The temporal fluctuations and development of faecal microbiota in commercial layer flocks

The microbiota of the gastrointestinal tract influences gut health,which in turn strongly impacts the general health and productivity of laying *** is essential to characterise the composition and temporal development of the gut microbiota in healthy layers raised under different management systems,to understand the variations in typical healthy microbiota structure,so that deviations from this might be recognised and correlated with production and health issues when they *** present investigation aimed to study the temporal development and phylogenetic composition of the gut microbiota of four commercially raised layer flocks from hatch to end of the production ***-intrusive faecal sampling was undertaken as a proxy to represent the gut *** of 16s rRNA gene amplicons was used to characterise the *** diversity analysis indicated that each faecal microbiota was different across the four flocks and had subtly different temporal development *** these inter-flock differences,common patterns of microbiota development were *** and Proteobacteria were dominant at an early age in all *** microbiota developed gradually during the rearing phase;richness and diversity increased after 42 d of age and then underwent significant changes in composition after the shift to the production farms,with Bacteroidota becoming more dominant in older *** developing a more profound knowledge of normal microbiota development in layers,opportunities to harness the microbiota to aid in the management of layer gut health and productivity may be more clearly seen and realised.

The application of nanoparticles rose steeply in the last decade,where they have become a common ingredient used in processed human food,improving food properties such as shelf life and *** have also attracted considerable interest to the livestock industry,due to their efficacy in intestinal pathogen control,with the regulatory and consumer driven push for the removal of antibiotic growth *** influence of selenium(se) nanoparticles was investigated on a diverse and mature broiler caecal microbiota using in vitro culturing and 16 s rRNA gene sequencing methods for microbiota *** microbiota was collected from 4 traditionally grown heritage roosters and grown for 48 h,in the presence and absence of se nanoparticles,with 2 technical replicates *** effect of rooster as a biological variable strongly overpowered the effects of nano-se in the media,resulting in moderate effects on the structure and diversity of the caecal microbial *** the nanoparticles showed a significant reduction(P s cecorum identical operational taxonomic units(OTU),which could be of notable interest in poultry production for targeted *** control without significant disturbance to the total microbial community.

Traffic Engineering and Quality of service in Hybrid software Defined Networks

For Future networks, many research projects have proposed different architectures around the globe;software Defined Network(sDN) architectures, through separating Data and Control Layers, offer a crucial structure for it. With a worldwide view and centralized Control, the sDN network provides flexible and reliable network management that improves network throughput and increases link utilization. In addition, it supports an innovative flow scheduling system to help advance Traffic Engineering(TE). For Medium and large-scale networks migrating directly from a legacy network to an sDN Network seems more complicated & even impossible, as there are High potential challenges, including technical, financial, security, shortage of standards, and quality of service degradation challenges. These challenges cause the birth and pave the ground for Hybrid sDN networks, where sDN devices coexist with traditional network devices. This study explores a Hybrid sDN network’s Traffic Engineering and Quality of services Issues. Quality of service is described by network characteristics such as latency, jitter, loss, bandwidth,and network link utilization, using industry standards and mechanisms in a Hybrid sDN Network. We have organized the related studies in a way that the Quality of service may gain the most benefit from the concept of Hybrid sDN networks using different algorithms and mechanisms: Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL), Heuristic algorithm, K path partition algorithm, Genetic algorithm, sOTE algorithm, ROAR method, and Routing Optimization with different optimization mechanisms that help to ensure high-quality performance in a Hybrid sDN Network.

