Objective:This study aimed to explore the lived experiences of the disease journey and patients'care needs with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF).Methods:Face-to-face semi-structured interviews were conducted with a purposive sampling of IPF patients admitted to the department of respiratory medicine in a tertiary hospital in *** data were analyzed using the thematic analysis *** the end,16 patients were ***:Four themes emerged from the qualitative data included the long and confusing journey to reach a diagnosis,living with the disease,understanding the disease and treatment and desire for continuity of care.A series of subthemes were also identified,including uncertainty of diagnosis,delaying the process,living with physical symptoms,living with emotional distress,loss of independence,uncertainty with the prognosis,questioning the cause of the disease,concerning the side effects of treatments,lacking continuity of care,and wanting a better quality ofhealthcare in community ***:Based on the findings,there is an urgent need to improve the care delivery to this vulnerable population in *** meet their health needs,it is of paramount importance to develop effective education programs for health professionals and IPF patients and improve care models of healthcare systems,especially in remote areas,to enhance care continuity in the communities.

Hexagonal boron nitride nanosheet for effective ambient N2 fixation to NH3

Industrial production of NH3 from N2 and H2 significantly relies on Haber-Bosch process,which suffers from high energy consume and CO2 *** a sustainable and environmentally-benign alternative process,electrochemical artificial N2 fixation at ambient conditions,however,is highly required efficient *** this study,we demonstrate that hexagonal boron nitride nanosheet (h-BNNS) is able to electrochemically catalyze N2 to *** acidic solution,h-BNNS catalyst attains a high NH3 formation rate of 22.4 μg·h-1·*** a high Faradic efficiency of 4.7% at-0.75 V *** hydrogen electrode,with excellent stability and *** functional theory calculations reveal that unsaturated boron at the edge site can activate inert N2 molecule and significantly reduce the energy barrier for NH3 fonmation.

目的了解乳腺癌术后化疗患者癌因性疲乏的状况,探讨影响乳腺癌术后化疗患者癌因性疲乏的因素。方法对北京市4所三级甲等医院的165例乳腺癌术后化疗患者,采用Piper疲乏量表、数字疼痛评估量表、医院焦虑抑郁量表、社会支持评定量表和阿森斯失眠量表进行调查。结果乳腺癌术后化疗患者均经历了癌因性疲乏,其中中重度疲乏占87.27%。疼痛、工作情况、化疗方案、其他不良反应和支持的利用度是影响癌因性疲乏的主要因素(均P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌术后化疗患者癌因性疲乏的发生率较高,且多数属于中重度疲乏,疼痛是最主要的影响因素。应采取针对性措施,降低患者癌因性疲乏的程度,以提高其生活质量。

探讨了添加六种不同有机酸(苹果酸、乳酸、柠檬酸、琥珀酸、草酸、醋酸)对红曲发酵产洛伐他汀的影响。首先采用Plackett-Burman实验筛选出对红曲发酵产洛伐他汀具有显著影响的三个因子,即柠檬酸、草酸、醋酸,然后通过Box-Behnken响应面实验确定产洛伐他汀的最佳工艺。研究结果表明:柠檬酸添加量为1.86%,草酸添加量为0.58%,醋酸添加量为0.06%的条件下,洛伐他汀的含量为11.35 mg/g。

目的探讨糖尿病患者的营养膳食模式的构建、组织与管理,并建立2型糖尿病营养膳食模式。方法采用Delphi法制定2型糖尿病营养膳食模式,并将住院2型糖尿病患者分为观察组(糖尿病营养膳食模式)和对照组(非糖尿病营养膳食模式),比较两组干预前后相关营养指标、糖代谢及脂代谢变化情况。结果两组相关营养指标、糖代谢及脂代谢情况均较干预前有明显改善,且观察组较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论采用糖尿病患者数字化营养膳食模式,有助于更好地增强患者的膳食模式自我管理能力、改善糖脂代谢等指标,方法简便易于掌握,可望在临床中推广应用。

Pan-genomes from large natural populations can capture genetic diversity and reveal genomic *** de novo long-read assembly,we generated a graphbased super pan-genome of a 251-accession panel comprising both cultivated and wild species of Asian and African *** pan-genome reveals extensive structural variations(SVs) and gene presence/absence ***,our pan-genome enables the accurate identification of nucleotide-binding leucine-rich repeat genes and characterization of their inter-and intraspecific ***,we uncovered grain weight-associated SVs which specify traits by affecting the expression of their nearby *** characterized genetic variants associated with submergence tolerance,seed shattering and plant architecture and found independent selection for a common set of genes that drove adaptation and domestication in Asian and African *** super pan-genome facilitates pinpointing of lineage-specific haplotypes for trait-associated genes and provides insights into the evolutionary events that have shaped the genomic architecture of various rice species.
