Type Synthesis of Self-Alignment Parallel Ankle Rehabilitation Robot with Suitable Passive Degrees of Freedom

The current parallel ankle rehabilitation robot(ARR)suffers from the problem of difficult real-time alignment of the human-robot joint center of rotation,which may lead to secondary injuries to the *** study investigates type synthesis of a parallel self-alignment ankle rehabilitation robot(PSAARR)based on the kinematic characteristics of ankle joint rotation center drift from the perspective of introducing"suitable passive degrees of freedom(DOF)"with a suitable number and ***,the self-alignment principle of parallel ARR was proposed by deriving conditions for transforming a human-robot closed chain(HRCC)formed by an ARR and human body into a kinematic suitable constrained system and introducing conditions of"decoupled"and"less limb".Second,the relationship between the self-alignment principle and actuation wrenches(twists)of PSAARR was analyzed with the velocity Jacobian matrix as a"bridge".Subsequently,the type synthesis conditions of PSAARR were ***,a PSAARR synthesis method was proposed based on the screw theory and type of PSAARR synthesis ***,an HRCC kinematic model was established to verify the self-alignment capability of the *** this study,93 types of PSAARR limb structures were synthesized and the self-alignment capability of a human-robot joint axis was verified through kinematic analysis,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of such an ARR.

Quick and automatic detection of co-seismic landslides with multifeature deep learning model

Co-seismic landslide detection is essential for post-disaster rescue and risk assessment after an earthquake ***,a variety of ground objects,including roads and bare land,have spectral characteristics similar to those of co-seismic landslides,making it difficult to gather information and assess their impact rapidly and ***,an automatic detection method based on a deep learning model,named ENVINet5,with multiple features(ENVINet5_MF)was proposed to solve this problem and improve the detection accuracy of co-seismic *** ENVINet5_MF method is advantageous for co-seismic landslide detection because it features a landslide gain index(LGI)that effectively eliminates the spectral interference of bare land and *** conducted two experiments using multi-temporal PlanetScope images acquired in Hokkaido,Japan,and Mainling,*** accuracy evaluation and rationality analysis show that ENVINet5_MF performed better than comparative methods and that the co-seismic landslide areas detected by ENVINet5_MF were the most consistent with ground reference *** findings of this study suggest that ENVINet5_MF can provide an efficient and accurate method for coseismic landslide detection to ensure a rapid response to co-seismic landslide disasters.

Mapping the intellectual structure and emerging trends for the application of nanomaterials in gastric cancer:A bibliometric study

BACKGROUND Recent reviews have outlined the main nanomaterials used in relation to gastrointestinal tumors and described the basic properties of these ***,the research hotspots and trends in the application of nanomaterials in gastric cancer(GC)remain *** To demonstrate the knowledge structure and evolutionary trends of research into the application of nanomaterials in *** Publications related to the application of nanomaterials in GC were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection for this systematic review and bibliometric *** and CiteSpace were used for bibliometric and visualization *** From 2000 to 2022,the application of nanomaterials in GC developed *** keyword co-occurrence analysis showed that the related research topics were divided into three clusters:(1)The application of nanomaterials in GC treatment;(2)The application and toxicity of nanomaterials in GC diagnosis;and(3)The effects of nanomaterials on the biological behavior of GC ***,silver nanoparticles,and green synthesis are the latest high-frequency keywords that represent promising future research *** The application of nanomaterials in GC diagnosis and treatment and the mechanisms of their effects on GC cells have been major themes in this field over the past 23 years.

Improvement of mechanical properties and investigation of strengthening mechanisms on the Ti_(3)AlC_(2) ceramic with nanosized WC addition

