Hybridization between salt resistant and salt susceptible genotypes of mungbean(Vigna radiata ***)and purity testing of the hybrids using SSRs markers

Six cultivated and two wild genotypes of mungbean（Vigna radiata L. Wilczek） possessing variation for phenotypic and genotypic response for salt tolerance were hybridized. Hybridization results showed successful pod set and significant variations in cross-compatibility of investigated genotypes. Genotypes PLM 380 and PLM 562 showed promising combining ability with all genotypes. Results revealed significant crossing compatibility between V. radiata and V. sublobata. The cross ability ranged from 1.99 to 5.12%（average 3.08%）. Molecular analysis confirmed the hybrids purity. All F_1 seeds were bold, green/shiny green and germinated between 3 to 5 days. Hybrid plants were normal, fertile and healthier over their respective progenitors. Uniform flowering and maturity of the hybrids showed absence of any defect or alteration in plant habit and life cycle of the hybrids. The hybrid plants showed increase in yield characteristics as no. of pods, pod length, 100 seeds weight, and yield per plant. Number of pods containing F_2 seeds ranged from 5–8 per cluster. The F_2 seeds were collected and stored for further research. Present study suggests that salt resistant wild relatives or cultivars of mungbean can be explored by breeding as a source of useful traits/genes providing salt tolerance. This may help in development of best mungbean variety for saline prone areas. Micro-satellite markers linked to the trait/genes may assist breeding by early selection of the genotypes compared to the phenotypic screening.

Twitter is a radiant platform with a quick and effective technique to analyze users’perceptions of activities on social *** researchers and industry experts show their attention to Twitter sentiment analysis to recognize the stakeholder *** sentiment analysis needs an advanced level of approaches including adoption to encompass data sentiment analysis and various machine learning *** assessment of sentiment analysis in multiple fields that affect their elevations among the people in real-time by using Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine(SVM).This paper focused on analysing the distinguished sentiment techniques in tweets behaviour datasets for various spheres such as healthcare,behaviour estimation,*** addition,the results in this work explore and validate the statistical machine learning classifiers that provide the accuracy percentages attained in terms of positive,negative and neutral *** this work,we obligated Twitter Application Programming Interface(API)account and programmed in python for sentiment analysis approach for the computational measure of user’s perceptions that extract a massive number of tweets and provide market value to the Twitter account *** distinguish the results in terms of the performance evaluation,an error analysis investigates the features of various stakeholders comprising social media analytics researchers,Natural Language Processing(NLP)developers,engineering managers and experts involved to have a decision-making approach.

Very late pacemaker extrusion: A rare complication of permanent pacemaker implantation

Pacemaker extrusion is an uncommon complication of device implantation. Mostly, it happens either beuse of infection or secondary to various mechanical factors. It usually occurs days to months after the implantation, however very late pacemaker extrusion has not been described in the literature. We present a case of 70 years old male, who had pacemaker extrusion 11 years after its implantation. The various management issues related with such patient is discussed in the article.

Impact of obesity and diabetes on arthritis: An update

The incidence of obesity and diabetes has been increased with alarming rate in recent years and became a common problem around the globe including developing as well as in developed countries with incalculable social costs. Obesity and type 2 diabetes are two common co-morbidities occur together. Obesity and diabetes is closely associated with many diseases, osteoarthritis, hypertension, certain form of cancer, sleep-breathing disorders and coronary heart disease. Impacts of obesity and diabetes (insulin resistance) on arthritis have been seen in patients that we associated with combination of various factors like increased availability of high-energy foods, genetic susceptibility and decreased physical activity in modern society. Arthritis is becoming pandemic around the globe and its occurrence with obesity and diabetes has been observed more common than ever. Combination of these two chronic conditions makes these diseases more vulnerable for human health. Till now very limited information is established about the pathological and mechanistic correlation among these health ailments. In this review article we aimed to survey the literature covering the influence of obesity and diabetes on arthritis pathology and tried to establish correlation with these diseases.

Trigonometric tension B-spline collocation approximations for time fractional Burgers’equation

This manuscript’s aim is to form and examine the numerical simulation of Caputo-time fractional nonlinear Burgers’equation via collocation approach with trigonometric tension B-splines as base ***,L 1 discretization formula is utilized for the time fractional derivative and after linearizing the nonlinear term,the trigonometric tension B-spline interpolants are utilized to get a system of simultaneous linear equations that are solved via Gauss elimination ***,numerical approximation at the desired time level is *** is demonstrated via von-Neumann approach that proposed scheme produces stable *** results of six different test examples having their analytical solutions are compared with the results in the literature to validate the accuracy and efficiency of the scheme.

Traffic Engineering and Quality of Service in Hybrid Software Defined Networks

For Future networks, many research projects have proposed different architectures around the globe;Software Defined Network(SDN) architectures, through separating Data and Control Layers, offer a crucial structure for it. With a worldwide view and centralized Control, the SDN network provides flexible and reliable network management that improves network throughput and increases link utilization. In addition, it supports an innovative flow scheduling system to help advance Traffic Engineering(TE). For Medium and large-scale networks migrating directly from a legacy network to an SDN Network seems more complicated & even impossible, as there are High potential challenges, including technical, financial, security, shortage of standards, and quality of service degradation challenges. These challenges cause the birth and pave the ground for Hybrid SDN networks, where SDN devices coexist with traditional network devices. This study explores a Hybrid SDN network’s Traffic Engineering and Quality of Services Issues. Quality of service is described by network characteristics such as latency, jitter, loss, bandwidth,and network link utilization, using industry standards and mechanisms in a Hybrid SDN Network. We have organized the related studies in a way that the Quality of Service may gain the most benefit from the concept of Hybrid SDN networks using different algorithms and mechanisms: Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL), Heuristic algorithm, K path partition algorithm, Genetic algorithm, SOTE algorithm, ROAR method, and Routing Optimization with different optimization mechanisms that help to ensure high-quality performance in a Hybrid SDN Network.
