In this paper, the effective pyroelectric coefficient and polarization offset of the compositionally step-like graded multilayer ferroelectric structures have been studied by use of the first-principles approach. It is exhibited that the dielectric gradient has a nontrivial influence on the effective pyroelectric coefficient, but has a little influence on the polarization offset; and the polarization gradient plays an important role in the abnormal hysteresis loop phenomenon of the *** step-like graded ferroelectric structures. Moreover, the origin of the polarization offset is explored,which can be attributed to the polarization gradient in the compositionally step-like graded structure.

Cancer therapeutic nanovaccines are ideal tools to inhibit tumor growth and provide the body with continuous protecting immune ***,the conventional subcutaneous(SC)vaccination normally induces limited anti-tumor immune responses with low therapeutic ***,we devised clay-based nanovaccines and directly delivered them to the spleen via intravenous(IV)injection to induce the stronger anti-tumor immunity with higher efficacy for tumor prevention and *** clay,i.e.,layered double hydroxide(LDH)was prepared as nanoadjuvant with the average size from 77 to 285 nm and co-loaded with the model antigen ovalbumin(OVA)and bioadjuvant CpG to form CpG/OVA-LDH(CO-LDH)*** found that CO-LDH-215(the size of LDH was 215 nm)promoted dendritic cells to present the most antigen,and moreover showed the highest spleen enrichment(~1.67%of CO-LDH-215 enriched in the spleen at 24 h post IV injection).The in vivo immunologic data showed that CO-LDH-215 induced the most potent anti-tumor immune responses and completely prevented the growth of E.G7-OVA tumor in the mouse ***,IV injected CO-LDH-215 nanovaccine more effectively delayed tumor growth than that SC injected,largely due to the direct and quick delivery of more nanovaccines to the *** study demonstrates that the therapeutic efficacy of nanovaccines can be greatly enhanced by targeted delivery of nanovaccines to the spleen via the proper vaccination route.

As one of the essential information, passenger Origin-destination(OD) matrix is crucial for transit system planning. Automated fare collection(AFC) system is widely used in big cities all around the world, OD data not only can be collected in dynamic way but also through citywide. It is only a byproduct of AFC and have the imperfection. This paper proposes a novel method to infer trip chain information of each commuter’s OD matrix based on travel pattern identify, and then the relationship between lines which have the character of the geographical proximity is used to calibrate the result of inferring. A serious of experiment results based on the real data show that the method has relatively high accuracy and can be use to practical application.

BACKGROUND Myocarditis refers to a variety of myocardial inflammatory lesions. A variety of factors such as infection and physical and chemical factors can cause *** on the severity of myocardial damage, myocarditis patients can manifest heart failure, cardiogenic shock, and even sudden death. Here we present a case of viral myocarditis that mimicked acute coronary *** SUMMARY A middle-aged male patient presented with chest pain and elevated troponin I after a flu-like infection. This patient had a history of hypertension and a habit of alcohol and tobacco use. Electrocardiography showed typical changes in acute myocardial infarction, with the T-wave increasing. Coronary angiogram revealed no stenosis. Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging revealed edema of the middle and apical septal and apical anterior walls on T2-weighted images and the T1 mapping. Late gadolinium enhancement of the middle and apical septal and apical anterior walls could be found. rubella virus immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M antibodies were abnormally elevated. The patient was given antiviral and antibiotic treatments, and serum biomarkers and electrocardiograph returned to normal after 5 d of treatment. After one-year follow-up, the patient showed no symptoms, and cardiac magnetic resonance showed that myocardial thickness was significantly thinner than before, and fibrosis was less than *** case illustrates the utility of cardiac magnetic resonance for diagnosis of infarction-like myocarditis when the angiogram is normal.

An unusual inorganic-organic hybrid hexatungstate complex [Cu（phen）3][W6O19] 1 （C36H24 CuN6O19W6, Mr= 2011.20） was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by singlecrystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectrum, UV-VIS spectrum and elemental analyses. This compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 19.1005（11）, b = 11.2585（11）, c = 20.2867（15） A, β= 102.177（2）°, V= 4264.4 A^ 3, μ（MoKa） = 16.691 mm^-1, Dc = 3.133 g/cm^3, Z = 4, F（000） = 3628, the final R = 0.0338 and wR = 0.0798 for 4090 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. The result of structure determination shows that the crystal structure is constructed from [W6O19]^2- cluster anions and [Cu（phen）3]^2＋ complex fragments, which are held together into a three-dimensional network through hydrogen-bonding interactions.

The esterifications of 9-（hydroxyimino）-4-methyl-8,9-dihydrofuro[2,3-h]chromen-2-one （4） with acid chlorides afforded normal oxime-esters 3a-e in 35-78% yields in presence of excessive 4-dimethylaminopyridine as the acid scavenger, whereas the reactions gave unexpected 8-substituted products N-（8-chloro-4-methyl-2-oxo-2H-furo-[2,3-h]chromen-9-yl）amides （5a-c） and 4-methyl-2,9-dioxo-8,9-dihydro-2H-furo[2,3-h]chromen-8-ylcarboxyloates （6d-e） by using excessive acid chlorides. The structures of 10 new compounds were determined by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and HRMS, and the possible mechanism for the formation of unexpected products 5a--c and 6d-e was also proposed.

The present study was to test the hypothesis that the plant growth retardants chlorocholine chloride(CCC) and paclobutrazol(PBZ)could improve the carbohydrate accumulation in lily bulbs by enhancing photosynthetic capacity and changing endogenous *** of Lilium Oriental hybrids'Sorbonne'were treated with a foliar spray of CCC or PBZ(both at 300 mg/L)solution,at six weeks after planting(6 WAP).The morphological parameters,endogenous hormone contents(gibberellic acid(GA),abscisic acid(ABA),and indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)),and carbohydrate contents were measured from 6 to 18 WAP,at 2-week *** results showed that CCC increased the biomass of leaves and stems which might produce more photoassimilates available for transportation and ***,PBZ treatment suppressed vegetative growth and favored photoassimilate transportation into bulbs.A slight delay of bud and anthesis formation was observed in both treated *** and PBZ treatments substantially enhanced the sucrose contents in leaves probably due to the increase of chlorophyll *** with CCC or PBZ decreased GA but increased IAA contents in lily bulbs which might stimulate starch accumulation and formation of new *** experiment suggested that CCC or PBZ treatment is an effective method to promote carbohydrate accumulation in lily bulbs.

In this article, we present several equivalent conditions ensuring the disjoint supercyclicity of finite weighted pseudo-shifts acting on an arbitrary Banach sequence *** disjoint supercyclic properties of weighted translations on locally compact discrete groups,the direct sums of finite classical weighted backward shifts, and the bilateral backward operator weighted shifts can be viewed as special cases of our main results. Furthermore, we exhibit an interesting fact that any finite bilateral weighted backward shifts on the space ?~2(Z) never satisfy the d-Supercyclicity Criterion by a simple proof.
