Assessing the conservation impact of Chinese indigenous chicken populations between ex-situ and in-situ using genome-wide SNPs

Conservation programs require rigorous evaluation to ensure the preservation of genetic diversity and viability of conservation populations. In this study, we conducted a comparative analysis of two indigenous Chinese chicken breeds, Gushi and Xichuan black-bone, using whole-genome SNPs to understand their genetic diversity, track changes over time and population structure. The breeds were divided into five conservation populations(GS1, 2010, ex-situ;GS2, 2019, ex-situ;GS3, 2019, in-situ;XB1, 2010, in-situ;and XB2, 2019, in-situ) based on conservation methods and generations. The genetic diversity indices of three conservation populations of Gushi chicken showed consistent trends, with the GS3 population under in-situ strategy having the highest diversity and GS2 under ex-situ strategy having the lowest. The degree of inbreeding of GS2 was higher than that of GS1 and GS3. Conserved populations of Xichuan black-bone chicken showed no obvious changes in genetic diversity between XB1 and XB2. In terms of population structure, the GS3 population were stratified relative to GS1 and GS2. According to the conservation priority, GS3 had the highest contribution to the total gene and allelic diversity in GS breed, whereas the contribution of XB1 and XB2 were similar. We also observed that the genetic diversity of GS2 was lower than GS3, which were from the same generation but under different conservation programs(in-situ and ex-situ). While XB1 and XB2 had similar levels of genetic diversity. Overall, our findings suggested that the conservation programs performed in ex-situ could slow down the occurrence of inbreeding events, but could not entirely prevent the loss of genetic diversity when the conserved population size was small, while in-situ conservation populations with large population size could maintain a relative high level of genetic diversity.

Investigation on the Novel High-performance Copper/Graphene Composite Conductor for High Power Density Motor

High-performance Cu/Graphene composite wire synergistically strengthened by nano Cr_(3)C_(2) phase was directly synthesized via hot press sintering followed by severe cold plastic deformation, using liquid paraffin and CuCr alloy powder as the raw materials. Since graphene is in situ formed under the catalysis of copper powder during the sintering process, the problem that graphene is easy to agglomerate and difficult to disperse uniformly in the copper matrix has been solved. The nano Cr_(3)C_(2)-particles nailed at the interface favor to improve the interface bonding. The Cu/Graphene composite possesses high electrical conductivity, hardness, and plasticity. The composite wire exhibits high electrical conductivity of 96.93% IACS, great tensile strength of 488MPa, and excellent resistance to softening. Even after annealing at 400℃ for 1 h, the tensile strength can still reach 268 MPa with a conductivity of about 99.14% *** wire's temperature coefficient of resistance(TCR) is largely reduced to 0.0035/℃ due to the complex structure,which leads the wire to present low resistivity at higher temperatures. Such Cu/Graphene composite wire with excellent comprehensive performance has a good application prospect in high-power density motors.

针对直升机的机械扭振系统模态易与发动机燃油调节系统耦合发生自激振动,当机械扭振系统的固有频率与旋翼激振力的频率接近或重合时,则会发生共振的问题,采用状态空间方法建立了直升机机械扭振系统动力学分析模型,计算了某型直升机机械扭振系统的频率、阻尼比和时间常数,并与直升机地面联合试验台测试的发动机100%转速和75%转速情况下的扭振一阶频率进行了对比分析,发现误差在工程应用可接受的范围内。建立的状态空间模型为后续与发动机、燃油控制系统数学模型组合进行稳定性分析打下了基础。

过敏性哮喘的患病率呈增长趋势,影响患者生活质量、危及生命,带来巨大的社会和经济负担。过敏原免疫治疗(allergen immunotherapy,AIT)是唯一有可能改变“过敏进程”的对因治疗手段,目前已经广泛用于过敏性鼻炎、结膜炎的治疗,在过敏性哮喘治疗中的作用和地位也逐渐获得认可。有研究显示,AIT可能对过敏性哮喘的发生发展具有一定的预防作用。本文对过敏性哮喘三级预防概念进行阐述,并就AIT在过敏性哮喘三级预防中的具体作用进行归纳分析,为过敏性哮喘的防控提供参考。

DIAGNOSIS OF DAMPING FAULTS IN HELICOPTER ROTOR HUB BASED ON FUSELAGE VIBRATIONS

Damping faults in a helicopter rotor hub are diagnosed by using vibration signals from the fuselage. Faults include the defective lag damper and raspings in its flap and feathering hinges. Experiments on the diagnosis of three faults are carried out on a rotor test rig with the chosen fault each time. Fuselage vibration signals from specified locations are measured and analyzed by the fast Fourier transform in the frequency domain. It is demonstrated that fuselage vibration frequency spectra induced by three faults are different from each other. The probabilistic neural network （PNN） is adopted to detect three faults. Results show that it is feasible to diagnose three faults only using fuselage vibration data.

The Importance of Neutrophil to Lymphocyte Ratio and Peripheral Blood Eosinophilia in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients with Acute Exacerbation: Recent Studies

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a chronic, progressive respiratory disease and the third leading cause of respiratory disease mortality. The diagnosis of COPD is changed to acute exacerbation of COPD (AECOPD) when respiratory symptoms become worse, beyond normal day-to-day variations and severely enough that changes in medication are required. Both neutrophils to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and peripheral blood eosinophilia (PBE) are rapid and relatively inexpensive tests that can be easily applied in the clinical practice for the diagnosis and treatment of AECOPD patients. Furthermore, current studies found that NLR and PBE had a higher accuracy rate than other traditional markers (Leukocyte count and C-reactive protein) for the diagnosis and management of AECOPD. Besides, recent studies determined that NLR and PBE can be used for prediction of future exacerbations in COPD patients. This review aims to explore the current knowledge about the significance of NLR and PBE in AECOPD patients.

二十大报告中关于卫生健康工作的重要论述要求推进健康中国建设。人民健康是民族昌盛和国家强盛的重要标志,要把保障人民健康放在优先发展的战略位置。怎样为患者优化就诊流程,提供高效的医疗服务,是解决患者“看病难”问题的重要环节。笔者基于当前医院门诊流程现状,掌握优化医院门诊流程的意义和内涵,并对门诊流程优化过程中出现的就医流程繁琐、挂号难、就诊等待时间长、导医服务不周到、医患沟通不顺畅等问题进行总结。医院通过灵活开展门诊管理工作、改进挂号模式、减少就诊等待时间、提升医务人员对患者的服务水平、加强医德医风管理等方式来优化门诊流程,将多举措优化门诊流程前后的数据进行对比,对比后发现优化门诊流程能够切实推动医院门诊服务体系逐步完善,提高服务效率和质量,提升患者的就医满意度和获得感。
