Immunization coverage,knowledge,satisfaction,and associated factors of non-National Immunization Program vaccines among migrant and left-behind families in China:evidence from Zhejiang and Henan provinces

Background Migrant and left-behind families are vulnerable in health services utilization,but little is known about their disparities in immunization of non-National Immunization Program(NIP)*** study aims to evaluate the immunization coverage,knowledge,satisfaction,and associated factors of non-NIP vaccines among local and migrant families in the urban areas and non-left-behind and left-behind families in the rural areas of *** A cross-sectional survey was conducted in urban areas of Zhejiang and rural areas of Henan in China.A total of 1648 caregivers of children aged 1-6 years were interviewed face-to-face by a pre-designed online questionnaire,and their families were grouped into four types:local urban,migrant,non-left-behind,and ***-NIP vaccines includedHemophilus influenza b(Hib)vaccine,varicella vaccine,rotavirus vaccine,enterovirus 71 vaccine(EV71)and 13-valent pneumonia vaccine(PCV13).Log-binomial regression models were used to calculate prevalence ratios(PRs)and 95%confidence intervals(CIs)for the difference on immunization coverage of children,and knowledge and satisfaction of caregivers among *** network models were conducted to explore the interplay of immunization coverage,knowledge,and *** regression models with odds ratios(ORs)and 95%CIs were used to estimate the associated factors of non-NIP *** The immunization coverage of all non-NIP vaccines and knowledge of all items of local urban families was the highest,followed by migrant,non-left-behind and left-behind *** with local urban children,thePRs(95%CIs)for getting all vaccinated were 0.65(0.52-0.81),0.29(0.22-0.37)and 0.14(0.09-0.21)among migrant children,non-left-behind children and left-behind children,*** coverage-knowledge-satisfaction network model showed the core node was the satisfaction of vaccination ***-NIP vaccination was associated with characteristics of both children and car

The Ediacaran–Cambrian Phosphogenic Episode is the Earth’s first true phosphogenic event and resulted in worldwide phosphate deposits,which occurred during the processes of the Neoproterozoic Oxygenation *** Ediacaran Doushantuo Formation(ca.635–551 Ma)of Weng’an area in central Guizhou,South China,contains two economic phosphorite beds(the Lower and Upper Phosphorite Beds).This paper presents a detailed stratigraphic,sedimentological and mineralogical study of multiple outcrop and drill core sections of the Doushantuo Formation across the Weng’an area,and identified 11 lithofacies and 4 types of phosphatic *** differences in lithofacies and grain types between the upper and lower phosphate deposits are observed,indicating that the two sets of phosphate deposits are the products of two distinct phosphogenic *** Lower Phosphorite Bed mainly consists of banded and laminated phosphorites,contains micro-oncoids formed by microbially-mediated precipitation and peloids formed by in-situ chemically oscillating reactions,indicating a biochemical and chemical enrichment of phosphorus to sediments during the Early Ediacaran *** Upper Phosphorite Bed is mainly composed of carbonaceous,massive,and stromatolitic phosphorites,contains bioclasts(phosphatized spheroidal fossils),and intraclasts formed by hydrodynamic agitation,suggesting that the major accesses of phosphorus to sediments were the remineralization of organic *** of the two economic phosphorite beds was controlled by two sea-level *** differences have also been documented in contemporaneous phosphate-bearing successions in Brazil and Mangolia,indicating a significant shift in global phosphogenic mechanism during the early and middle Ediacaran,which may be due to the changes in redox conditions in seawater,associated with the Neoproterozoic Oxygenation *** regional active P-cycle processes could produce more free oxygen,which may have contributed to the up

融合时空流差的网约车双模式混合调度算法

服务车辆时空分布与出行需求的不一致严重影响网约车平台的服务效率,降低平台和服务车辆的收益以及乘客的服务体验。针对该问题,提出融合空间、时间和天气3种维度影响因素的时空流差计算方法,并构造双层深度森林模型对时空流差进行准确预测。双层深度森林模型通过集成两种不同输入数据的深度森林模型来提升模型预测准确性。基于时空流差预测,设计一种在线局部调度与离线全局调度相结合的双模式混合调度算法。在线局部调度采用集成并行和n阶段求解模式对正在等待订单的车辆进行实时调度,离线全局调度则通过遗传匹配算法对可提前预测的车辆进行离线全局调度。依据遗传算法获取最优路径以及车辆对应子空间的最优匹配值,设计一种迭代Kuhn-Munkres算法和更新机制得到所有车辆和子空间的最优匹配。实验结果表明,该预测模型较其他预测模型解释方差平均提升0.13,确定系数平均提升0.16,平均绝对误差平均减少2.39,均方误差平均减少100.44;调度算法可将全局供需差异降低57.16%,司机接单率提升88.4%。

