Paraphlomis is a genus of Lamiaceae with about 30 species distributed mainly in subtropical *** this study,we carried out the first molecular phylogenetic analyses to elucidate the relationships within the genus based on two nuclear and four plastid DNA *** results,which recovered a species of Matsumurella within Paraphlomis,indicate that the genus is not *** two sections and most of the series previously described within the genus are also shown to be *** with morphological evidence,our study indicates that nutlet morphology rather than calyx morphology is of phylogenetic value for the infrageneric classification of ***,***,a new species from southern China,is here described,and ***,formerly treated as a variety of ***,is here resurrected as a distinct species within the genus.

Our country＇s garbage collection system has been widely concerned in society, because of its low reclamation rate, and difficult in supervision. The Internet of things technology has shown significant superiority in solving that＇s problem because of its traceability characteristics, dynamic. This paper takes the Internet of things technology as the basis, starting from the end of the collection, transportation and treatment of urban wastes in three aspects, construct a closed loop waste treatment system has good information feedback and processing capacity.

In recent years, along with the people environmental protection consciousness enhancement and the concept of circular economy enterprises to implement reverse logistics is imperative. In recent years, based on the incentive mechanism of reverse logistics literature has gradually emerged. In this paper, the concept of reverse logistics are introduced in detail, and compares the forward logistics and reverse logistics, analyzes the driving factor for the formation of reverse logistics, from the Angle of the government and the enterprise two introduces the related literature, the incentive mechanism on the basis of the summary, summarized the problems of enterprise reverse, government incentives for enterprises is discussed the importance of reverse logistics, based on the existing research results in recent years to sum up, the paper further research are pointed out.

Objective: Allergic asthma(AA) is a chronic airway infiammatory disease characterized by airway hyper-responsiveness(AHR). Pudilan anti-infiammatory oral liquid(PDL), along with its main medicinal material, Taraxaci Herba(Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz, TH),has been widely used to treat upper respiratory tract infections. Research has shown that the major ingredient of TH, the organic acid component(OAC), possesses favorable AA activity. However, the attenuated effects of PDL and OAC from TH(TH-OAC) on AA and their possible mechanisms remain poorly understood. This study analyzed the attenuating effects of PDL and TH-OAC on AA and the underlying mechanisms. Methods: Young BALB/c mice were sensitized and stimulated to develop asthma using ovalbumin. Histological examinations were performed by hematoxylin and eosin staining. Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and protein expression detection of toll-like receptor 2(TLR2), TLR4, and orosomucoid 1-like protein 3(ORMDL3) were performed to detect the presence of infiammatory components in the lung tissue. The messenger RNA(mRNA) expression levels were determined using quantitative real-time polymerase chain ***: Results showed that PDL and TH-OAC alleviated augmented AHR and typical asthmatic pathological changes, including infiammatory infiltration and thickening of the alveolar wall. They also significantly reduced the levels of the immunoglobulin E, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, tumor necrosis factor-α, and Nitric oxide(NO) in lung tissues of mice. Protein and mRNA expression levels of TLR2, TLR4, and ORMDL3 were downregulated following treatment with PDL and TH-OAC. Conclusions: PDL and TH-OAC can reduce asthma-induced infiammatory damage to the bronchi. These results provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of asthma in clinical settings.

Phlomoides,with 150-170 species,is the second largest and perhaps most taxonomically challenging genus within the subfamily Lamioideae(Lamiaceae).With about 60 species,China is one of three major biodiversity centers of *** some Phlomoides species from China have been included in previous molecular phylogenetic studies,a robust and broad phylogeny of this lineage has yet to be ***,given the myriad new additions to the genus,the existing infrageneric classification needs to be evaluated and ***,we combine molecular and morphological data to investigate relationships within Phlomoides,with a focus on Chinese *** observed that plastid DNA sequences can resolve relationships within Phlomoides better than nuclear ribosomal internal and external transcribed spacer regions(nrITS and nrETS).Molecular phylogenetic analyses confirm the monophyly of Phlomoides,but most previously defined infrageneric groups are not *** addition,morphological analysis demonstrates the significant taxonomic value of eight characters to the *** on our molecular phylogenetic analyses and morphological data,we establish a novel section Notochaete within Phlomoides,and propose three new combinations as well as three new *** study presents the first molecular phylogenetic analyses of Phlomoides in which taxa representative of the entire genus are included,and highlights the phylogenetic and taxonomic value of several morphological characters from species of Phlomoides from *** study suggests that a taxonomic revision and reclassification for the entire genus is necessary in the future.

