为改善装配式剪力墙的抗震性能,文中设计一种型钢-螺栓连接的装配式剪力墙。通过有限元软件ABAQUS建立有限元模型,探究在低周往复荷载下的破坏机理及受力特性。结果表明装配式剪力墙采用型钢连接,其抗震性能与现浇连接方式基本一致,极限承载力提高了24.4%,延性相差1%;轴压比对装配式剪力墙的抗震性能影响较大;文中研究可为型钢连接装配式剪力墙结构的设计提供参考。

A ferric citrate derived Fe-N-C electrocatalyst with stepwise pyrolysis for highly efficient oxygen reduction reaction

Unremitting and intensive researches about efficient non-precious metal electrocatalysts are necessary for large-scale commercial applications of fuel cells,while iron and nitrogen co-doped carbon(Fe-N-C)materials has become one of the most promising electrocatalysts to replace Pt-based noble metal ***,the traditional Fe-doped ZIF with rhomb dodecahedron morphology limits the exposure of active sites and the utilization of atoms,even affecting the performance of the ***,a Fe/N co-doped catalyst with a flower-like morphology was prepared using ferric citrate source along with secondary NH_(3)heat *** optimal catalyst(termed as 4Fe_(citrate)-N-C-3)showed distinguished oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)activity with a half-wave potential of 0.8 and 0.9 V(***)in acid and alkaline media,*** addition,4Fe_(citrate)-N-C-3 maintained more than 80%of original activity even after 50,000 s which is superior to the benchmark Pt/*** strategy of controlling morphology and composition is meaningful for the optimization of non-precious metal electrocatalysts for ORR in fuel cells or metal-air batteries.

随着我国铁路的快速发展及“一带一路”倡议的实施推进,国内铁路技术积极走出国门,我国陆续与“一带一路”沿线国家(尤其是东南亚国家)达成多项铁路合作项目,以推进与周边国家铁路基础设施的互联互通。在此大背景下,文章在对泰国铁路发展现状、规划前景进行阐述的基础上,梳理泰国铁路相关标准及实验室负责机构情况,并对其所具备的试验检测能力进行分析;然后,剖析中泰两国在车辆系统、通信系统及信号光学产品、电气系统、列车运行控制系统实验室测试能力方面的优劣势和差距;最后,以此为依据,提出中泰两国铁路实验室合作的合理建议,以期为促进中泰两国在铁路试验检测领域的合作提供参考和借鉴。

2012年-2022年TBTV、TVDV、TBTVsatRNA和TVDVaRNA在云南主要烟区的发生与分布

烟草丛顶病(tobacco bushy top disease,TBTD)是一种由烟草丛顶病毒(tobacco bushy top virus,TBTV)及其卫星RNA(tobacco bushy top virus satellite RNA,TBTVsatRNA)和烟草扭脉病毒(tobacco vein distorting virus,TVDV)及其伴随RNA(tobacco vein distorting virus associated RNA,TVDVaRNA)共同侵染引起的危险性病害,曾在云南很多烟区造成严重损失。本研究对烟草丛顶病及其相关病原物在云南烟草上的发生情况进行了多年的调查研究,力图对烟草丛顶病及其相关病原物的发生与分布进行追踪和分析。结果表明,2012年-2022年,烟草丛顶病在云南各大烟区仅零星发生,2019年以来已很难发现。烟草丛顶病的相关病原物主要在曾经暴发流行过病害的楚雄、保山和大理发现,且TBTV、TVDV、TBTVsatRNA和TVDVaRNA在烟草上并不总是同时被检出,其中引起烟草丛顶病典型症状的TBTV+TVDV+TBTVsatRNA+TVDVaRNA检出率在5%以下,TVDV的检出率最高,达30.44%,TBTVsatRNA的检出率最低,为7.68%。TBTV、TVDV、TBTVsatRNA和TVDVaRNA不能同时感染同一烟株可能是当前烟草丛顶病很少发生的主要原因。

Sustainable silicon anodes facilitated via a double-layer interface engineering: Inner SiOx combined with outer nitrogen and boron co-doped carbon

Silicon-based(Si)materials are promising anodes for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)because of their ultrahigh theoretical capacity of 4200 mA h g^(−1).However,commercial applications of Si anodes have been hindered by their drastic volume variation(∼300%)and low electrical ***,to tackle the drawbacks,a hierarchical Si anode with double-layer coatings of a SiOx inner layer and a nitrogen(N),boron(B)co-doped carbon(C-NB)outer layer is elaborately designed by copyrolysis of Si-OH structures and a H3BO_(3)-doped polyaniline polymer on the Si *** with the pristine Si anodes(7mA h g^(−1) at 0.5 A g^(−1) after 340 cycles and 340 mA h g^(−1) at 5 A g^(−1)),the modified Si-based materials(Si@SiOx@C-NB nanospheres)present su perior cycling stability(reversible 1301 mA h g^(−1) at 0.5 A g^(−1) after 340 cycles)as well as excellent rate capability(690mA h g^(−1) at 5 A g^(−1))when used as anodes in *** unique double-layer coating structure,in which the inner amorphous SiOx layer acts as a buffer matrix and the outer defect-rich carbon enhances the electron diffusion of the whole anode,makes it possible to de liver excellent electrochemical *** results indicate that our double-layer coating strategy is a promising approach not only for the devel opment of sustainable Si anodes but also for the design of multielement-doped carbon nanomaterials.

