Human dental pulp stem cell transplantation has been shown to be an effective therapeutic strategy for spinal cord ***,whether the human dental pulp stem cell secretome can contribute to functional recovery after spinal cord injury remains *** the present study,we established a rat model of spinal cord injury based on impact injury from a dropped weight and then intraperitoneally injected the rats with conditioned medium from human dental pulp stem *** found that the conditioned medium effectively promoted the recovery of sensory and motor functions in rats with spinal cord injury,decreased expression of the microglial pyroptosis markers NLRP3,GSDMD,caspase-1,and interleukin-1β,promoted axonal and myelin regeneration,and inhibited the formation of glial *** addition,in a lipopolysaccharide-induced BV2 microglia model,conditioned medium from human dental pulp stem cells protected cells from pyroptosis by inhibiting the NLRP3/caspase-1/interleukin-1β*** results indicate that conditioned medium from human dental pulp stem cells can reduce microglial pyroptosis by inhibiting the NLRP3/caspase-1/interleukin-1βpathway,thereby promoting the recovery of neurological function after spinal cord ***,conditioned medium from human dental pulp stem cells may become an alternative therapy for spinal cord injury.

Soybean(Glycine max)stands as a globally significant agricultural crop,and the comprehensive assembly of its genome is of paramount importance for unraveling its biological characteristics and evolutionary ***,previous soybean genome assemblies have harbored gaps and incompleteness,which have constrained in-depth investigations into ***,we present Telomere-to-Telomere(T2T)assembly of the Chinese soybean cultivar Zhonghuang 13(ZH13)genome,termed ZH13-T2T,utilizing PacBio Hifi and ONT ultralong *** employed a multi-assembler approach,integrating Hifiasm,NextDenovo,and Canu,to minimize biases and enhance assembly *** assembly spans 1,015,024,879 bp,effectively resolving all 393 gaps that previously plagued the reference *** annotation efforts identified 50,564 high-confidence protein-coding genes,707 of which are ***13-T2T revealed longer chromosomes,421 not-aligned regions(NARs),112 structure variations(SVs),and a substantial expansion of repetitive element compared to earlier ***,we identified 25.67 Mb of tandem repeats,an enrichment of 5S and 48S rDNAs,and characterized their genotypic *** summary,we deliver the first complete Chinese soybean cultivar T2T *** comprehensive annotation,along with precise centromere and telomere characterization,as well as insights into structural variations,further enhance our understanding of soybean genetics and evolution.

土体参数空间变异性对土坡稳定性的影响已受到岩土工程界的广泛关注,繁冗的计算量是空间变异土坡可靠度分析面临的瓶颈问题。基于强度折减采样(SRS)和高斯过程回归(GPR)模型,提出一种适用于高维空间的空间变异土坡自适应可靠度分析方法(SRS-GPR)。首先采用Karhunen-Loève展开法将空间变异土体强度参数离散为高维随机变量,随后根据SRS生成土坡临界样本点,接着通过GPR构建土体参数随机场与边坡安全系数之间的高维非线性函数关系,并基于主动学习策略自动搜寻最优训练样本点,迭代更新GPR模型。在此基础上,结合GPR模型和蒙特卡洛模拟进行边坡可靠度分析。最后,通过两个典型算例验证所提方法的准确性、高效性、鲁棒性和适用性。结果表明:所提方法可有效识别靠近极限状态面附近的最优样本点,使得迭代更新的GPR模型在该区域的预测精度逐渐提高。此外,所提方法不受随机变量维度的影响,可直接在高维参数空间应用,且对边坡稳定性模型的调用次数较少,在计算效率方面具有显著优势。

The semiclassical non-perturbative atomic orbital close-coupling approach has been employed to study the electron capture and excitation processes in He2+–H(1s)and He2+–H(2s)collision *** order to ensure the accuracy of our calculated cross sections,a large number of high excited states and pseudostates are included in the expansion basis sets which are centered on the target and projectile,*** total and partial charge transfer and excitation cross sections are obtained for a wide-energy domain ranging from 1 keV/amu to 200 keV/*** present calculations are also compared with the results from other theoretical *** cross section data are useful for the investigation of astrophysics and laboratory plasma.

自然语言到结构化查询语言(natural language to structured query language,NL2SQL)任务旨在将自然语言询问转化为数据库可执行的结构化查询语言(structured query language,SQL)语句。本文提出了一种辅助任务增强的中文跨域NL2SQL算法,其核心思想是通过在解码阶段添加辅助任务以结合原始模型来进行多任务训练,提升模型的准确率。辅助任务的设计是通过将数据库模式建模成图,预测自然语言询问与数据库模式图中的节点的依赖关系,显式地建模自然语言询问和数据库模式之间的依赖关系。针对特定的自然语言询问,通过辅助任务的提升,模型能够更好地识别数据库模式中哪些表/列对预测目标SQL更有效。在中文NL2SQL数据集DuSQL上的实验结果表明,添加辅助任务后的算法相对于原始模型取得了更好的效果,能够更好地处理跨域NL2SQL任务。

