WRKY转录因子是植物特有的一类转录因子,在植物多种生理过程中发挥重要的作用。本研究以茅苍术转录组数据为依据,对茅苍术AlWRKY基因与AlTPS基因的FPKM值进行相关性分析,结合分析结果筛选出与AlTPS1、AlTPS6基因表达量具有显著正相关性且FPKM值相对较高的候选基因AlWRKY65,对该候选基因进行克隆,获得AlWRKY65基因的开放阅读框(ORF),分析其编码蛋白的相关信息并进行基因表达研究。研究结果表明,AlWRKY65包含一个681bp的开放阅读框,编码226个氨基酸。AlWRKY65基因编码的氨基酸序列与向日葵HaWRKY65、莴苣LsWRKY65等植物基因编码的氨基酸序列具有较高同源性;该蛋白具有1个WRKYGQK保守结构域,属于WRKY基因家族的第IIe组;系统进化树分析显示,茅苍术AlWRKY65与洋蓟CcWRKY65蛋白亲缘关系较近;运用实时荧光定量PCR检测AlWRKY65基因在2个产地不同组织中的表达水平,结果表明,不同产地的茅苍术AlWRKY65基因具有组织表达差异性,均在叶片中表达量较高;在茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)诱导处理48 h内,AlWRKY65基因的表达量下调;亚细胞定位和转录自激活活性分析显示,AlWRKY65定位于细胞核,不具有自激活活性。这些结果为进一步研究AlWRKY65在茅苍术中的生物学功能提供参考。

目前,每年全国都有大量的终末期肾病患者接受维持性血液透析,自体动静脉瘘是其首选的血液通路之一,长期反复的透析会造成部分患者不同程度的透析通路的狭窄。尽管有一些解决方案被用于临床实践中,但这些方案存在效果不佳或者价格昂贵的缺点,开发一种具有较低价格并临床收益良好的器械刻不容缓。该文章通过设计一种新型灌注球囊,结合抗增殖药物紫杉醇注射液,通过体外模拟实验,初步验证了该新型设备存在临床可行性,为后续的动物体内验证以及未来的临床实验提供了有效的理论支撑。

In the past ten years, many high-quality datasets have been released to support the rapid development of deep learning in the fields of computer vision, voice, and natural language processing. Nowadays, deep learning has become a key research component of the Sixth-Generation wireless systems(6G) with numerous regulatory and defense applications. In order to facilitate the application of deep learning in radio signal recognition, in this work, a large-scale real-world radio signal dataset is created based on a special aeronautical monitoring system-Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast(ADS-B). This paper makes two main contributions. First, an automatic data collection and labeling system is designed to capture over-the-air ADS-B signals in the open and real-world scenario without human participation. Through data cleaning and sorting, a high-quality dataset of ADS-B signals is created for radio signal recognition. Second, we conduct an in-depth study on the performance of deep learning models using the new dataset, as well as comparison with a recognition benchmark using machine learning and deep learning ***, we conclude this paper with a discussion of open problems in this area.

The author puts forward an integrated intrusion detection （ID） model based on artificial immune （IIDAI）, a vaccination strategy based on the significance degree of genes and a method to generate initial memory antibodies with rough set （RS）. IIDAI integrates two kinds of intrusion detection mode： misuse detection and anonymous detection. Misuse detection and anonymous detection are applied to detect the known and the unknown attacks, respectively. On the basis of IIDAI model, an ID algorithm is presented. Simulation shows that the IIDAI has better performance than traditional ID methods in feasibility and effectiveness. It is very prone to achieve a higher convergence rate by using the vaccination strategy. Moreover, RS can remove the redundancy attributes and increase the detection speed. It can also increase detection rate by applying the integrated method.

The temporal response of cadmium-zinc-telluride(CZT) crystals is evaluated at room temperature by using an ultrafast-pulsed x-ray source. The dynamics of carrier relaxation in a CZT single crystal is modeled at a microscopic level based on a multi-trapping effect. The effects of the irradiation flux and bias voltage on the amplitude and full width at half maximum(FWHM) of the transient currents are investigated. It is demonstrated that the temporal response process is affected by defect level occupation fraction. A fast photon current can be achieved under intense pulsed x-ray irradiation to be up to 2.78×10~9 photons mm-2·s-1. Meanwhile, it is found that high bias voltage could enhance carrier detrapping by suppressing the capture of structure defects and thus improve the temporal response of CZT detectors.

BACKGROUND Common diseases after radical gastrectomy include cholecystitis and pancreatitis,but the sudden onset of acute appendicitis in a short period following radical gastrectomy is very rare,and its clinical symptoms are easily misdiagnosed as duodenal stump *** SUMMARY This is a case report of a 77-year-old woman with lower right abdominal pain 14 d after radical resection of gastric *** pain was not relieved by conservative treatment,and her inflammatory markers were *** tomography showed effusion in the perihepatic and hepatorenal spaces,right paracolic sulcus and pelvis,as well as exudative changes in the right iliac *** puncture revealed a slightly turbid yellow-green *** exploration showed a swollen appendix with surrounding pus moss and no abnormalities of the digestive anastomosis or stump;thus,laparoscopic appendectomy was *** patient recovered well after the *** pathology showed acute purulent *** patient continued adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery,completing three cycles of oxaliplatin plus S-1(SOX regimen).CONCLUSION Acute appendicitis in the short term after radical gastrectomy needs to be differentiated from duodenal stump leakage,and early diagnosis and surgery are the most important means of treatment.

The solid state transformer(SST) can be viewed as an energy router in energy internet. This work presents sliding mode control(SMC) to improve dynamic state and steady state performance of a three-stage(rectifier stage, isolated stage and inverter stage) SST for energy internet. SMC with three-level hysteresis sliding functions is presented to control the input current of rectifier stage and output voltage of inverter stage to improve the robustness under external disturbance and parametric uncertainties and reduce the switching frequency. A modified feedback linearization technique using isolated stage simplified model is presented to achieve satisfactory regulation of output voltage of the isolated stage. The system is tested for steady state operation, reactive power control, dynamic load change and voltage sag simulations, respectively. The switching model of SST is implemented in Matlab/ Simulink to verify the SST control algorithms.
