Organic photovoltaics(OPVs)need to overcome limitations such as insufficient thermal stability to be *** reported approaches to improve stability either rely on the development of new materials or on tailoring the donor/acceptor morphology,however,exhibiting limited ***,it is timely to develop an easy method to enhance thermal stability without having to develop new donor/acceptor materials or donor–acceptor compatibilizers,or by introducing another third ***,a unique approach is presented,based on constructing a polymer fiber rigid network with a high glass transition temperature(T_(g))to impede the movement of acceptor and donor molecules,to immobilize the active layer morphology,and thereby to improve thermal stability.A high-T_(g) one-dimensional aramid nanofiber(ANF)is utilized for network *** OPVs with ANF network yield superior thermal stability compared to the ANF-free *** ANF network-incorporated active layer demonstrates significantly more stable morphology than the ANF-free counterpart,thereby leaving fundamental processes such as charge separation,transport,and collection,determining the device efficiency,largely *** strategy is also successfully applied to other photovoltaic *** strategy of incorporating a polymer fiber rigid network with high T_(g) offers a distinct perspective addressing the challenge of thermal instability with simplicity and universality.

Computational Screening of Pt1@Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(2)(T=O,S)MXene Catalysts for Water-Gas Shift Reaction

Single-atom catalysts(SACs)provide an oppor-tunity to elucidate the catalytic mechanism of complex reactions in heterogeneous *** low-temperature water-gas shift(WGS)reaction is an important industrial technology to obtain high purity ***,we study the catalytic activity of Pt1@Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(2)(T=O,S)SACs,where one subsurface Ti atom with three T vacancies in the functionalized Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(2)(T=O,S)MXene is substituted by one Pt atom,for the low-temperature show that Pt1@Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(2)provides an excellent platform for the WGS reaction by its bowl-shaped vacancy derived from the Pt1 single atom and three T defects surrounding ***,Pt1@Ti_(3)C_(2)S_(2)SAC has higher catalytic performance for the WGS reaction,due to the weaker electronegativity of the S atom than the O atom,which significantly reduces the energy barrier of H*migration in the WGS reaction,which is often the rate-determining *** the most favorable redox mechanism of the WGS reaction on Pt1@Ti_(3)C_(2)S_(2),the rate-determining step is the dissociation of OH*into O*and H*with the energy barrier as low as 1.12 *** results demonstrate that Pt1@Ti_(3)C_(2)S_(2)is promising in the application of MXenes for low-temperature WGS reactions.

Mechanical performance of 22SiMn2TiB steel welded with lowtransformation- temperature filler wire and stainless steel filler wire

TX-80 low-transformation-temperature(LTT)welding wire was used to replace the traditional ER 307Si welding wire to realize the connection of 22SiMn2TiB armor steel in manual overlay *** previously existing issues,such as welding cracks,large welding deformation,and severe welding residual stress,were solved to ensure good strength and ductility *** particular,with the same welding conditions,TX-80 LTT wire eliminates welding *** reduces the welding deformation no matter the base pretreatment of pre-setting angle or no pre-setting *** comparison,it was found that the microstructure at the TX-80 weld is mainly composed of martensite and a small amount of retained *** contrast,the microstructure of the ER 307Si weld consists of a large amount of austenite and a small amount of skeleton-like *** variation trend of residual stress and microhardness from the weld to the base were investigated and compared with the mechanical properties of base *** TX-80 and the ER 307Si tensile samples elongation is 6.76%and 6.01%,while the ultimate tensile strengths are 877 and 667 MPa,*** average impact toughness at room temperature of the ER 307Si weld is 143.9 J/cm^(2),much higher than that of the TX-80 weld,which is only 36.7 J/cm^(2).The relationship between impact and tensile properties with microstructure species and distribution was *** addition,the fracture surface of the tensile and the impact samples was observed and *** dimples,fewer pores,larger radiation zone,and shear lips of TX-80 samples indicate better tensile ductility and worse impact toughness than those of ER 307Si weld.

Background:Cancer-related fatigue(CRF)is a common and debilitating symptom experienced by patients with advanced-stage cancer,especially those undergoing antitumor *** study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Renshenguben(RSGB)oral solution,a ginseng-based traditional Chinese medicine,in alleviating CRF in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)receiving antitumor ***:In this prospective,open-label,controlled,multicenter study,patients with advanced HCC at BCLC stage C and a brief fatigue inventory(BFI)score of≥4 were *** were assigned to the RSGB group(RSGB,10 mL twice daily)or the control group(with supportive care).Primary and secondary endpoints were the change in multidimensional fatigue inventory(MFI)score,and BFI and functional assessment of cancer therapy-hepatobiliary(FACT-Hep)scores at weeks 4 and 8 after *** events(AEs)and toxicities were ***:A total of 409 participants were enrolled,with 206 assigned to the RSGB *** week 4,there was a trend towards improvement,but the differences were not statistically *** week 8,the RSGB group exhibited a significantly lower MFI score(P<0.05)compared to the control group,indicating improved fatigue ***,the RSGB group showed significantly greater decrease in BFI and FACT-Hep scores at week 8(P<0.05).Subgroup analyses among patients receiving various antitumor treatments showed similar *** linear regression analyses revealed that the RSGB group experienced a significantly substantial decrease in MFI,BFI,and FACT-Hep scores at week *** serious drug-related AEs or toxicities were ***:RSGB oral solution effectively reduced CRF in patients with advanced HCC undergoing antitumor therapy over an eight-week period,with no discernible *** findings support the potential of RSGB oral solution as an adjunctive treatment for managing CRF in this patient population.

