BACKGROUND Deep learning provides an efficient automatic image recognition method for small bowel(SB)capsule endoscopy(CE)that can assist physicians in ***,the existing deep learning models present some unresolved *** To propose a novel and effective classification and detection model to automatically identify various SB lesions and their bleeding risks,and label the lesions accurately so as to enhance the diagnostic efficiency of physicians and the ability to identify high-risk bleeding *** The proposed model represents a two-stage method that combined image classification with object ***,we utilized the improved ResNet-50 classification model to classify endoscopic images into SB lesion images,normal SB mucosa images,and invalid ***,the improved YOLO-V5 detection model was utilized to detect the type of lesion and its risk of bleeding,and the location of the lesion was *** constructed training and testing sets and compared model-assisted reading with physician *** The accuracy of the model constructed in this study reached 98.96%,which was higher than the accuracy of other systems using only a single *** sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the model-assisted reading detection of all images were 99.17%,99.92%,and 99.86%,which were significantly higher than those of the endoscopists’*** image processing time of the model was 48 ms/image,and the image processing time of the physicians was 0.40±0.24 s/image(P<0.001).CONCLUSION The deep learning model of image classification combined with object detection exhibits a satisfactory diagnostic effect on a variety of SB lesions and their bleeding risks in CE images,which enhances the diagnostic efficiency of physicians and improves the ability of physicians to identify high-risk bleeding groups.

Ultrafast Excited State Dynamics of t^rans-4-Aminoazobenzene Studied by Femtosecond Transient Absorption Spectroscopy

The ultrafast excited state dynamics of trans‐4‐aminoazobenzene (trans‐4‐AAB) in ethanol was investigated by femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy. After being excited to the S2 state by 400 nm, trans‐4‐AAB decays from the S2 state to the hot S1 state by internal conversion with time constant of ∼70 fs. The photoisomerization through inversion mechanism on the S1potential energy surface and the internal conversion from the S1 state to the hot S0 state are observed, respectively. The average timescale of these two decay pathways is ∼0.7 ps. And the vibrational cooling of the hot S0 state of cis‐ and trans‐4‐AAB occur with time constants of ∼4 and ∼13 ps, respectively. Furthermore, the ultrafast intersystem crossing process are also observed. The timescale of intersystem crossing from the S2 state to the T4 state is about 480 ps while from the S1 state to the T2 state is ∼180 ps.

Critical functionality and huge infuence of the hot trend/topic page(HTP)in microblogging sites have driven the creation of a new kind of underground service called the bogus traffic service(BTS).BTS provides a kind of illegal service which hijacks the HTP by pushing the controlled topics into it for malicious customers with the goal of guiding public *** hijack HTP,the agents of BTS maintain an army of black-market accounts called bogus trafic accounts(BTAs)and control BTAs to generate a burst of fake trafic by massively retweeting the tweets containing the customer desired topic(hashtag).Although this service has been extensively exploited by malicious customers,little has been done to understand *** this paper,we conduct a systematic measurement study of the *** first investigate and collect 125 BTS agents from a variety of sources and set up a honey pot account to capture BTAs from these *** then build a BTA detector that detects 162218 BTAs from Weibo,the largest Chinese microblogging site,with a precision of 94.5%.We further use them as a bridge to uncover 296916 topics that might be involved in bogus ***,we uncover the operating mechanism from the perspectives of the attack cycle and the attack *** highlights of our findings include the temporal attack patterns and intelligent evasion tactics of the *** findings bring BTS into the *** work will help in understanding and ultimately eliminating this threat.

A novel and practical synthetic route is presented for the preparation of methyl-（E）-2-（3-（3-（2-（7-chloro-2-quinolinyl）ethenyl） phenyl）-3-oxopropyl）benzoate,the key intermediate of Montelukast,a leukotriene *** main diarylpropane framework was prepared via a polarity conversation reaction resulting in an acyl anion equivalent followed by a nucleophilic substitution *** overall yield of this approach was 61%.This method is simple for operation and suitable for industrial production.

The response of the yalu River Estuary to human activities was *** of sediment dynamics during the past 10 years were explored through hydrodynamic calculation,as well as heavy mineral and grain size *** addition,the characteristics of estuarine geomorphological evolution were compared with historical *** long-term sediment dynamic process and geomorphological evolution were primarily affected by the decrease of water discharge and sediment supply resulting from human *** entire estuarine system of yalu River Estuary has also undergone significant changes since 1941 that are associated with water reduction and sediment discharge affected by construction *** estuary eventually formed the current patterns in the *** with variations of water and sediment discharge,sand dredging directly affected the estuarine sediment dynamics in the past 10 *** from six hydrodynamic stations measured in 2009 indicated that the bedload transport flux has substantially decreased during a tidal cycle compared with that surveyed in *** bedload transport direction also changed from seaward in 1996 to landward in *** addition,the estuarine bed load movement changes were:(a) sediment from areas with water depth being less than 5 m was transported from the sea towards the land;(b) sediment transport from areas with water depth between 5 to 20 m was oriented towards the sea;and (c) sediment from areas with water depth greater than 20 m was conveyed from the sea towards the land.
