During revision of the genus Microphysogobio Mori,1934,we discovered a new species of Huigobio from the yangtze River Basin in *** new species,named Huigobio heterocheilus ***.,can be distinguished from its congeners by a combination of the following characters:medial pad on lower lip not visible;ventral region scaleless before pelvic-fin insertion;lateral-line scales 39-40;caudal peduncle depth 49.2%-59.1%of length;barbel length 6.6%-10.7%of head length;black blotch between anterior margin of eye and upper *** the K2P model and cytochrome b(cyt b)sequences,interspecific genetic distances between the new species and Huigobio exilicauda Jiang&Zhang,2013 and Huigobio chenhsienensis Fang,1938 were 13.2%and 15.1%,*** new species is known from the upper reaches of the Xiangjiang River in the middle yangtze River Basin.A diagnostic key for species of Huigobio Fang,1938 is provided.

粳稻穗型性状与谷粒性状的相关性研究

以247份粳稻品种为试材，分析了穗型性状与谷粒性状间的相关性。结果表明，8个性状变异系数在4.8%～31.2%，穗型性状、谷粒性状中各性状平均变异系数分别为22.2%、7.8%。粒型因子、粒重因子、粒数因子、结实因子、穗长因子是影响粳稻品种穗型性状和谷粒性状综合表现的主要因子。穗型性状、谷粒性状间存在复杂相关性。同时，粳稻直立穗型、半直立穗型、弯曲穗型品种具有不同的穗型性状和谷粒性状。

In this paper,a novel power grid evolving model,which can well describe the evolving property of power grids,is presented. Based on the BA model,motivated by the fact that in real power grids,connectivity of node not only depends on its degree,but also is influenced by many uncertain factors,so we introduce the subconnection factor K for each node. Using the mean-field theory,we get the analytical expression of power-law degree distribution with the exponent γ∈ (3,∞ ). Finally,simulation results show that the new model can provide a satisfactory description for empirical characteristics of power network,and power network falls somewhere in between scale-free network and uncertain network.

To explore the ability of dihydroxyphenylalanine-insulin-like growth factor-1 (DOPA-IGF-1) coated hydroxyapatite/poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(HA/PLGA) microspheres to promote the proliferation and osteoclastic differentiation of rabbit bone mesenchymal stem cells(rBMSCs), HA/PLGA microspheres with different HA content (10%, 30%, 50%, mass fraction) were prepared by electrospinning method and HA/PLGA microspheres with 50% HA were coated with IGF-1 and DOPA-IGF-1, respectively. They were co-cultured with rBMSCs, respctively. Cell counting kit-8(CCK-8) detection, confocal laser scanning microscopy(CLSM), alkaline phosphatase(ALP) detection and osteogenesis related genes COL IA1, Runx2 and bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2) detection were conducted to detect the proliferation activity, cell morphology, differentiation ability and the expression level of osteogenesis-related genes of cells cultured on all microspheres groups. The results showed that rBMSCs proliferation increased in an HA content dependent manner, and cells proliferated more in the IGF-1 coated and DOPA-IGF-1 coated groups, in particular in DOPA-IGF-1 coated group, and the differences were more remarkable over time (Pliferation and osteogenic differentiation of rBMSCs, and DOPA-IGF-1 coating enhanced the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of rBMSCs.

目的实现β-乳球蛋白(β-lactoglobulin,BLG)的可溶性表达,并比较重组BLG和天然BLG在结构和免疫原性两个方面的差异性。方法将pET-30a-BLG重组质粒转入大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)感受态细胞中,用异丙基-β-D-硫代半乳糖苷(isopropyl-β-D-thiogalactopyranoside,IPTG)进行体外诱导表达,并对表达条件进行优化,采用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺电泳方法分析重组蛋白的可溶性。利用荧光光谱和圆二色谱比较重组BLG空间结构变化,同时采用竞争抑制酶联免疫吸附实验评价重组BLG致敏性能力。结果在Tris-HCl溶液体系中重组BLG的可溶性表达可达到50%以上,可溶性表达的最优条件为:在Tris-HCl溶液体系中,诱导温度为37℃,IPTG终浓度1.0 mmol/L,诱导4 h。重组BLG表面疏水性下降,可溶性重组BLG的α-螺旋结构减少,经除盐处理后致敏性下降,包涵体重组BLG无规则卷曲结构减少、致敏性上升。结论本研究成功从上清液中纯化得到可溶性重组BLG,且可溶性表达获得的BLG空间结构更接近天然蛋白。

Probabilistic outlier detection for sparse multivariate geotechnical site investigation data using Bayesian learning

Various uncertainties arising during acquisition process of geoscience data may result in anomalous data instances(i.e.,outliers)that do not conform with the expected pattern of regular data *** sparse multivariate data obtained from geotechnical site investigation,it is impossible to identify outliers with certainty due to the distortion of statistics of geotechnical parameters caused by outliers and their associated statistical uncertainty resulted from data *** paper develops a probabilistic outlier detection method for sparse multivariate data obtained from geotechnical site *** proposed approach quantifies the outlying probability of each data instance based on Mahalanobis distance and determines outliers as those data instances with outlying probabilities greater than *** tackles the distortion issue of statistics estimated from the dataset with outliers by a re-sampling technique and accounts,rationally,for the statistical uncertainty by Bayesian machine ***,the proposed approach also suggests an exclusive method to determine outlying components of each *** proposed approach is illustrated and verified using simulated and real-life *** showed that the proposed approach properly identifies outliers among sparse multivariate data and their corresponding outlying components in a probabilistic *** can significantly reduce the masking effect(i.e.,missing some actual outliers due to the distortion of statistics by the outliers and statistical uncertainty).It also found that outliers among sparse multivariate data instances affect significantly the construction of multivariate distribution of geotechnical parameters for uncertainty *** emphasizes the necessity of data cleaning process(e.g.,outlier detection)for uncertainty quantification based on geoscience data.

Twisted bilayer graphene(TBG),which has drawn much attention in recent years,arises from van der Waals materials gathering each component together via van der Waals *** is composed of two sheets of graphene rotated relatively to each ***épotential,resulting from misorientation between layers,plays an essential role in determining the band structure of TBG,which directly relies on the twist *** the twist angle approaches a certain critical value,flat bands will show up,indicating the suppression of kinetic energy,which significantly enhances the importance of Coulomb interaction between *** a result,correlated states like correlated insulators emerge from ***,superconductivity in TBG is also reported in many experiments,which drags researchers into thinking about the underlying ***,the interest in the atomic reconstruction of TBG at small twist angles comes up and reinforces further understandings of properties of *** addition,twisted multilayer graphene receives more and more attention,as they could likely outperform TBG although they are more difficult to handle *** this review,we mainly introduce theoretical and experimental progress on *** the basic knowledge of TBG,we emphasize the essential role of atomic reconstruction in both experimental and theoretical *** consideration of atomic reconstruction in small-twist situations can provide us with another aspect to have an insight into physical mechanism in *** addition,we cover the recent hot topic,twisted multilayer *** the bilayer situation can be relatively easy to resolve,multilayer situations can be really complicated,which could foster more unique and novel ***,in the end of the review,we look forward to future development of twisted multilayer graphene.
