In order to present the microstructures of dynamic recrystallization(DRX) in different deformation zones of hot extruded NiTi shape memory alloy(SMA) pipe coupling,a simulation approach combining finite element method(FEM) with cellular automaton(CA) was developed and the relationship between the macroscopic field variables and the microscopic internal variables was *** results show that there exists a great distinction among the microstructures in different zones of pipe coupling because deformation histories of these regions are *** plastic deformation may result in fine recrystallized grains,whereas the recrystallized grains may grow very substantially if there is a rigid translation during the deformation,even if the final plastic strain is very *** a consequence,the deformation history has a significant influence on the evolution path of the DRX as well as the final microstructures of the DRX,including the morphology,the mean grain size and the recrystallization fraction.

Concise synthesis of eight-membered lactones,a kind of medium-sized heterocycles widespread in many bioactive natural products,is highly ***,it still remains a challenge due to unfavorable entropic factor and transannular ***,we disclose an enantioselective synthesis of eight-membered lactones through a Pd-catalyzed asymmetric(6+2)dipolar annulation of vinyl oxetanes andα-diazo ketones(20 examples,up to 93%yield and 95:5 er).This reaction features simple operation,mild conditions and good enantiocontrol,especially the challenging chiral all-carbon quaternary stereocenter.A newly developed chiral hybrid P,S ligand and the in-situ photo-generation of ketene dipolarophiles are crucial to this success.

The crystal structure,phase transition,metamagnetic behavior and magnetic entropy change(ΔS_(M))of the Mn_(49-x)Cu_(x)Ni_(41)Sn_(10)(x=0-2)alloys were systematically *** results of experiment about crystal structure confirm that Mr_(49-x)Cu_(x)Ni_(41)Sn_(10)alloys have a highly ordered cubic L2_(1)Heusler *** Cu element improving,all samples have a martensitic transformation and inverse martensitic transformation by analyzing the result of magnetic *** saturation magnetization of samples decreases gradually,the martensitic transformation temperature(T_(M))of as-annealed samples increases to a high-temperature area,and the Curie temperature(T_(C))of samples moves to a low-temperature area with the content of Cu element increasing from x=0 to x=*** positive values of magnetic entropy change(ΔS_(M))of all alloys were investigated near the martensitic *** the applied magnetic field is 3 T,a worthwhile value ofΔS_(M)can reach up to 32.0 J·kg^(-1)·K^(-1)in Mn_(47)Cu_(2)Ni_(41)Sn_(10)alloy.

The influence of polystyrene particles with different nanoscale roughnesses on the morphology of polyisobutylene/poly-dimethylsiloxane blends was studied under shear flow by using confocal laser scanning *** was found that the surface roughness of particles strongly affected their diffusion and distribution behaviors,thereby determining the size and spatial arrangement of droplets in the *** roughness effect of particles was found to possess a strong dependence on both the blend ratio and the shear *** result suggested that the particle roughness can serve as a new parameter to control the structure-property correlation in particle-filled polymer blends,especially under slow flow.

Numerical simulations of evolution characteristics of slug flow across a 90°pipe bend have been carried out to study the fluid−structure interaction response induced by internal slug *** two-phase flow patterns and turbulence were modelled by using the volume of fluid(VOF)model and the Realizable k−εturbulence model ***,validation of the CFD model was carried out and the desirable results were *** different flow patterns and the time-average mean void fraction was coincident with the reported experimental *** of different cases of slug flow have been carried out to show the effects of superficial gas and liquid velocity on the evolution characteristics of slug ***,a one-way coupled fluid-structure interaction framework was established to investigate the slug flow interaction with a 90°pipe bend under various superficial liquid and gas *** was found that the maximum total deformation and equivalent stress increased with the increasing superficial gas velocity,while decreased with the increasing superficial liquid *** addition,the total deformation and equivalent stress has obvious periodic ***,the distribution position of maximum deformation and stress was related to the evolution of slug *** the increasing superficial gas velocity,the maximum total deformation was mainly located at the 90°pipe *** as the superficial liquid velocity increases,the maximum total deformation was mainly located in the horizontal pipe ***,the slug flow with higher superficial gas velocity will induce more serious cyclical impact on the 90°pipe bend.

In this study,we present a new method for the indirect integration of beam charges in external beam proton-induced X-ray emission and proton-induced c-ray emission(PIXE–PIGE) *** recorded proton spectra backscattered by a Kapton film extraction window in different sample situations and under different beam *** also simulated backscattering spectra using the simulation of backscattering spectra program(SIMNRA).We determined that in a specific geometrical arrangement,different sample situations did not significantly affect factor C_Q(the ratio between integral backscattering proton counts and integral beam charges).We also studied the reproducibility and beam current dependence of factor C_*** statistic factor of C_Q was28.95 ± 0.6 kilo counts/l C,with a relative standard deviation of 2.0 %.Significantly,in external beam PIXE–PIGE analysis,we were able to calculate beam charge integration from the integral backscattering proton counts in an energy region.