V/Mo-HMS催化苯甲醇氧化制备苯甲醛

以偏钒酸铵、磷钼酸为活性组分,采用溶胶-凝胶法原位合成了钒、钼改性HMS介孔材料(V/Mo-HMS)。通过XRD、SEM、BET、H2-TPR、XPS及TG-DTA对V/Mo-HMS进行了表征。同时以H_2O_2(质量分数为30%)为氧化剂,V/Mo-HMS为催化剂催化苯甲醇氧化制备苯甲醛,讨论了金属种类及用量对催化剂催化活性的影响。结果表明:与纯HMS相比,当n(V+Mo)∶n(Si)为(0.02+0.02)∶1时,V/Mo-HMS的比表面积由953.0 m2/g降低到8.1 m2/g,孔容由1.24 cm^3/g降低到0.04 cm^3/g,而平均孔径由4.85 nm增大到18.64 nm;以n(V+Mo)∶n(Si)为(0.02+0.01)∶1的V/Mo-HMS为催化剂,质量为0.07 g,n(苯甲醇)=0.1 mol,且n(苯甲醇)∶n(H_2O_2)=1∶8,乙酸乙酯为溶剂,在90℃下反应6 h,苯甲醇的转化率可达68.16%,苯甲醛的选择性达到89.02%。催化剂使用4次后,苯甲醇的转化率达65.09%,苯甲醛的选择性为80.98%。

Charlson comorbidity index helps predict the risk of mortality for patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy

Our intent is to examine the predictive role of Charlson comorbidity index （CCI） on mortality of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Based on the CCI score, the severity of comorbidity was categorized into three grades： mild, with CCI scores of 1-2; moderate, with CCI scores of 3-4; and severe, with CCI scores 〉5. Factors influencing mortality and differences between groups stratified by CCI were determined by logistical regression analysis and one-way analysis of variance （ANOVA）. The impact of CCI on mortality was assessed by the Kaplan- Meier analysis. A total of 533 patients with type 2 DN were enrolled in this study, all of them had comorbidity （CCI score 〉1）, and 44.7% （238/533） died. The mortality increased with CCI scores： 21.0% （50/238） patients with CCI scores of 1-2, 56.7% （135/238） patients with CCI scores of 3-4, and 22.3% （53/238） patients with CCI scores 〉5. Logistical regression analysis showed that CCI scores, hemoglobin, and serum albumin were the potential predictors of mortality （P〈0.05）. One-way ANOVA analysis showed that DN patients with higher CCI scores had lower levels of hemoglobulin, higher levels of serum creatinine, and higher mortality rates than those with lower CCI scores. The Kaplan-Meier curves showed that survival time decreased when the CCI scores and mortality rates went up. In con- clusion, CCI provides a simple, readily applicable, and valid method for classifying comorbidities and predicting the mortality of type 2 DN. An increased awareness of the potential comorbidities in type 2 DN patients may provide insights into this complicated disease and improve the outcomes by identifying and treating patients earlier and more effectively.

　　As a consequence of the increasing demand for atom economy and environmental friendly methods, the water soluble ligands and their metal complexes are of great interest in catalytic synthesis because of simpler product sepa ration and the possibility of recycling. [1] Unique reactivity and selectivity are often observed in aqueous reactions. [2]Recently, we have developed a new water-soluble chiral vicinal diamine and synthesized its mono-N-tosylated derivative for the first time. The application of its mono-N-tosylated derivative in catalytic asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of prochiral ketones was examined in aqueous media. High activity (up to ＞ 99 % conv. ) and good enatioselectivity ( up to 98% ee ) were achieved for most of prochiral aromatic ketones in organic solvent free system. [3]……
