently leading to non-uniform suction/injection.The Riemannian-Liouville fractional derivative model is used to investigate viscoelastic incompressible liquid food flowing through a permeable plate and to generalize Fick's law.Moreover,we consider steady-state mass balance during ultrafiltration on a plate surface,and a fractional-order concentration boundary condition is established,thereby rendering the problem real and complex.The governing equation is numerically solved using the finite difference algorithm.The effects of the fractional constitutive models,generalized Reynolds number,generalized Schmidt number,and permeability parameter on the velocity and concentration fields are compared.The results show that an increase in fractional-orderαin the momentum equation leads to a decrease in the horizontal velocity.Anomalous diffusion described by the fractional derivative model weakens the mass transfer;therefore,the concentration decreases with increasing fractional derivativeγin the concentration equation.

CalliSpheres D-TACE与c-TACE治疗原发性肝癌对肝纤维化和肝功能的影响

目的比较CalliSpheres载药微球经动脉化疗栓塞术(D-TACE)与传统经动脉化疗栓塞术(c-TACE)治疗原发性肝癌对肝纤维化和肝功能的影响。方法纳入2020年10月至2022年10月徐州市肿瘤医院诊断为原发性肝癌的患者40例,其中D-TACE 20例,c-TACE 20例。对比两组患者TACE术前、术后5 d和1个月的透明质酸酶(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原肽(PⅢNP)、Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ)和层黏蛋白(LN)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBil)、白蛋白(Alb)、凝血酶原时间(PT)指标。结果D-TACE组与c-TACE组技术成功率均为100%,全部患者栓塞后造影均示肿瘤染色完全消失。术后5 d,两组患者HA、LN、PⅢNP、CⅣ均较术前升高(P<0.05);c-TACE组HA、LN、CⅣ值高于D-TACE组(P<0.05)。术后1个月,D-TACE组HA较术前升高(P<0.05);c-TACE组HA、LN较术前升高(P<0.05);c-TACE组HA、LN值高于D-TACE组(P<0.05)。术后5 d,D-TACE组AST、PT较术前升高,Alb较术前下降(P<0.05);c-TACE组ALT、AST、TBil、PT较术前升高,Alb较术前下降(P<0.05);c-TACE组ALT、AST高于D-TACE组,Alb低于D-TACE组(P<0.05)。结论CalliSpheres D-TACE与c-TACE术后均会加重肝纤维化并引起肝功能损伤,Calli Spheres D-TACE对于肝纤维化和肝功能的损伤程度均较c-TACE轻。

【目的】为了研究二元湿颗粒在立式粉体干燥器干燥单元气-固逆流过程中的流动特性,分析不同条件下二元湿颗粒的空间分布情况,实现二元湿颗粒在气-固逆流过程中的优化设计。【方法】采用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)与离散元(discrete element method,DEM)耦合液桥力模块的分析方法,分别探讨颗粒含水质量分数、粒径比和质量比对二元湿颗粒流动特性的影响及液桥力变化规律。【结果】在气-固逆流过程中,颗粒质量分数在径向和轴向分布上呈现“边壁大中心小”“上大下小”的规律;颗粒速度随着轴向高度的增加而增大,从边壁区域到中心区域的颗粒速度呈现减小趋势;随着颗粒含水质量分数和粒径比的增加,颗粒的运动由接触力和液桥力共同控制逐渐变成液桥力占主导,干燥单元顶部容易堵塞;随着质量比的增加,接触力对颗粒运动的控制进一步加强,在颗粒含水质量分数较小的情况下占主导作用。【结论】较大的质量比可以缓解干燥单元顶部堵塞,同时要选取适当的颗粒含水质量分数,才能削弱颗粒结块对流动特性研究的干扰。

Research on Anthropomorphic Obstacle Avoidance Trajectory Planning for Adaptive Driving Scenarios Based on Inverse Reinforcement Learning Theory

The forward design of trajectory planning strategies requires preset trajectory optimization functions,resulting in poor adaptability of the strategy and an inability to accurately generate obstacle avoidance trajectories that conform to real driver behavior habits.In addition,owing to the strong time-varying dynamic characteristics of obstacle avoidance scenarios,it is necessary to design numerous trajectory optimization functions and adjust the corresponding parameters.Therefore,an anthropomorphic obstacle-avoidance trajectory planning strategy for adaptive driving scenarios is proposed.First,numerous expert-demonstrated trajectories are extracted from the HighD natural driving dataset.Subsequently,a trajectory expectation feature-matching algorithm is proposed that uses maximum entropy inverse reinforcement learning theory to learn the extracted expert-demonstrated trajectories and achieve automatic acquisition of the optimization function of the expert-demonstrated trajectory.Furthermore,a mapping model is constructed by combining the key driving scenario information that affects vehicle obstacle avoidance with the weight of the optimization function,and an anthropomorphic obstacle avoidance trajectory planning strategy for adaptive driving scenarios is proposed.Finally,the proposed strategy is verified based on real driving scenarios.The results show that the strategy can adjust the weight distribution of the trajectory optimization function in real time according to the“emergency degree”of obstacle avoidance and the state of the vehicle.Moreover,this strategy can generate anthropomorphic trajectories that are similar to expert-demonstrated trajectories,effectively improving the adaptability and acceptability of trajectories in driving scenarios.

