Lithium(Li)metal is regarded as a promising anode candidate for high-energy-density rechargeable ***,Li metal is highly reactive against electrolytes,leading to rapid decay of active Li metal ***,alloying Li metal with low-content magnesium(Mg)is proposed to mitigate the reaction kinetics between Li metal anodes and *** atoms enter the lattice of Li atoms,forming solid solution due to the low amount(5 wt%)of *** atoms mainly concentrate near the surface of Mg-alloyed Li metal *** reactivity of Mg-alloyed Li metal is mitigated kinetically,which results from the electron transfer from Li to Mg atoms due to the electronegativity *** on quantitative experimental analysis,the consumption rate of active Li and electrolytes is decreased by using Mgalloyed Li metal anodes,which increases the cycle life of Li metal batteries under demanding ***,a pouch cell(1.25 Ah)with Mg-alloyed Li metal anodes delivers an energy density of 340 Wh kg^(-1.and a cycle life of 1.0 *** work inspires the strategy of modifying Li metal anodes to kinetically mitigate the side reactions with electrolytes.

BACKGROUND Biliary stone disease is a highly prevalent condition and a leading cause of hospitalization *** with associated strictures has high residual and recurrence rates after traditional multisession percutaneous transhepatic cholangioscopic lithotripsy(PTCSL).AIM To study one-step PTCSL using the percutaneous transhepatic one-step biliary fistulation(PTOBF)technique guided by three-dimensional(3D)*** This was a retrospective,single-center study analyzing,1.0 patients who,between October 201. and October 2023,underwent one-step PTCSL for *** patients were divided into two groups:The 3D-PTOBF group and the PTOBF *** clearance on choledochoscopy,complications,and long-term clearance and recurrence rates were *** Age,total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,Child-Pugh class,and stone location were similar between the 2 groups,but there was a significant difference in bile duct strictures,with biliary strictures more common in the 3D-PTOBF group(P=0.001..The median follow-up time was 55.0(55.0,51..0)*** immediate stone clearance ratio(88.6%vs 27.1.,P=0.000)and stricture resolution ratio(97.1.vs 78.6%,P=0.001.in the 3D-PTOBF group were significantly greater than those in the PTOBF *** complication(8.6%vs 41.4%,P=0.000)and stone recurrence rates(7.1.vs 38.6%,P=0.000)were significantly lower in the 3D-PTOBF *** Three-dimensional visualization helps make one-step PTCSL a safe,effective,and promising treatment for patients with complicated primary *** perioperative and long-term outcomes are satisfactory for patients with complicated primary *** minimally invasive method has the potential to be used as a substitute for hepatobiliary surgery.

An inorganicDorganic hybrid crystalline material(SiMo_(1.)O_(40))[Cu(2,2'-bipy)_(2)]_(2)·2H_(2)O(Complex 1.2,2'-bipy=2,2'-bipyridine)was synthesized for the first time by using 2,2'-bipy and transition metal copper to convert Waugh-type polyoxometalate[MnMo_(9)O_(3)_(2)]_(6-)into a Keggin polyoxometalate structure[SiMo_(1.)O_(40)]^(4-)under hydrothermal conditions in glass *** crystal tests and a series of characterizations were carried out on Complex *** structure of Complex 1.is composed of[SiMo_(1.)O_(40)]^(4-)and[Cu^(Ⅱ)(2,2'-bipy)_(2)]^(2+).The five-coordinated Cu is connected to two 2,2'-bipy through CuDN bonds,forming an approximately square ***,Complex 1.exhibited good photocatalytic performance for methylene blue degradation and electrocatalytic nitrite reduction properties simultaneously.

