Coal-fired power plant is a major contributor to greenhouse gas *** post-combustion capture is a promising method for CO_(2)emission reduction but the high thermal demand is *** address this issue,solar thermal energy and CO_(2)capture are jointly integrated into the coal-fired power plant in this *** solar thermal energy is employed to meet the heat requirement of the CO_(2)capture process,thereby avoiding the electricity loss caused by self-driven CO_(2)***,the heat released from the carbonation reaction of MgO adsorbent is integrated into the steam Rankine *** partially substituting the extracted steam for feedwater heating,the electricity output of the power plant is further *** to the results from the developed model,the system could achieve a CO_(2)capture rate of 86.5%and an electricity output enhancement of 9.8%compared to the reference system,which consists of a self-driven CO_(2)capture coal-fired power plant and PV generation *** operational strategy is also optimized and the amount of CO_(2)emission reduction on a typical day is increased by 11.06%.This work shows a way to combine fossil fuels and renewable energy for low carbon emissions and efficient power generation.

The oxygen evolution reaction(OER)electrocatalysts,which can keep active for a long time in acidic media,are of great significance to proton exchange membrane water ***,Ru-Co_(3)O_(4)electrocatalysts with transition metal oxide Co_(3)O_(4)as matrix and the noble metal Ru as doping element have been prepared through an ion exchange–pyrolysis process mediated by metal-organic framework,in which Ru atoms occupy the octahedral sites of Co_(3)O_(4).Experimental and theoretical studies show that introduced Ru atoms have a passivation effect on lattice *** strong coupling between Ru and O causes a negative shift in the energy position of the O p-band ***,the bonding activity of oxygen in the adsorbed state to the lattice oxygen is greatly passivated during the OER process,thus improving the stability of matrix *** addition,benefiting from the modulating effect of the introduced Ru atoms on the metal active sites,the thermodynamic and kinetic barriers have been significantly reduced,which greatly enhances both the catalytic stability and reaction efficiency of Co_(3)O_(4).

Fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)by manual preparation has been applied to treat diseases for thousands of ***,this method still endures safety risks and challenges the psychological endurance and acceptance of doctors,patients and *** evidence showed the washed microbiota preparation with microfiltration based on an automatic purification system followed by repeated centrifugation plus suspension for three times significantly reduced FMT-related adverse *** washing preparation makes delivering a precise dose of the enriched microbiota feasible,instead of using the weight of *** injection in mice with the fecal microbiota supernatant obtained after repeated centrifugation plus suspension for three times induced less toxic reaction than that by the first centrifugation following the *** toxic reactions that include death,the change in the level of peripheral white blood cells,and the proliferation of germinal center in secondary lymphoid follicles in spleen were *** metagenomic next-generation sequencing(NGS)indicated the increasing types and amount of viruses could be washed out during the washing *** analysis indicated metabolites with pro-inflammatory effects in the fecal microbiota supernatant such as leukotriene B4,corticosterone,and prostaglandin G2 could be removed by repeated ***-infrared absorption spectroscopy could be served as a rapid detection method to control the quality of the *** conclusion,this study for the first time provides evidence linking clinical findings and animal experiments to support that washed microbiota transplantation(WMT)is safer,more precise and more quality-controllable than the crude FMT by manual.

基于光纤光栅技术的巷道支护锚杆受力监测

锚杆支护效果决定了巷道支护的质量和效率,现实生产中一直存在锚杆崩断导致支护失效的问题,给煤矿生产带来了安全隐患。目前国内对锚杆监测主要应用锚杆(索)测力计、表贴式传感器,但是测力计无法实现对锚杆杆体服役状态的监测与分析,表贴式传感器虽可以测量杆体受力但其工业应用效果较差。提出一种针对锚杆杆体受力进行监测的矿用光纤光栅锚杆传感器技术,本传感器利用光栅体积小且抗拉的优势,将多个Bragg光栅链式连接并将其埋入锚杆,实现了对杆体受力变化规律的分析及对杆体破裂的预报预警功能。通过工业试验对系统进行测试,在工作面前方200 m的位置安装32组锚杆传感器共160个数据采集点,应用自主研发的32通道解调设备对光栅数据进行采集存储,结合工作面推进速度对数据进行分析验证。结果表明:在工作面回采对锚杆杆体受力的影响范围约为60 m,在60 m以外影响微弱,而进入50 m以后锚杆杆体受力变化显著增加,同时区段平巷两帮部分位置出现变形;处于内帮的锚杆杆体变化要比同一断面上位于外帮的变化更为明显,外帮杆体局部受力变化量约为30 kN,内帮杆体局部受力变化可达150 kN。单个锚杆杆体受力呈现非线性变化状态,锚杆受力变化最大位置随着工作面的推进而产生变化,受力主要集中在锚杆靠近托盘处的位置以及埋入巷帮中较深的部位;锚杆杆体变形受到轴向拉伸和径向剪力的双重作用;从锚杆单日受力分析得出,杆体并非处于一直变形过程中,在完成一次变形后杆体会进入稳定状态直至下一次压力或扰动到来。

