To reduce the volatilization of the volatile-containing slags and obtain accurate measurement results of slag performance,the volatility degree and deviation mechanism must be ***-isothermal thermogravimetric analysis at different heating rates was used to establish the volatilization kinetic model,and it reveals the volatilization mechanism of CaF2-Na2O-CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-B2O3 synthetic sodium-containing fluoride mould *** results demonstrated that the evaporation of NaF and SiF4 was the decisive factor that led to the change in composition and deviation of properties of the tested *** most probable kinetic mechanism function for the evaporation of volatile component from sodiumcontaining fluoride mould flux could be expressed by g(α)=[—ln(1-α)]^2/3,with an apparent activation energy of 164.866 kJ mol^-1 and pre-exponential factor of 2.13×10^-4 s^-1,where α is the conversion rate at any time step in the volatilization *** reaction mechanism was random nucleation followed by growth,which was the limiting factor for the volatilization of synthetic sodium-containing fluoride mould *** method of increasing heating rate and adding protection gas in the measurement system will help to obtain more accurate results of slag performance.

Parkinson’s disease is the second most common progressive neurodegenerative disorder,and few reliable biomarkers are available to track disease *** proteins,DNA,mRNA,and lipids carried by exosomes reflect intracellular changes,and thus can serve as biomarkers for a variety of *** this study,we investigated alterations in the protein content of plasma exosomes derived from patients with Parkinson’s disease and the potential therapeutic roles of these proteins in Parkinson’s *** a tandem mass tag-based quantitative proteomics approach,we characterized the proteomes of plasma exosomes derived from individual patients,identified exosomal protein signatures specific to patients with Parkinson’s disease,and identified N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase as a differentially expressed protein.N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase expression levels in exosomes from the plasma of patients and healthy controls were validated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and western *** results demonstrated that the exosomal N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase concentration was not only lower in Parkinson’s disease,but also decreased with increasing Hoehn-yahr stage,suggesting that N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase could be used to rapidly evaluate Parkinson’s disease ***,western blot and immunohistochemistry analysis showed that N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase levels were markedly reduced both in cells treated with 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium and cells overexpressingα-synuclein compared with control ***,N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase overexpression significantly increased cell viability and inhibitedα-synuclein expression in 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium-treated *** together,our findings demonstrate for the first time that exosomal N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase may serve as a biomarker for Parkinson’s disease diagnosis,and that N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase may reduceα-synuclein expression and 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium-induced n

目的:利用昆虫杆状病毒表达系统表达H7N9流感病毒血凝素(HA),以获得的重组血凝素(rHA1)蛋白免疫家兔制备抗rHA1血清,以用于单向免疫扩散(SRID)法检测H7N9流感病毒裂解疫苗HA含量。方法:构建含H7N9 HA1基因的重组杆状病毒,转染Sf9细胞表达rHA1蛋白。用rHA1蛋白免疫家兔获得抗rHA1血清。通过血凝抑制(HI)法和SRID法检测抗血清的HI效价、特异性和线性范围。结果:rHA1蛋白在昆虫杆状病毒表达系统中成功实现分泌表达,经纯化后纯度≥90%。不同剂量的rHA1蛋白免疫家兔后获得抗rHA1血清,HI效价分别为1 280和5 120。SRID试验中可与H7N9抗原国际参考品反应并产生沉淀环,10μg·m L^(-1)到40μg·m L^(-1)抗原浓度范围内沉淀环直径与抗原浓度线性正相关,R^2大于0.99,与H1N1、H3N2和B型流感病毒无交叉反应。用该免疫血清和H7N9抗血清国际参考品分别检测H7N9流感病毒裂解疫苗HA含量,两者无显著性差异。结论:在大流感发生时,昆虫杆状病毒表达系统表达的rHA1蛋白可以用于制备SRID试验用免疫血清,以用于H7N9流感病毒裂解疫苗HA含量测定。

Rail weld irregularities are one of the primary excitation sources for vehicle-track interaction dynamics in modern high-speed *** can cause significant wheel-rail dynamic interactions,leading to wheel-rail noise,component damage,and *** researchers have employed the vehicle-track interaction dynamic model to study the dynamic interactions between wheel and rail induced by rail weld geometry ***,the cosine wave model used to simulate rail weld irregularities mainly focuses on the maximum value and neglects the geometric *** this study,novel theoretical models were developed for three categories of rail weld irregularities,based on measurements of the high-speed railway from Beijing to *** vertical dynamic forces in the time and frequency domains were compared under different running *** forces generated by the rail weld irregularities that were measured and modeled,respectively,were compared to validate the accuracy of the proposed ***,based on the numerical study,the impact force due to rail weld irrregularity is modeled using an Artificial Neural Network(ANN),and the optimum combination of parameters for this model is *** results showed that the proposed model provided a more accurate wheel/rail dynamic evaluation caused by rail weld irregularities than that established in the *** ANN model used in this paper can effectively predict the impact force due to rail weld irrregularity while reducing the computation time.

Transition metal-carbonate interfaces often act as active sites in heterogeneous catalytic *** interface between transition metal and metal carbonate exhibits a dynamic equilibrium during the CO2hydrogenation reaction,involving surface carbonate hydrogenation and ***,there have been few reports on engineering the activity of the interface between transition metal and alkaline earth metal carbonate for catalytic *** work demonstrated that the incorporation of CaH2in Ni/CaCO3enhances the CO2methanation activity of the *** CO2conversion for Ni/CaH2-CaCO3reached 68.5%at 400°C,which was much higher than that of the Ni/CaCO3（31.6%） and Ni/CaH2-CaO （42.4%） ***,the Ni/CaH2-CaCO3catalysts remained stable during the stability test for 24 h at 400°C and 8 *** research revealed that CaH2played a crucial role in promoting the activity of the Ni-carbonate interface for ***2could modify the electronic structure of Ni and tune the structural properties of CaCO3to generate medium basic sites （OH groups）,which are favorable for the activation of H2and ***-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR） analysis combined with density functional theory calculations demonstrated that CO2activation occurs at the hydroxyl group （OH） on the CaH2-modified Ni-carbonate surface,leading to the formation of CO3H****,our study has confirmed that CO2methanation over the Ni/CaH2-CaCO3catalysts proceeds via the formate pathway.