Gas hydrate saturation from NGHP 02 LWD data in the Mahanadi Basin

During the Indian National Gas Hydrate Program(NGHP)Expedition 02,Logging-while-drilling(LWD)logs were acquired at three sites(NGHP-02-11,NGHP-02-12,and NGHP-02-13)across the Mahanadi Basin in area *** applied rock physics theory to available sonic velocity logs to know the distribution of gas hydrate at site NGHP-02-11 and *** physics modeling using sonic velocity at well location shows that gas hydrate is distributed mainly within the depth intervals of 150-265 m and 100 -215 mbsf at site NGHP-02-11 and NGHP-02-13,respectively,with an average saturation of about 4%of the pore space and the maximum concentration of about 40%of the pore space at 250 m depth at site NGHP-02-11,and at site NGHP-02-13 an average saturation of about 2%of the pore space and the maximum concentration of about 20%of the pore space at 246 m depth,as gas hydrate is distributed mainly within 100-246 mbsf at this *** of gas hydrate estimated from the electrical resistivity method using density derived porosity and electrical resistivity logs from Archie's empirical formula shows high saturation compared to that from the sonic ***,estimates of hydrate saturation based on sonic P-wave velocity may differ significantly from that based on resistivity,because gas and hydrate have higher resistivity than conductive pore fluid and sonic P-wave velocity shows strong effect on gas hydrate as a small amount of gas reduces the velocity significantly while increasing velocity due to the presence of *** site NGHP-02-11,gas hydrate saturation is in the range of 15%e30%,in two zones between 150-180 and 245-265 *** NGHP-02-012 shows a gas hydrate saturation of 20%e30%in the zone between 100 and 207 *** NGHP-02-13 shows a gas hydrate saturation up to 30%in the zone between 215 and 246 *** observations from rock physics modeling and Archie’s approximation show the gas hydrate concentrations are relatively low(space)at the sites of the

Automated Time Based Multi-Criteria Bug Triage Approach:Developer Working Efficiency and social Network Based Developer Recommendation

In software development projects,bugs are common *** report bugs in open source *** is a need to develop high quality developer prediction model that considers developer work satisfaction,keep within limited development cost,and improve bug resolution *** address and resolve bug report as soon as possible is the main focus of triager when a new bug is ***,developer work efficiency is an important factor in *** address these issues,a proposed approach recommends a set of developers that could potentially share their knowledge with each other to fix new bug *** proposed approach is called developer working efficiency and social network based developer recommendation(Dwesn).It is a composite model that builds developers'profile by using developer average bug fixing time,work efficiency to fix variety of bugs,as well as the developer's social interactions with other developers.A similarity measure is applied between new bug and bugs in corpus to extract the list of capable developers from the *** proposed approach only selects those developers who are active and less loaded with *** developer with the highest profile score is assigned the *** evaluated our approach on the subset of five large open-source projects including Mozilla,Netbeans,Eclipse,Firefox and OpenOffice,and compared it with the *** results demonstrate that combination of developers'efficiency with their average bug fixing time and interactions in their social network gives good accuracy and efficiently reduces bug tossing *** approach shows an improvement in prediction accuracy,precision,recall,F-score and reduced bug tossing length up to 93.89%,93.12%,93.46%,93.27%and 93.25%,*** proposed approach achieved a 93%hit ratio and 93.34%mean reciprocal rank,indicating that our proposed triager is able to efficiently assign bugs to correct developers.

Novel succinoylated carboxymethyl guar gum nanocarriers of glimepiride for controlling type-2 diabetes

In this study,guar gum(GG)was chemically modified to its carboxymethyl derivative,which was then esterified with octenyl succinic anhydride(OsA)using a nucleophilic catalyst 4-dimethylaminopyridine(DMAP)to render the derivative amphiphilic *** carboxymethyl guar gum(CMGG)and succinoylated CMGG was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)*** amphiphilic CMGG synthesized using DMAP/OsA ratio of 0.5:1(CMGGOsA-I),was found to be *** amphiphilic guar gum self-assembled in water to form nanocarriers with mean diameter of 430 nm and zeta potential of19.0 *** electron microscope(TEM)image showed spherical nature of the developed CMGGOsA-I nano*** presence of amphiphilic CMGG,the aqueous solubility of glimepiride was enhanced by about *** nanocarriers released glimepiride in simulated gastrointestinal fluids for a period of more than 24 h,following Higuchi's ***-Peppas modeling of the drug release data revealed that a combination of swelling and diffusion mechanism was operative in the event of drug *** streptozotocin-induced diabetic rat model,the nanocarriers outperformed pure drug suspensions in terms of anti-diabetic activity,which lasted up to 24 ***;the newly synthesized amphiphilic CMGG nanocarriers demonstrated controlled drug release properties and showed promise for controlling type-2 diabetes.

In recent years,nitric oxide(NO)has emerged as a key redox signaling molecule in plants functioning in the regulation of key developmental programs and the orchestration of responses to a plethora of environmental cues(Kolbert et al.,2019).The predominant route for the transfer of NO bioactivity is through s-nitrosylation,the addition of an NO moiety to a protein cysteine thiol to form an s-nitrosothiol(Yun et al.,2011).specificity for this process is established by the structural constraints imposed by tertiary protein structure in gating access to given cysteine redox switches and associated proteins that can either facilitate the addition or removal of the NO moiety at these residues(Umbreen et al.,2018).
