Online Pareto optimal control of mean-field stochastic multi-player systems using policy iteration

In this study, the Pareto optimal strategy problem was investigated for multi-player mean-field stochastic systems governed by It? differential equations using the reinforcement learning(RL) method.A partially model-free solution for Pareto-optimal control was derived. First, by applying the convexity of cost functions, the Pareto optimal control problem was solved using a weighted-sum optimal control problem. Subsequently, using on-policy RL, we present a novel policy iteration(PI) algorithm based on the Hrepresentation technique. In particular, by alternating between the policy evaluation and policy update steps,the Pareto optimal control policy is obtained when no further improvement occurs in system performance,which eliminates directly solving complicated cross-coupled generalized algebraic Riccati equations(GAREs).Practical numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

On a Flexible Loan Repayment Method Depending on Borrower's Asset with an Early Termination Clause

Aiming at the problem that the asset’s fluctuation influences the borrower’s repayment ability,a loan with a new and flexible repayment method is designed,which depends on the asset value of the *** repayment method can reduce the loan default probability,but it causes the uncertainty of the pay off *** the repayment term is related to the regular repayment amount in this method,a boundary for the regular repayment amount is set up in order to avoid too long repayment *** will balance the benefit of borrowers and lenders and improve the applicability of this *** establishing a mathematical model of the residual value of the loan,this model can be transformed into an initial-boundary problem of a partial differential *** analytic solution and the expected time to pay off the loan are ***,numerical analysis are shown.

In this paper,we investigate local properties in the system of completely integral mapping *** introduce notions of injectivity,local reflexivity,exactness,nuclearity,finite-represent ability and WEP in the system of completely integral mapping *** we obtain that any finite-dimensional operator space is injective in the system of completely integral mapping *** we prove that C is the unique nuclear operator space and the unique exact operator space in this *** also show that C is the unique operator space which is finitely representable in{T_(n)}n∈Nin this *** corollaries,Kirchberg’s conjecture and QWEP conjecture in the system of completely integral mapping spaces are false.

DNA methylations at specific CpG loci have been increasingly utilized as biomarkers for cancer *** multistep procedures of methylation assay such as DNA extraction,bisulfite conversion can decreased sensitivity and accuracy of *** we described a highly reproducible,endonuclease-based,quantitative and high throughput CpG methylation assay that does not involve DNA extraction and bisulfite conversion,with an ELISA-like workflow on one 96-well *** DNA lysed from blood sample is captured directly to 96-well plate by sandwich hybridization,the ligation products are treated with methylation-sensitive restriction endonuclease,which will cleave at specific unmethylated-cytosine residues while leaving the methylated ones *** buffer change,PCR amplification is performed with a universal *** methylation percentage levels are quantified via delta Cq with real-time *** showed the capture efficiency of our assay was close to 100%.We also observed the significantly better sensitivity of our extraction-free assay than using extracted DNA from the same amount of *** DNA samples with methylation levels range from 0%–100%,a linear regression analysis revealed quantitative and reproducible recovery across the entire methylation *** a significantly simplified procedure and a much higher throughput,our assay efficiently offered overall better accuracy of the measured methylation percentage values than obtained from methylight and gold standard pyrosequencing of the same *** feasibility of multiplex quantitative CpG methylation assessment using MOLDITOF mass spectrometry will alsobe *** no need for nucleic acid purification and bisulfate conversion,our method provides an accurate quantitative CpG methylation assay suitable for high-throughput applications.