Regulatory effects of the p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase-myosin light chain kinase pathway on the Intestinal Epithelial Mechanical Barrier and the mechanism of modified Pulsatilla decoction(加味白头翁汤) in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism of the protective effect of modified Pulsatilla decoction (加味白头翁汤， MPD) on the mechanical barrier of the ulcerative colitis (UC) intestinal epithelium in vitro and in ***: We established an intestinal epithelial crypt cell line-6 cell barrier injury model by using lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The model was then treated with p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase-myosin light chain kinase (p38MAPK-MLCK) pathway inhibitors， p38MAPK-MLCK pathway silencing genes (si-p38MAPK， si-NF-κB， and si-MLCK)， and MPD respectively. Transepithelial electronic resistance (TEER) measurements and permeability assays were performed to assess barrier function. Immunofluorescence staining of tight junctions (TJ) was performed. In in vivo experiment， dextran sodium sulfate-induced colitis rat model was conducted to evaluate the effect of MPD and mesalazine on UC. The rats were scored using the disease activity index based on their clinical symptoms. Transmission electron microscopy and hematoxylin-eosin staining were used to examine morphological changes in UC rats. Western blotting and real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction were performed to examine the gene and protein expression of significant differential molecules. RESULTS: In in vitro study， LPS-induced intestinal barrier dysfunction was inhibited by p38MAPK-MLCK pathway inhibitors and p38MAPK-MLCK pathway gene silencing. Silencing of p38MAPK-MLCK pathway genes decreased TJ expression. MPD treatment partly restored the LPS-induced decreased in TEER and increase in permeability. MPD increased the gene and protein expression of TJ， while down-regulated the LPS-induced high expression of p-p38MAPK and p-MLC. In UC model rats， MPD could ameliorate body weight loss and disease activity index， relieve colonic pathology， up-regulate TJ expression as well as decrease the expression of p-p38MAPK and p-MLC in UC rat colonic mucosal tissue. Optimal proportioning of iron ore in sintering process based on improved multi-objective beluga whale optimisation algorithm

Objective This study aimed to comprehensively analyze and compare the clinicopathological features and prognosis of Chinese patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-low early breast cancer(BC)and HER2-IHC0 *** Patients diagnosed with HER2-negative BC(N=999)at our institution between January2011 and December 2015 formed our study *** characteristics,association between estrogen receptor(ER)expression and HER2-low,and evolution of HER2 immunohistochemical(IHC)score were ***-Meier method and log-rank test were used to compare the long-term survival outcomes(5-year follow-up)between the HER2-IHC0 and HER2-low *** HER2-low BC group tended to demonstrate high expression of ER and more progesterone receptor(PgR)positivity than HER2-IHC0 BC group(P<0.001).The rate of HER2-low status increased with increasing ER expression levels(Mantel-Haenszelχ^(2)test,P<0.001,Pearson’s R=0.159,P<0.001).Survival analysis revealed a significantly longer overall survival(OS)in HER2-low BC group than in HER2-IHC0 group(P=0.007)in the whole cohort and the hormone receptor(HR)-negative *** were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of disease-free survival(DFS).The discordance rate of HER2 IHC scores between primary and metastatic sites was 36.84%.Conclusion HER2-low BC may not be regarded as a unique BC group in this population-based study due to similar clinicopathological features and prognostic roles.

Boosting ammonia production in electrocatalytic NO_(x)reduction on a robust Fe/FeMoO_(4)catalyst

Electrocatalytic reduction of nitrate(NO_(3)^(−))and nitride(NO_(2)^(−))to ammonia(NH3)is of wide interest as a promising alternative to the energy-intensive Haber-Bosch route for mitigating the vast energy consumption and the accompanied carbon dioxide emission,as well as benefiting for the relevant sewage ***,exploring an efficient and low-cost catalyst with high atomic utilization that can effectively facilitate the slow multi-electron transfer process remains a grand ***,we present an efficient hydrogenation of NO_(3)^(−)/NO_(2)^(−)species to NH3 in both alkaline and neutral environments over the Fe_(2)(MoO_(4))_(3)derived hybrid electrocatalyst with the metallic Fe site on FeMoO_(4)(Fe/FeMoO_(4)).The Mo ingredient can play a synergistically positive role in further promoting the NH_(3) production on *** a result,Fe/FeMoO_(4)behaves well in the electrochemical NH_(3) generation from NO_(2)^(−)with a maximum NH_(3) Faradaic efficiency(FE)of 96.53%and 87.68%in alkaline and neutral electrolyte,corresponding to the NH_(3) yield rate of 640.68 and 302.56 mg·h^(−1)·mg_(cat.)^(−1),respectively,which outperforms the Fe and Mo counterpart and other similar catalyst,showing the robust catalytic capacity of each active site.
