Neoichnological characterization of modern depositional settings addresses the response of benthic animals to ecological conditions and their fluctuations, usually on a relatively short time scale. In this way, analogue models for interpretation of sedimentary strata in the geological record can be *** japonicus(De Haan, 1835), a crab, is commonly found in the Pearl River Delta front of southern China. The burrows of M. japonicus are vertical or inclined, I-, U-, Y-, J-and L-shaped tubes, and these are imaged in 7.5-cm-diameter sediment cores. The cores were studied by X-ray radiography, computed tomography, and VG Studio MAX reconstruction to obtain three-dimensional images for elaborate morphological study. This crab's burrows are analogous to the trace fossil Psilonichnus. Several environmental parameters, i.e., sediment grain size and its total organic carbon(TOC) content, and turbidity and salinity of water, have been measured. The results indicated that M. japonicus prefers to live in mesohaline water with turbidity levels of 20-170 NTU, where bioturbation is more abundant. It prefers to occur in mud and silty sand substrates, with TOC content decreasing as particle size increases. The sedimentary environment, grain size and ichnofacies of analogical trace fossils Psilonichnus are discussed which supports the interpretation that Psilonichnus is a good indicator of delta front environments.

ATAD3A is a mitochondrial membrane protein belonging to the ATPase family that contains the AAA+ domain. It is widely involved in mitochondrial metabolism, protein transport, cell growth, development and other important life processes. It has previously been reported that the deletion of ATAD3A causes growth and development defects in humans, mice and Caenorhabditis elegans. To delve into the mechanism underlying ATAD3A defects and their impact on development, we constructed a Bombyx mori ATAD3A (BmATAD3A) defect model in silkworm larvae. We aim to offer a reference for understanding ATAD3A genetic defects and elucidating the molecular regulatory mechanisms. The results showed that knockout of the BmATAD3A gene significantly affected the weight, survival rate, ATPase production and mitochondrial metabolism of individuals after 24 h of incubation. Combined metabolomics and transcriptomics analysis further demonstrated that BmATAD3A knockout inhibits amino acid biosynthesis through the regulation of mitochondrial ribosomal protein expression. Simultaneously, our findings indicate that BmATAD3A knockout impeded mitochondrial activity and ATPase synthesis and suppressed the mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation pathway through B. mori mitochondrial ribosomal protein L11 (BmmRpL11). These results provide novel insights into the molecular mechanisms involved in the inhibition of development caused by ATAD3A deficiency, offering a potential direction for targeted therapy in diseases associated with abnormal ATAD3A expression.

As a highly promising conductive polymer material, the synthesis method, structure regulation, and performance improvement of polyaniline (PANI) are hot research topics. In this work, the radiation-induced polymerization of aniline in HNO3 solution was successfully achieved at room temperature without the use of chemical oxidants. Through the analysis of the radiation chemical reactions of inorganic acids and nitrate salt solutions, the characterization of the intermediate free radicals in the irradiated systems, and the influence of the pH of the solutions on the polymerization activity and product morphologies, the radiation-induced polymerization mechanism of aniline is discussed in detail and proposed. Only at a condition of [HNO3]>[aniline], i.e., pHNO3 generated by radiolysis reactions, and undergoes repeated three steps of monomer free radical recombination, deprotonation, and oxidation reaction of NO3, thus forming a PANI macromolecule. In addition to the polymerization reaction, the aniline units are protonated and oxidized because of the strongly acidity and oxidation of the reaction system under gamma-ray irradiation, which means that the molecular chain structure of the radiation-synthesized PANI can be regulated by pH, nitrate concentration, and irradiation conditions. Radiation-synthesized PANI has a moderate protonation and oxidation state, which can be used for the preparation of PANI supercapacitors with better electrochemical properties than those prepared by chemical oxidation under the same conditions. 以汾渭平原中小城市铜川市为研究对象,采用在线监测的方法测定铜川市高新技术产业开发区大气环境VOCs组分浓度(共计115种),梳理分析高新技术产业开发区大气VOCs污染时间序列与季节性变化特征,运用PMF模型解析VOCs的主要来源,利用最大增量反应活性(MIR)法量化VOCs的臭氧生成潜势(OFP),并计算毒性VOCs的危害指数(HI)和终生癌症风险(LCR).结果表明,监测期间铜川市高新技术产业开发区春、夏和冬季φ(TVOCs)均值分别为(69.03±47.48)×10^(-9)、(92.66±37.54)×10^(-9)和(134.90±74.58)×10^(-9),各季节排名前三的组分表现一致(烷烃>烯烃>芳香烃).PMF源解析结果显示,铜川市高新技术产业开发区大气VOCs来源以化工企业、机动车、燃烧排放为主(贡献均超过20%),但存在显著的季节性特征.OFP评估结果表明,OVOCs是各季节贡献最大的组分,主要贡献物种为乙醇、乙醛和乙烯等.春、夏和冬季VOCs经呼吸摄入致癌风险为1.57×10^(-5)~8.42×10^(-5),非致癌风险均高于可接受水平(HI>1),表明此环境中的暴露人群存在轻微致癌和非致癌健康风险.其中,丙烯醛危害指数尤其突出(HI>1).

农业新质生产力不仅是推动农业高质量发展的关键着力点,亦是推动农业农村现代化发展的重要抓手,何以驱动农业新质生产力发展已然成为当下边疆治理重点关注的问题之一。依据西南边疆县域发展现实状况,农业数字化转型成为驱动农业新质生产力发展的重要途径之一。具体而言,西南边疆县域农业数字化转型整体借助数字平台以推动育种种植智能化、产品绿色高端化、农业场景创新化、产品品牌价值化以及产业决策科学化,由此奠定了农业新质生产力发展基础。在此基础上,农业数字化转型主要从媒介要素、技术要素、主体要素、价值要素、场景要素等方面驱动县域农业新质生产力发展,但依然存在数字科技人才“量质齐缺”、科技信息技术“应用瓶颈”、农业产业布局“前瞻不足”、数字服务提供“精准不够”等问题。基于以上问题,应进一步以问题为导向做好以下工作:构筑起人才“教培享”结构,做好人才加法工作;强化数据要素应用,发挥科技乘数效应;把准农业发展态势,做好未来产业布局;优化数字转型措施,提供精准数字服务等实践路径,以期为农业新质生产力的发展蓄势赋能。