烟草扭脉病毒云南分离物rtp基因克隆及序列分析

探究来自云南不同时间和不同地区的烟草扭脉病毒(TVDV)各分离物间rtp基因序列差异,分析烟草丛顶病近年在田间发生趋势减缓的原因.以2020—2022年从云南楚雄、大理、保山及红河采集的染病烟草样品为材料,对TVDV的rtp基因进行扩增和序列分析,共得到TVDV 7个不同分离物的rtp基因序列,长度均为2172 nt,包含618 nt的cp基因及1554 nt的rtd区;推导的TVDVRTP蛋白共编码722个氨基酸,其中包含CP蛋白的205个氨基酸,RTD的517个氨基酸.多重序列比对结果发现,获得的7个TVDV分离物与GenBank上登录的其他TVDV分离物间cp基因核苷酸序列一致性为98.71%~100%,不同TVDV分离物间CP蛋白的氨基酸序列一致性为98.05%~100%,存在4个氨基酸的差异.获得的7个TVDV分离物与GenBank数据库登录的其他TVDV分离物间rtd区核苷酸序列一致性为96.68%~99.81%,RTD蛋白的氨基酸序列一致性为96.52%~100%,存在39个氨基酸的差异.这些TVDV分离物rtp基因的变异可能会对TVDV的蚜虫传播效率产生影响,进而影响到烟草丛顶病在田间的发生与流行.

Research on Anthropomorphic Obstacle Avoidance Trajectory Planning for Adaptive Driving Scenarios Based on Inverse Reinforcement Learning Theory

The forward design of trajectory planning strategies requires preset trajectory optimization functions,resulting in poor adaptability of the strategy and an inability to accurately generate obstacle avoidance trajectories that conform to real driver behavior *** addition,owing to the strong time-varying dynamic characteristics of obstacle avoidance scenarios,it is necessary to design numerous trajectory optimization functions and adjust the corresponding ***,an anthropomorphic obstacle-avoidance trajectory planning strategy for adaptive driving scenarios is ***,numerous expert-demonstrated trajectories are extracted from the HighD natural driving ***,a trajectory expectation feature-matching algorithm is proposed that uses maximum entropy inverse reinforcement learning theory to learn the extracted expert-demonstrated trajectories and achieve automatic acquisition of the optimization function of the expert-demonstrated ***,a mapping model is constructed by combining the key driving scenario information that affects vehicle obstacle avoidance with the weight of the optimization function,and an anthropomorphic obstacle avoidance trajectory planning strategy for adaptive driving scenarios is ***,the proposed strategy is verified based on real driving *** results show that the strategy can adjust the weight distribution of the trajectory optimization function in real time according to the“emergency degree”of obstacle avoidance and the state of the ***,this strategy can generate anthropomorphic trajectories that are similar to expert-demonstrated trajectories,effectively improving the adaptability and acceptability of trajectories in driving scenarios.

The rational design and preparation of promising cathode electrocatalysts with excellent activity and strong stability for metal-air batteries is a huge *** this work,we innovate an approach of combining solvothermal with high-temperature pyrolysis utilizing zeolitic imidazolate framework(ZIF)-8 and ZIF-67 as the template to synthesize a novel hybrid material of hierarchical porous yolk-shell Co-N-C polyhedron nanocatalysts engaged in graphene nanopocket(yolk-shell Co-N-C@GNP).The obtained catalyst exhibits prominent bifunctional electrocatalytic performance for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in the alkaline condition,in which the half-wave potential is 0.86 V for ORR,and the over-potential for OER is 0.42 V at 10 mA·cm^(-2).The rechargeable aqueous Zn-air battery fabricated with yolk-shell Co-N-C@GNP cathode deliveries an open circuit voltage(OCV)of 1.60 V,a peak power density of 236.2 mW·cm^(-2),and excellent cycling stability over 94 h at 5 mA·cm^(-2).The quasi-solid-state Zn-air battery(ZAB)using yolk-shell Co-N-C@GNP displays a high OCV of 1.40 V and a small voltage gap of 0.88 V in continuous cycling tests at 2 mA·cm^(-2).This work provides a valuable thought to focus attention on the design of high-efficient bifunctional catalysts with hierarchical porous yolk-shell framework and high-density metal active sites for metal-air battery technologies.

Clarification of the dispersion mechanism of cathode slurry of lithium-ion battery under effects of both poly vinylidene fluoride/carbon black ratio and mixing time

This paper presents the effects of both poly vinylidene fluoride(PVDF)/carbon black(CB)ratio(m PVDF:m CB)and mixing time t on the dispersion mechanism of the cathode slurry of lithium-ion battery(LIB).The dispersion mechanism is deduced from the electrochemical,morphological and rheological properties of the cathode slurry by using electrical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),scanning electron microscopy and rheology methods,*** the perspective of EIS method,static simulation models are established in the COMSOL Multiphysics software;meanwhile,the simulated results are used to verify the correctness of the electrochemical properties of the cathode *** a result,the following conclusions are able to be ***,in the case of the mass ratio m_(PVDF):m_(CB)=5:10,LiCoO_(2) particles are completely coated by the mixture of CB and PVDF to form a stable polymer gel *** or lower m_(PVDF):m_(CB) leads to the larger impedance and worse dispersion status for the cathode ***,when t=6 min,a good gel-like conductive network structure is formed by coating the thinner evenly dispersed CB–PVDF double layer around LiCoO_(2) ***,a strategy regarding to both m_(PVDF):m_(CB) and t in experimental scale is proposed,which has the capability of improving the performance of LIB.
