Comprehensive Evaluation on Effect of IMPX977 on Expression of Methyl-CpG-binding Protein 2 in Rats

Objective To investigate the effect of IMPX977 on methyl-Cp G-binding protein 2（MeCP2） expression in rats. Methods Forty-eight SD rats were randomly divided into four groups： normal control group, olive oil（negative control, 5 mL/kg oil） group, and 10 mg/kg and 30 mg/kg IMPX977 administration groups. All rats were given corresponding dose of drugs each other day and administered orally for two weeks. Tissues including cortex and cerebellum were collected from rats to assay the expression of MeCP2 by quantitative RT-PCR and Western blotting. Results The IMPX977 supplement showed no significant effect on the body weight of rats. In normal rats, MeCP2 was highly expressed in cerebellum, cortex and hippocampus, and less expressed in heart, spleen and lung. In addition to male rats, compared with the control group, the expression of MeCP2 mRNA was significantly increased in cerebellum after 30 mg/kg IMPX977 treatment and contrarily, absolutely decreased in cortex of all treatment groups. Furthermore, in female rats MeCP2 mRNA was reduced in cortex of both olive oil and 30 mg/kg IMPX977 treatment groups compared with control group. Meanwhile, MeCP2 protein level was significantly elevated in cerebellum of treated male rats compared to the control group. In contrast to the control group, the expression of MeCP2 protein in both cerebellum and cortex of female rats in other three groups was increased. Conclusion IMPX977 treatment（10 mg/kg） may elevate the expression of MeCP2, which establishes experimental foundation for the further research on rat models of Rett syndrome.

Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs),which are RNA molecules longer than 200 nucleotides that do not encode proteins,are implicated in a variety of biological processes,including growth and *** research into the role of lnc RNAs in skeletal muscle development,the regulatory mechanisms governing ovine skeletal muscle development remain *** this study,we analyzed the expression profiles of lnc RNAs in skeletal muscle from 90-day-old embryos(F90),1-month-old lambs(L30),and 3-year-old adult sheep(A3Y) using RNA *** total,4738 lnc RNAs were identified,including 997 that were differentially ***-time series expression miner analysis identified eight significant expression profiles and a subset of lnc RNAs potentially involved in muscle *** Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes enrichment analysis revealed that the predicted target genes of these lnc RNAs were primarily enriched in pathways associated with muscle development,such as the c AMP and Wnt signaling ***,the expression of lnc RNA GTL2 was found to decrease during muscle ***,GTL2 was highly expressed during the differentiation of skeletal muscle satellite cells(SCs) and was shown to modulate ovine myogenesis by affecting the phosphorylation levels of PKA and ***,GTL2 was found to regulate both the proliferation and differentiation of SCs via the PKACREB signaling ***,this study provides a valuable resource and offers novel insights into the functional roles and regulatory mechanisms of lnc RNAs in ovine skeletal muscle growth and development.

文章以宝坻六瓣红大蒜为对照(CK),选取辽宁省海城市紫皮大蒜、甘肃省永登县红皮大蒜、黑龙江省哈尔滨市紫皮大蒜、黑龙江省牡丹江市紫皮大蒜、河北省保定市紫皮大蒜、山东省苍山县四六瓣大蒜、云南省大理市紫皮大蒜、山东省金乡市紫皮大蒜、甘肃省张掖市紫皮大蒜9个紫皮大蒜品种进行品种比较试验,对不同生长时期的各品种株高、最大叶片长度、鳞茎盘粗度、病情指数、蒜薹与蒜头产量等指标进行观测分析,从而筛选出适合天津市宝坻区种植的优质大蒜品种。结果表明:甘肃省永登县红皮大蒜、黑龙江省哈尔滨市紫皮大蒜、山东省金乡市紫皮大蒜、甘肃省张掖市紫皮大蒜4个品种可在天津市宝坻区继续种植观察和驯化。

Large Aperture Mirror Surface Test

The large aperture mirror surface test is the basis of optical processing and alignment, and is also the key to the development of remote sensing device. The simulation results show that the RMS values of 1.07 m primary mirror with multi-point support and sling support are 1.86 nm and 3.28 nm respectively. Using 36 point unloading device, sponge 36 point free support and sling support to test the mirror surface, the results are basically consistent, RMS is better than 0.02λ (λ = 632.8 nm).