The function of solid electrolytes and the composition of solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)are highly significant for inhibiting the growth of Li ***,we report an in-situ interfacial passivation combined with self-adaptability strategy to reinforce Li_(0.33)La_(0.557)TiO_(3)(LLTO)-based solid-state ***,a functional SEI enriched with LiF/Li_(3)PO_(4) is formed by in-situ electrochemical conversion,which is greatly beneficial to improving interface compatibility and enhancing ion *** the polarized dielectric BaTiO_(3)-polyamic acid(BTO-PAA,BP)film greatly improves the Li-ion transport kinetics and homogenizes the Li *** expected,the resulting electrolyte offers considerable ionic conductivity at room temperature(4.3 x 10~(-4)S cm^(-1))and appreciable electrochemical decomposition voltage(5.23 V)after electrochemical *** Li-LiFePO_(4) batteries,it shows a high specific capacity of 153 mA h g^(-1)at 0.2C after 100 cycles and a long-term durability of 115 mA h g^(-1)at 1.0 C after 800 ***,a stable Li plating/stripping can be achieved for more than 900 h at 0.5 mA cm^(-2).The stabilization mechanisms are elucidated by ex-situ XRD,ex-situ XPS,and ex-situ FTIR techniques,and the corresponding results reveal that the interfacial passivation combined with polarization effect is an effective strategy for improving the electrochemical *** present study provides a deeper insight into the dynamic adjustment of electrode-electrolyte interfacial for solid-state lithium batteries.

After the geometry optimization at B3LYP/6-31＋G（d,p） level,the calculations of the NMR chemical shifts of a series of stilbene analogues were carried out by means of Gauge Including Atomic Orbitals（GIAO） method at HF/6-31＋G（d） level and B3LYP/6-311G＋（2d,p） level,*** 13C NMR chemical shifts calculated at both HF/6-31＋G（d） and B3LYP/6-31＋G（d,p） levels are in agreement with the observed *** virtue of a series of linear correction equations（δpred.=a＋bδcalcd.） of the 13C chemical shifts,accurate prediction of 13C chemical shifts was achieved for the new stilbene *** the 13C NMR chemical shifts calculated at HF/6-31＋G（d） level,the linear correlation of δ*** δ*** excellent,and the square of correlation coefficient,r2,is *** maximum absolute difference between δ*** δexptl.,Δδ,is 2.3,and the root-mean-square error between δ*** δ*** *** the meantime,for those obtained at B3LYP/6-31＋G（d,p） level,the linear correlation of δ*** δ*** also excellent,and the square of correlation coefficient,r2,is up to *** maximum absolute difference between δ*** δexptl.,Δδ,is 2.2,and the root-mean-square error between δ*** δ*** only 0.88.

BACKGROUND Schizophrenia afflicts 1%of the world *** studies suggest that schizophrenia patients may have an imbalance of mitochondrial energy metabolism via inhibition of mitochondrial complex I ***,recent studies have shown that ERVWE1 is also a risk factor for ***,there is no available literature concerning the relationship between complex I deficits and ERVWE1 in *** risk factors and blood-based biomarkers for schizophrenia may provide new guidelines for early interventions and prevention *** To address novel potential risk factors and the underlying mechanisms of mitochondrial complex I deficiency caused by ERVWE1 in *** Quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR)and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used to detect differentially expressed risk factors in blood *** statistical analyses were performed by median analyses and Mann-Whitney U ***’s rank correlation was applied to examine the correlation between different risk factors in blood ***,western blot analysis,and luciferase assay were performed to confirm the relationship among ERVWE1,cytoplasmic polyadenylation element-binding protein 1(CPEB1),NADH dehydrogenase ubiquinone flavoprotein 2(NDUFV2),and NDUFV2 pseudogene(NDUFV2P1).The complex I enzyme activity microplate assay was carried out to evaluate the complex I activity induced by *** Herein,we reported decreasing levels of CPEB1 and NDUFV2 in schizophrenia *** studies showed that ERVWE1 was negatively correlated with CPEB1 and NDUFV2 in ***,NDUFV2P1 was increased and demonstrated a significant positive correlation with ERVWE1 and a negative correlation with NDUFV2 in *** vitro experiments disclosed that ERVWE1 suppressed NDUFV2 expression and promoter activity by increasing NDUFV2P1 *** luciferase assay revealed that ERVWE1 could enhance the promoter