Ti_(3)AlC_(2) (TAC) has great potential for use as an ablation material in aerospace applications due to its great oxidation/ablation resistance, but its high-temperature strength and thermal shock resistance still have much room for simultaneous improvement under fast temperature variation conditions. Herein, we used Ti_(3)AlC_(2) and WC powders as raw materials and successfully fabricated textured (Ti,W)_(3)AlC_(2) ceramic with small amounts of TiC and Al_(2)O_(3), and room temperature mechanical properties such as flexural strength (1146±46.9 MPa), fracture toughness (11.78±0.44 MPa·m^(1/2)), and hardness (5.81±0.11 GPa) at 5 wt% WC addition were achieved. The high-temperature strength of the ceramic was significantly improved, and better thermal shock resistance from 298 to 1173 K was simultaneously acquired together with the regulation of the elastic modulus, thermal conductivity, and thermal expansion coefficient, providing (Ti,W)_(3)AlC_(2) with more possibilities for fast-temperature variation applications. Strengthening and toughening mechanisms were proposed. Scanning transmission electron microscopy high-angle annular dark-field imaging (STEM-HADDF) showed that W randomly replaced the Ti1 and Ti2 sites of Ti_(3)AlC_(2), providing a good reference for establishing crystal models, and further density functional theory (DFT) calculations based on these models indicated a higher fracture energy of (Ti,W)_(3)AlC_(2) along different crystal planes, providing superior resistance to transgranular fracture;a lower mismatch degree of (Ti,W)_(3)AlC_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) resulted in stronger interface bonding, resulting in greater resistance to intergranular fracture as well as more balanced stress distributions at different interfaces.

Isorhamnetin Downregulates MMP2 and MMP9 to Inhibit Development of Rheumatoid Arthritis through SRC/ERK/CREB Pathway

Objective To investigate the effect of isorhamnetin on the pathology of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α-induced fibroblast-like synoviocytes(FLS)was exposed to additional isorhamnetin(10,20 and 40µmol/L).Overexpression vectors for matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP2)or MMP9 or SRC were transfected to explore their roles in isorhamnetin-mediated RA-FLS ***-FLS viability,migration,and invasion were ***,a collagen-induced arthritis(CIA)rat model was *** were randomly divided to sham,CIA,low-,medium-,and high-dosage groups using a random number table(n=5 in each group)and administed with normal saline or additional isorhamnetin[2,10,and 20 mg/(kg·day)]for 4 weeks,*** index was calculated and synovial tissue inflammation was determined in CIA *** levels of MMP2,MMP9,TNF-α,interleukin-6(IL-6),and IL-1β,as well as the phosphorylation levels of SRC,extracellular regulated kinase(ERK),and cyclic adenosine monophosphate response element-binding(CREB),were detected in RA-FLS and synovial *** docking was also used to analyze the binding of isorhamnetin to *** In in vitro studies,isorhamnetin inhibited RA-FLS viability,migration and invasion(P<0.05).Isorhamnetin downregulated the levels of MMP2,MMP9,TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-1βin RA-FLS(P<0.05).The overexpression of either MMP2 or MMP9 reversed isorhamnetin-inhibited RA-FLS migration and invasion,as well as the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-1β(P<0.05).Furthermore,isorhamnetin bound to SRC and reduced the phosphorylation of SRC,ERK,and CREB(P<0.05).SRC overexpression reversed the inhibitory effect of isorhamnetin on RA-FLS viability,migration and invasion,as well as the negative regulation of MMP2 and MMP9(P<0.05).In in vivo studies,isorhamnetin decreased arthritis index scores(P<0.05)and alleviated synovial *** reduced the levels of MMP2,MMP9,TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-1β,as well as the phosphorylation of SRC,ERK,and CRE

Structure characterization of the oxide film on FGH96 superalloy powders with various oxidation degrees

The structure of the oxide film on FGH96 alloy powders significantly influences the mechanical properties of *** this study,FGH96 alloy powders with various oxygen contents were investigated using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and atomic probe technology to elucidate the structure evolution of the oxide *** dispersive spectrometer analysis revealed the presence of two distinct components in the oxide film of the alloy powders:amorphous oxide layer covering the γ matrix and amorphous oxide particles above the *** alloying elements within the oxide layer showed a laminated distribution,with Ni,Co,Cr,and Al/Ti,which was attributed to the decreasing oxygen equilibrium pressure as oxygen diffused from the surface into the γ *** the other hand,Ti enrichment was observed in the oxide particles caused by the oxidation and decomposition of the carbide *** analysis of the oxide film with oxygen contents of 140,280,and 340 ppm showed similar element distributions,while the thickness of the oxide film varies approximately at 9,14,and 30 nm,*** findings provide valuable insights into the structural analysis of the oxide film on FGH96 alloy powders.