Parameter comparison of white matter diffusion tensor imaging （DTI） in rhesus macaques （Macaca mulatta）

In this study, we analyzed diffusion tensor imaging （DTI） results of brain white matter in rhesus macaques （Macaca mulatta） with four different parameter settings and found that the sequence A （b=1000 s/mm^2, spatial resolution=1.25 mm ×1.25 mm× 1.25 mm, numbers of direction=33, NSA=3） and B （b=800 s/mm^2, spatial resolution= 1.25 mm× 1.25 mm× 1.25 mm, numbers of direction=33, NSA=3） could accurately track coarse fibers. The fractional anisotropy （FA） derived from sequence C （b=1000s/mm^2, spatial resolution=0.55 mm×0.55 mm×2.5 mm, direction number=33, NSA=3） was too fuzzy to be used in tracking white matter fibers. By comparison, the high resolution and the FA with high contrast of gray matter and white matter derived from sequence D （b=800 s/mm^2, spatial resolution=1.0 mm×1.0 mm ×1.0 mm, numbers of direction=33, NSA=3） qualified in its application in tracking both thick and thin fibers, making it an optimal DTI setting for rhesus macaques.

针对新疆昌吉地区典型330 MW燃煤机组提出了一种利用抛物面槽式太阳能聚光集热器进行互补发电的改造方案。依据昌吉地区的气象条件及燃煤电站全年实际运行性能参数,通过对互补系统在不同太阳辐照强度及不同汽轮机负荷下变工况性能的模拟分析,获得了互补系统在典型日及典型年的热力性能,揭示了关键运行及性能参数的变化规律。结果表明,互补系统年均净发电效率为15.0%,优于现有单一太阳能热发电技术。本文对传统燃煤电站的互补方案的设计和实施具有一定的参考价值。

Synthesis and Properties of SEPS-g-PEO Copolymers with Varying Branch Lengths

Poly（ethylene oxide）（PEO） was controllably grafted from styrene-b-（ethylene-co-propylene）-b-styrene （SEPS） backbones by combining lithiation of styrenic units and living monomer-activated anionic ring-opening polymerization of ethylene oxide （EO） monomers with the aid of co-initiators triisobutyl aluminum. The as-synthesized SEPS-g-PEO copolymers were characterized by SEC, 1H-NMR, FTIR, SAXS, AFM and DSC. When the branch length is relatively small, increase of PEO fraction leads to the increase of the correlation length between neighboring hard domains, but the degree of correlation reduces. When the branch length is relatively large, the phase-separated structures become random both in terms of size and spatial correlation, and macro-phase separated structures appear. The crystallization behavior of the PEO branches can be effectively inhibited in SEPS-g-PEO, so no significant crystallization takes place until the fraction of PEO branches is 20.1 wt%, which greatly promotes the rapid delivery of hydrophilic drugs in the hot-melting pressure- sensitive adhesives （HMPSAs） based on SEPS-g-PEO. Their cumulative release amount of a model drug could achieve 80%, more than twice the value in the HMPSAs based on linear PEO-containing styrenic block copolymers.

V-based kagome materials AV_(3)Sb_(5)(A=K,Rb,Cs)have attracted much attention due to their novel properties such as unconventional superconductivity,giant anomalous Hall effect,charge density wave(CDW)and pair density *** for the 2a_(0)×2a_(0)CDW(charge density wave with in-plane 2×2 superlattice modulation)in AV_(3)Sb_(5),an additional 1×4(4a_(0))unidirectional stripe order has been observed at the Sb surface of Rb V3 Sb5 and CsV_(3)Sb_(5).However,the stability and electronic nature of the 4a_(0) stripe order remain controversial and ***,by using low-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy(STM/S),we systematically study the 4a_(0) stripe order on the Sb-terminated surface of CsV_(3)Sb_(5).We find that the 4a_(0) stripe order is visible in a large energy *** STM images with positive and negative bias show contrast inversion,which is the hallmark for the Peierls-type *** addition,below the critical temperature about 60 K,the 4a_(0)stripe order keeps unaffected against the topmost Cs atoms,point defects,step edges and magnetic field up to 8 *** results provide experimental evidences on the existence of unidirectional CDW in CsV_(3)Sb_(5).
