Microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of 55NiCrMoV7 hot-work die steel during quenching and tempering treatments

55NiCrMoV7 hot-work die steel is mainly used to manufacture heavy forgings in the fields of aerospace and *** study aims to clarify the effects of heat treatment on the microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of the steel,in order to find out an optimal heat treatment scheme to obtain an excellent balance of strength,ductility and *** steel was quenched at temperature from 790℃ to 910℃ followed by tempering treatments of 100–650℃ for 5 *** mechanical property tests were carried out by tensile,impact toughness and *** microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM)were used to observe the austenite grains,lath martensite,carbides and fracture *** results show that the quenching temperature mainly influences the austenite grain size and the volume fraction of undissolved carbides(UCs),while the tempering temperature mainly influences the size and morphology of the martensite with a body centered cubic(BCC)and the carbides with a face centered cubic(FCC).The mechanical properties of the steel,including yield and tensile strength,ductility,impact toughness and hardness,get an excellent balance at a quenching range of 850–870*** the tempering temperature increases,the yield and tensile strength and hardness decrease,while the ductility and impact toughness *** variation trends can be further verified by fracture SEM observation and *** with a macro-micro coupled finite element(MMFE)modeling technique,the cooling rate,microstructural evolution and yield strength of the steel were predicted and compared with the tested data.

Comparative proteomic analysis of plasma exosomes reveals the functional contribution of N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase to Parkinson’s disease

Parkinson’s disease is the second most common progressive neurodegenerative disorder,and few reliable biomarkers are available to track disease *** proteins,DNA,mRNA,and lipids carried by exosomes reflect intracellular changes,and thus can serve as biomarkers for a variety of *** this study,we investigated alterations in the protein content of plasma exosomes derived from patients with Parkinson’s disease and the potential therapeutic roles of these proteins in Parkinson’s *** a tandem mass tag-based quantitative proteomics approach,we characterized the proteomes of plasma exosomes derived from individual patients,identified exosomal protein signatures specific to patients with Parkinson’s disease,and identified N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase as a differentially expressed protein.N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase expression levels in exosomes from the plasma of patients and healthy controls were validated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and western *** results demonstrated that the exosomal N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase concentration was not only lower in Parkinson’s disease,but also decreased with increasing Hoehn-yahr stage,suggesting that N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase could be used to rapidly evaluate Parkinson’s disease ***,western blot and immunohistochemistry analysis showed that N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase levels were markedly reduced both in cells treated with 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium and cells overexpressingα-synuclein compared with control ***,N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase overexpression significantly increased cell viability and inhibitedα-synuclein expression in 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium-treated *** together,our findings demonstrate for the first time that exosomal N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase may serve as a biomarker for Parkinson’s disease diagnosis,and that N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase may reduceα-synuclein expression and 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium-induced n

目的探讨规范管理对糖尿病合并高血压老年患者的影响及其效果。方法抽取我院收治的106例糖尿病合并高血压老年患者,将其随机分对照组和实验组各53例,所有患者均接受常规治疗,实验组则在此基础上加强规范管理,比较两组所取得的临床效果。结果在空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、舒张压、收缩压等对比中,实验组控制效果均优于参考组(P<0.05);参考组对工作满意率是77.36%,实验组是90.57%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并高血压老年患者积极落实相关的规范管理措施,可有效控制患者血糖及血压,改善其生活质量。

Anterior segment OCT application in quantifying posterior capsule opacification severity with varied intraocular lens designs

Multi-Behavior Fusion Based Potential Field Method for Path Planning of Unmanned Surface Vessel

The problem of the unmanned surface vessel (USV) path planning in static and dynamic obstacle environments is addressed in this paper. Multi-behavior fusion based potential field method is proposed, which contains three behaviors: goal-seeking, boundary-memory following and dynamic-obstacle avoidance. Then, different activation conditions are designed to determine the current behavior. Meanwhile, information on the positions, velocities and the equation of motion for obstacles are detected and calculated by sensor data. Besides, memory information is introduced into the boundary following behavior to enhance cognition capability for the obstacles, and avoid local minima problem caused by the potential field method. Finally, the results of theoretical analysis and simulation show that the collision-free path can be generated for USV within different obstacle environments, and further validated the performance and effectiveness of the presented strategy.

A NEW STEPSIZE FOR THE STEEPEST DESCENT METHOD

The steepest descent method is the simplest gradient method for optimization. It is well known that exact line searches along each steepest descent direction may converge very slowly. An important result was given by Barzilar and Borwein, which is proved to be superlinearly convergent for convex quadratic in two dimensional space, and performs quite well for high dimensional problems. The BB method is not monotone, thus it is not easy to be generalized for general nonlinear functions unless certain non-monotone techniques being applied. Therefore, it is very desirable to find stepsize formulae which enable fast convergence and possess the monotone property. Such a stepsize αk for the steepest descent method is suggested in this paper. An algorithm with this new stepsize in even iterations and exact line search in odd iterations is proposed. Numerical results are presented, which confirm that the new method can find the exact solution within 3 iteration for two dimensional problems. The new method is very efficient for small scale problems. A modified version of the new method is also presented, where the new technique for selecting the stepsize is used after every two exact line searches. The modified algorithm is comparable to the Barzilar-Borwein method for large scale problems and better for small scale problems.

VOC emission caps constrained by air quality targets based on response surface model:A case study in the Pearl River Delta Region,China

Because of the recent growth in ground-level ozone and increased emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs),VOC emission control has become a major concern in *** response,emission caps to control VOC have been stipulated in recent policies,but few of them were constrained by the co-control target of PM_(2.5)and ozone,and discussed the factor that influence the emission cap ***,we proposed a framework for quantification of VOC emission caps constrained by targets for PM_(2.5)and ozone via a new response surface modeling(RSM)technique,achieving 50%computational cost savings of the *** the Pearl River Delta(PRD)region,the VOC emission caps constrained by air quality targets varied greatly with the NOxemission reduction *** control measures in the surrounding areas of the PRD region were not considered,there could be two feasible strategies for VOC emission caps to meet air quality targets(160μg/m^(3)for the maximum 8-hr-average 90th-percentile(MDA8-90%)ozone and 25μg/m^(3)for the annual average of PM_(2.5)):a moderate VOC emission cap with60%NOxemission *** the ozone concentration target were reduced to 155μg/m^(3),deep NOxemission reductions is the only feasible ozone control measure in *** of seasonal VOC emission caps based on the Monte Carlo simulation could allow us to gain higher ozone benefits or greater VOC emission *** VOC emissions were further reduced in autumn,MDA8-90%ozone could be lowered by 0.3-1.5μg/m^(3),equaling the ozone benefits of 10%VOC emission reduction *** method for VOC emission cap quantification and optimization proposed in this study could provide scientific guidance for coordinated control of regional PM_(2.5)and O_(3)pollution in China.

The xanthid genus Medaeops Guinot,1967 currently contains seven species reported from the Indo-West Pacific ***,only one species,Medaeops granulosus(Haswell,1882),has been recorded from China seas and was once thought to be widespread in the Indo-West Pacific *** this study,two species of the Medaeops granulosus species-group were identified during the analysis on Medaeops crabs from China *** japonicus(Rathbun,1898),which had previously been considered a junior synonym of ***,is shown to be a distinct species that can be distinguished from *** by the lower first anterolateral tooth,the larger and concentrated granules on carapace dorsally,and the different shape of the male’s first *** addition,a new recorded species,Medaeops edwardsi Guinot,1967,was reported from China seas for the first time.A molecular analysis was conducted to determine the status of each species,and an updated key for species of the genus Medaeops was provided.