研究了不同温度对Inconel 617合金铸锭高温拉伸热塑性的影响。结果表明,Inconel 617合金在900℃以上有良好的热塑性,拉伸断口有明显的颈缩,断面收缩率均在90%以上。随拉伸温度的升高,颈缩越来越明显,断口韧窝变深,热塑性越来越好。拉伸时发生了局部动态再结晶,随温度升高,再结晶变得充分,高于1200℃拉伸时晶粒快速长大,且断口出现熔融现象。

为了进一步提升养殖户疫病规范防治素养,保障疫病规范防治工作的有序开展,本研究以宁夏回族自治区中宁县、海原县、原州区和西吉县共25个肉牛养殖户的访谈资料为基础,运用扎根理论对21个养殖户的访谈资料进行开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码,利用剩余4个养殖户的访谈资料进行理论饱和度检验,构建养殖户疫病规范防治素养提升逻辑模型,同时对养殖户疫病规范防治素养关键提升因子进行灰色关联分析。结果表明:通过开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码,从中提炼出31个原始概念、17个初始范畴和5个主范畴。4个养殖户访谈资料的理论饱和度检验结果显示已达到理论性饱和。养殖户防疫认知、畜禽健康程度、周围环境作用、政府治理和市场治理5个主范畴是提升养殖户疫病规范防治素养的主要因子,其中养殖户防疫认知和畜禽健康程度是内在关键提升因子,周围环境作用、政府治理和市场治理是外在关键提升因子。通过对5个主范畴进行灰色关联分析,得到了养殖户疫病规范防治素养关键提升因子的排序为政府治理>周围环境作用>养殖户防疫认知>市场治理>畜禽健康程度。基于此,笔者提出注重畜禽健康程度,提高养殖户防疫认知;加大防疫宣传力度,改善养殖户周围环境;加强疫病防控措施,调整养殖户知识结构是提升养殖户疫病规范防治素养的有效途径。

针对传统IN706和改进型IN706m合金开展了铸态显微组织观察分析并研究了其析出相回溶规律。经过研究发现,合金铸态组织中存在大量的γ+γ′共晶组织、η相、Laves相和M(C,N)。γ+γ′共晶组织、针状η相可在高于1100℃的保温过程中完全回溶到基体中。IN706合金中Laves相的初熔点在1160~1180℃之间,IN706m合金Laves相的初熔点在1140~1160℃之间。在实际生产中,选择1140℃保温8 h以上,即可使得Laves相完全回溶到基体中而不发生初熔,元素微观偏析也能得到有效地消除。

At present the video sharing service has gradually became one of the Internet killer applications. It is crucial to the service providers that understand the intrinsic nature of Sharing video relationship-networks(SVRNs) formed by video related list. This paper investigates the relationships between sharing videos using complex networks theory. New metrics are introduced to model and characterize the SVRN from topological view. Through extensive study on You Tube, a set of key findings are revealed. The results show that the node indegree of SVRNs follows the power-law distribution and its entropy remains stable over time. The topology also exhibits an assortative property and obvious clustering phenomenon. But the rich-club phenomenon is not evident compared with the Internet AS-level topology. This research will enable the service providers to optimally plan and operate their video-based services.

Load balancing can effectively improve network performance and scalability,but it may cause packet disorder,so worsening the ***,without MPLS to establish the desired end-to-end paths,hop-by-hop routing load balancing is more difficult to achieve than the source routing;however,it can significantly improve network *** this paper,we propose a load balancing scheme with hop-by-hop routing,by using the burstiness features of flows to make sure that the packets of the same flow arrive at the receiving end in *** results show that our algorithm can adapt to the dynamic changes of the end-to-end delay and the routing vector,and also can achieve fine-gained load balancing.