Point Cloud Classification Using Content-Based Transformer via Clustering in Feature Space

Recently, there have been some attempts of Transformer in 3D point cloud classification. In order to reduce computations, most existing methods focus on local spatial attention,but ignore their content and fail to establish relationships between distant but relevant points. To overcome the limitation of local spatial attention, we propose a point content-based Transformer architecture, called PointConT for short. It exploits the locality of points in the feature space(content-based), which clusters the sampled points with similar features into the same class and computes the self-attention within each class, thus enabling an effective trade-off between capturing long-range dependencies and computational complexity. We further introduce an inception feature aggregator for point cloud classification, which uses parallel structures to aggregate high-frequency and low-frequency information in each branch separately. Extensive experiments show that our PointConT model achieves a remarkable performance on point cloud shape classification. Especially, our method exhibits 90.3% Top-1 accuracy on the hardest setting of ScanObjectN N. Source code of this paper is available at https://***/yahuiliu99/PointC onT.

Recycling of waste aluminum scraps to fabricate sulfidated zero-valent iron-aluminum particles for enhanced chromate removal

Massive waste aluminum scraps produced from the spent aluminum products have high electron capacity and can be recycled as an attractive alternative to materials based on zerovalent iron(Fe^(0))for the removal of oxidative contaminants from wastewater.This study thus proposed an approach to fabricate micron-sized sulfidated zero-valent iron-aluminum particles(S-Al^(0)@Fe^(0))with high reactivity,electron selectivity and capacity using recycled waste aluminum scraps.S-Al^(0)@Fe^(0)with a three-layer structure contained zero-valent aluminum(Al^(0))core,Fe^(0) middle layer and iron sulfide(FeS)shell.The rates of chromate(Cr(Ⅵ))removal by S-Al^(0)@Fe^(0)at pH 5.0-9.0 were 1.6-5.9 times greater than that by sulfidated zero-valent iron(S-Fe^(0)).The Cr(Ⅵ)removal capacity of S-Al^(0)@Fe^(0)was 8.2-,11.3-and 46.9-fold greater than those of S-Fe0,zero-valent iron-aluminum(Al^(0)-Fe^(0))and Fe^(0),respectively.The chemical cost of S-Al^(0)@Fe^(0) for the equivalent Cr(Ⅵ)removal was 78.5%lower than that of S-Fe^(0).Negligible release of soluble aluminum during the Cr(Ⅵ)removal was observed.The significant enhancement in the reactivity and capacity of S-Al^(0)@Fe^(0)was partially ascribed to the higher reactivity and electron density of the Al0core than Fe^(0).More importantly,S-Al^(0)@Fe^(0) served as an electric cell to harness the persistent and selective electron transfer from the Al^(0)-Fe^(0) core to Cr(Ⅵ)at the surface via coupling Fe^(0)-Fe^(2+)-Fe^(3+)redox cycles,resulting in a higher electron utilization efficiency.Therefore,S-Al^(0)@Fe^(0) fabricated using recycled waste aluminum scraps can be a cost-effective and environmentally-friendly alternative to S-Fe^(0) for the enhanced removal of oxidative contaminants in industrial wastewater.

As the take-off of China’s macro economy,as well as the rapid development of infrastructure construction,real estate industry,and highway logistics transportation industry,the demand for heavy vehicles is increasing rapidly,the competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and the digital transformation of the production line is imminent.As one of themost important components of heavy vehicles,the transmission front andmiddle case assembly lines have a high degree of automation,which can be used as a pilot for the digital transformation of production.To ensure the visualization of digital twins(DT),consistent control logic,and real-time data interaction,this paper proposes an experimental digital twin modeling method for the transmission front and middle case assembly line.Firstly,theDT-based systemarchitecture is designed,and theDT model is created by constructing the visualization model,logic model,and data model of the assembly line.Then,a simulation experiment is carried out in a virtual space to analyze the existing problems in the current assembly line.Eventually,some improvement strategies are proposed and the effectiveness is verified by a new simulation experiment.

Synthesis of betanin by expression of the core betalain biosynthetic pathway in carrot

Betalain has received increased attention because of its high nutritional value and crucial physiological functions.Based on the elucidation of its core biosynthetic pathway,betalain can be produced in additional plants by metabolic engineering.Synthesis of betalain in carrot(Daucus carota L.)can improve its nutritional quality and economic value by extracting betalain from the fleshy root,non-edible part,and processing residue of carrot.In this study,two different constructs,namely,pYB:mCD(AomelOS,BvCYP76AD1S,and BvDODA1S)and p YB:CDD(BvCYP76AD1S,BvDODA1S,and MjcDOPA5GTS),were introduced into carrot for betanin synthesis by Agrobacterium-mediated transformation.Betanin can be synthetized in both transgenic calli,and p YB:m CD-transgenic callus can be used to produce betacyanin by suspension culture.However,pYB:mCD-transgenic seedlings can synthetize betanin only by tyrosine feeding.The p YB:CDD-transgenic lines can synthetize betanin in whole plants.The betanin content in fleshy root of pYB:CDD-transgenic carrot was(63.4±9)μg·g^(-1)fresh weight according to quantitative analysis.These betanin-producing carrot plant materials can be used to synthesize betanin for industrial application or consumption as dietary sources.

目的探讨叙事医学融入《中医护理学》课程思政教学中的应用效果。方法2021年9月—12月,选取两个班级120名护理专业学生为对象,其中一个班级(n=60)设为对照组,按照《中医护理学》教学大纲内容进行教学;另一个班级(n=60)设为研究组,将叙事医学融入《中医护理学》课程思政教学。对比两组课程总成绩、叙事护理知识-态度-行为问卷、Jefferson同理心测量量表(JSE)评分。结果研究组学生课程总成绩为(87.65±8.42)分,高于对照组的(79.34±4.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组学生叙事护理知信行得分为(98.54±4.73)分,高于对照组的(80.23±4.51)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组学生JSE量表得分为(118.27±8.13)分,高于对照组的(105.47±6.24)分、差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论将叙事医学融入中医护理学课程思政教学,有助于提高教学效果,提升护生共情水平。