In order to achieve better transient performance of model reference adaptive control(MRAC), a new idea, named closed-loop reference model(CRM), has been recently proposed. However, there exists a potential peaking phenomenon in the CRM-based MRAC systems due to the introduced feedback gain in the CRM, which may deteriorate the original tracking control response. In this paper, we revisit the CRM-based MRAC design, and provide a new prospective to analyze the bound of peaking value by using L norm and Cauchy-Schwartz inequality. Following the analysis, we further provide a potential solution to alleviate the peaking phenomenon by reducing the impact of the unknown system dynamics. This has been achieved by introducing a modification term on the control action. This new framework allows to use large feedback gains in the CRM to improve transient control performance, while the peaking phenomenon can be reduced. A wing rock aircraft model is used as the numerical example to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method and the improved performance over the traditional CRM-based MRAC.

Deep Learning Shows Promise for Seasonal Prediction of Antarctic Sea Ice in a Rapid Decline Scenario

The rapidly changing Antarctic sea ice has garnered significant interest. To enhance the prediction skill for sea ice and respond to the Sea Ice Prediction Network-South's latest call, this study presents the reforecast results of Antarctic sea-ice area and extent from December to June of the coming year with a Convolutional Long Short-Term Memory(Conv LSTM)Network. The reforecast experiments demonstrate that Conv LSTM captures the interannual and interseasonal variability of Antarctic sea ice successfully, and performs better than the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts. Based on this, we present the prediction from December 2023 to June 2024, indicating that the Antarctic sea ice will remain at lows, but may not create a new record low. This research highlights the promising application of deep learning in Antarctic sea-ice prediction.

我国现阶段的老年人出生于经济发展水平比较落后的时期,很多老年人在童年阶段都有过挨饿的经历,研究童年的挨饿经历对老年健康的影响对于我们全面认识老年健康的影响因素具有重要意义。本文利用中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS)2014年生命历程调查以及CHARLS 2013年和2015年全国追踪调查数据,研究了0-5岁的挨饿经历对老年健康的影响。实证结果表明,0-5岁的挨饿经历会对老年人的自评健康产生负面影响,并且会提高患有慢性病的概率,降低老年人的认知能力。本文的研究意味着,应该从整个生命历程的视角来看待老年健康。为改善老年人的健康状况,政府决策应该具有前瞻意识,从生命早期开始,加强对弱势群体的营养和健康状况的干预。

采用碳纤维(CF)改性聚酰胺(PA)6,从而获得PA 6/CF复合材料。结果表明:CF被浓硝酸氧化后,表面会引入碳氮、碳氧等极性基团,增加了PA 6与CF的界面反应活性;CF经浓硝酸处理后表面有许多沟槽出现,增大的表面积对PA 6与CF间机械锁合有利;随着浓硝酸处理CF时间的延长,复合材料的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度略有提高,拉伸强度提高较大;CF被过度氧化时,复合材料的缺口冲击强度、拉伸强度均降低;经浓硝酸氧化处理后,增强了CF界面黏结效果,CF被PA 6紧密包覆,断裂时两者有黏结现象发生;未经浓硝酸处理的样条在纤维拔出后会留下大量空洞,经浓硝酸处理后CF表面极性基团增加,提高了CF与基体树脂的黏结强度。

研究了地表反照率对天空偏振模式的影响。针对目前缺乏实际环境下不同时间、不同地点单一影响因素的定量测试研究,先运用libRadtran二次开发软件,仿真分析不同地表反照率下的天空偏振模式,然后利用图像式测试系统,分别在草地和沥青地表、海洋和沥青地表进行同步异地测试,定量分析地表反照率对偏振方位角和偏振度的影响。结果表明:地表反照率对偏振方位角分布基本没有影响,分布始终稳定;而地表反照率对偏振度数值有较大的衰减作用,在同一天内同一时刻下,地表反照率越大,最大偏振度值越小;地表反照率相差越大,最大偏振度值的平均减小量越多,最大偏振度值减小的幅度越大。

Mitochondrial toxicity induced by therapeutic drugs is a major contributor for cardiotoxicity,posing a serious threat to pharmaceutical industries and patients’***,mitochondrial toxicity testing is not incorporated into routine cardiac safety screening *** accurately model native human cardiomyocytes,we comprehensively evaluated mitochondrial responses of adult human primary cardiomyocytes(h PCMs)to a nucleoside analog,remdesivir(RDV).Comparison of their response to human pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes revealed that the latter utilized a mitophagy-based mitochondrial recovery response that was absent in h ***,action potential duration was elongated in h PCMs,reflecting clinical incidences of RDV-induced QT *** a screen for mitochondrial protectants,we identified mitochondrial ROS as a primary mediator of RDV-induced *** study demonstrates the utility of h PCMs in the detection of clinically relevant cardiac toxicities,and offers a framework for h PCM-based high-throughput screening of cardioprotective agents.