机器代人巡检已逐步在电力巡检场景中得到广泛应用,绝缘子作为维护电力系统安全可靠稳定运行的重要设备,对其缺陷进行准确有效检测具有重要意义。绝缘子缺损识别是绝缘子缺陷检测中的重要任务,针对当前绝缘子缺损数据样本较少且样本不平衡,模型泛化能力差、数据标注不精确的问题,该文提出基于域随机化的缺损样本自动生成框架与样本图像质量评估方法,在虚拟域到真实域的绝缘子缺损检测域适应问题上取得了较好的效果,并基于该方法生成图像标注数据供开源使用。该文提出的域随机化数据生成方法首先基于程序化建模生成结构可调的绝缘子伞盘模型并基于纹理噪声模型建立了包含陶瓷绝缘子常见色彩、纹理信息的程序化纹理模型,进而基于网格噪声模型建立了绝缘子缺损切割模块,随后通过域随机化生成完整的绝缘子结构、纹理模型、缺损结构、背景信息与场景物体。在图像渲染和自动标注环节,首先基于相机对准与能见度自动生成与调整拍摄点及相机参数,进而提出了基于光线投射方法建立数据标注类别判定方法,设置实例对应的图像渲染通道进行图像渲染,完成批量数据生成。该文采用域随机化生成的3000张虚拟数据在不修改YOLO V5网络结构、模型参数的基础上训练模型,在300张真实绝缘子缺损图像上进行测试,正常绝缘子识别准确率达到97.8%,召回率92.1%,缺损绝缘子识别准确率79.0%,召回率75.9%,各检测类别的准确率和召回率均高于基于400张真实图像训练得到的检测模型的推理结果。该文提出的图像样本质量评估方法考虑了与真实域数据的相似度和样本在数据集中的独立性,将所得评价结果代入损失函数权重计算,进一步提升了推理结果,缺损绝缘子识别准确率85.3%,召回率77.8%。

受导航误差和机械磨损等因素影响,变电站巡检机器人在自主巡检时的停靠位姿偏离预置位姿,导致其云台相机在高倍变焦抓图时出现目标设备不在图像内以及聚焦失败等问题。因此,提出一种面向高变倍场景的变电站巡检机器人云台相机对准方法,使巡检机器人相机能够精确对准到预置位姿,以拍摄与模板图像一致的高质量巡检图像。首先,建立巡检机器人位姿与像素误差之间的关系模型;然后,基于构造的变电站空间布局假设条件,提出机器人相机位姿误差的近似解法;最后,对相机位姿误差进行正交解耦,使用提出的折半对准控制方法校正相机位姿误差。在巡检机器人真型平台上开展相机对准试验,结果表明,相较于仅调整云台姿态的传统相机对准方法,该方法在高变倍巡检场景中表现出更高的巡检覆盖率、准确率以及更低的巡检图像像素误差。

电力智能巡检与边缘计算相结合,对电力物联网和透明电网的建设具有重要作用。然而,边缘设备的低算力导致检测算法在边缘端推理速度慢,边缘设备的低内存也限制了目标检测模型的空间占用。针对以上问题,提出了一种基于重参数化YOLOv5的输电线路缺陷边缘智能检测方法。首先,利用R-D模块和重参数化空间金字塔池化(spatial pyramid pooling,SPP)对YOLOv5网络进行改进,通过重参数化加快模型的推理速度,得到重参数化YOLOv5模型。其次,利用ResRep剪枝方法对模型进行通道剪枝,减小模型空间占用。最后,将模型部署至NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX边缘平台,并利用C++语言结合TensorRT图优化对模型进行优化加速,进一步减小推理时延,减少模型占用空间。实验结果表明:相较于原版YOLOv5,该文提出的方法推理速度提升至5倍,空间占用减小至41%,同时精度提升了2.4%,显著提高了输电线路边缘智能巡检的效率。

Fluid-structure interaction(FSI)of gas-liquid two-phase fow in the horizontal pipe is investigated numerically in the present *** volume of fluid model and standard k-e turbulence model are integrated to simulate the typical gas-liquid two-phase fow ***,validation of the numerical model is conducted and the typical fow patterns are consistent with the Baker ***,the FSI framework is established to investigate the dynamic responses of the interaction between the horizontal pipe and gas-liquid two-phase *** results show that the dynamic response under stratified fow condition is relatively flat and the maximum pipe deformation and equivalent stress are 1.8 mm and 7.5 MPa ***,the dynamic responses induced by slug fow,wave fow and annular fow show obvious periodic ***,the dynamic response characteristics under slug flow condition are maximum;the maximum pipe deformation and equivalent stress can reach 4mm and 17.5 MPa,*** principal direction of total deformation is different under various flow ***,the periodic equivalent stress will form the cyclic impact on the pipe wall and affect the fatigue life of the horizontal *** present study may serve as a reference for FSI simulation under gas-liquid two-phase transport conditions.