Neonicotinoids(NEOs),a large class of organic compounds,are a type of commonly used pesticide for crop *** uptake and accumulation in plants are prerequisites for their intra-and intercellular move-ments,transformation,and *** the molecular mechanisms that underpin NEO uptake by plants is crucial for effective application,which remains ***,we demonstrate that NEOs enter plant cells primarily through the transmembrane symplastic pathway and accumulate mainly in the *** plasma membrane intrinsic proteins discovered in Brassica rapa,BraPIP1.1.and BraPIP2;1.were found to encode aquaporins(AQPs)that are highly permeable to NEOs in different plant species and facilitate NEO subcellular diffusion and *** conserved transport function was further demonstrated in Xenopus laevis oocyte and yeast ***1.1.and BraPIP2;1.gene knockouts and interaction as-says suggested that their proteins can form functional *** of the potential of mean force indicated a negative correlation between NEO uptake and the energy barrier of BraPIP1.1.*** study shows that AQPs transport organic compounds with greater osmolarity than previously thought,providing new insight into the molecular mechanisms of organic compound uptake and facilitating innovations in systemic pesticides.

我国风电产业蓬勃发展,离不开国家政策的扶持,若要想可持续发展,依靠市场机制在激烈的竞争中站稳脚步,必须发挥自身的价格优势,这才是由替代能源发展为主流能源的关键,因此降低风电度电成本、提高风力发电效率将至关重要,而发电效率与翼型的气动性能密切相关,优化提高风力机专用翼型的气动性能,是增加风力机风能利用率,提高风力发电效率的关键技术之一。对于优化风力机翼型气动性能的问题,以风力机专用翼型S809翼型为研究对象,采用在翼型后缘开缝的措施,通过数值模拟的方法,研究了雷诺数为50万时翼型开缝后气动性能的变化。结果表明:在5°~1.°小攻角范围内,开缝翼型相对于光滑翼型阻力系数大幅上升;0°~1.°小攻角条件下,后缘开缝措施会造成翼型的升力系数减小;在1.°~20°来流攻角下,后缘开缝措施可以有效提升翼型的升力系数,阻力系数几乎不变,升阻比最大可提升1..4%。通过分析翼型在8°和1.°攻角下的流线图和流场云图,在大攻角来流情况下,后缘开缝延迟了流动分离点的位置,抑制了流动分离区域,改善了翼型气动性能。

Unraveling the Stray Current-Induced Interfacial Transition Zone(ITZ)Effect on Sulfate Corrosion in Concrete

The rail transit in sulfate-rich areas faces the combined effects of stray current and salt corrosion;however,the sulfate ion transport and concrete degradation mechanisms under such conditions are still *** address this issue,novel sulfate transport and mesoscale splitting tests were designed,with a focus on considering the differences between the interfacial transition zone(ITZ)and cement *** the influence of stray current,the ITZ played a pivotal role in regulating the transport and mechanical failure processes of sulfate attack,while the tortuous and blocking effects of aggregates almost *** phenomenon was termed the“stray current-induced ITZ effect.”The experimental data revealed that the difference in sulfate ion transport attributed to the ITZ ranged from 1.90 to 2.31.times,while the difference in splitting strength ranged from 1.56 to 1.64 *** the real-time synchronization of splitting experiments and microsecond-responsive particle image velocimetry(PIV)technology,the mechanical properties were exposed to the consequences of the stray currentinduced ITZ *** number of splitting cracks in the concrete increased,rather than along the central axis,which was significantly different from the conditions without stray current and the ideal Brazilian disk ***,a sulfate ion mass transfer model that incorporates reactivity and electrodiffusion was meticulously *** embedded finite element calculation exhibited excellent agreement with the experimental results,indicating its reliability and ***,the stress field was determined utilizing analytical methods,and the mechanism underlying crack propagation was successfully *** to the cement matrix,a stray current led to more sulfates,more microstructure degradation,and greater increases in thickness and porosity in the ITZ,which was considered to be the essence of the stray current-induced ITZ effect.

Synchrotron-based angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy was employed to investigate the temperature evolution of the Yb 4 f spectral for surface and bulk in the Kondo lattice YbCu_(2)Si_(2).Our study quantitatively distinguishes between the surface and bulk hybridization processes,revealing that the onset temperatures for both surface and bulk hybridization processes are significantly higher than the Kondo ***,we found that the effective surface Kondo temperature is much lower than that of the *** findings offer valuable insights into the understanding of heavy fermion physics.
