In this paper,we investigate local properties in the system of completely integral mapping *** introduce notions of injectivity,local reflexivity,exactness,nuclearity,finite-represent ability and WEP in the system of completely integral mapping *** we obtain that any finite-dimensional operator space is injective in the system of completely integral mapping *** we prove that c is the unique nuclear operator space and the unique exact operator space in this *** also show that c is the unique operator space which is finitely representable in{T_(n)}n∈Nin this *** corollaries,Kirchberg’s conjecture and QWEP conjecture in the system of completely integral mapping spaces are false.

The chain dynamics heterogeneity of the poly(vinyl butyral)(PVB) plasticized by triethylene glycol bis(2-ethylhexa noate)(TEG-EH) was investigated by various solid-state NMR *** plasticized PVB shows two domains in distinct molecular dynamics differences,namely,rigid and soft domains,where the latter is the plasticizer-rich *** time domain low field NMR was first used to investigate the dynamics heterogeneity of the plasticized PVB,and the results show the decreasing activated energy of components in the soft domain of plasticized PVB(E_a=20.2 kJ/mol) as compared with that of the pristine one(E_a=24.3 kJ/mol).Detailed dynamics heterogeneity was obtained by high-field NMR with site-specific *** quadrupole-echo ~2H-NMR was adopted to elucidate the dynamics heterogeneity of the vinyl alcohol(VA) units,where only the hydroxyl group of VA is *** ~1H-^(13)c WISE NMR spectra show that there is not much difference in the mobility of the VB unit in PVB with and without plasticizer,whereas the glass transition temperature differed by approximately 53℃.This is further supported by Torchia's T_1 relaxation *** origin of such an unusual phenomenon is attributed to the critical role of the remaining VA(~22%) in the soft domain,where the VA units locally aggregate through hydrogen ***,the existence of a mobility gradient in the VB unit has been ***,the mobility difference for VB with different stereo-geometry(meso or racemic conformation) is observed for the first *** indicates the importance of modulating the ratio of meso over racemic VB for controlling the macroscopic perfo rmance of PVB.

The brain is,after the adipose tissue,the organ with the greatest amount of lipids and diversity in their composition in the human *** neurons,lipids are involved in signaling pathways controlling autophagy,a lysosome-dependent catabolic process essential for the maintenance of neuronal homeostasis and the function of the primary cilium,a cellular antenna that acts as a communication hub that transfers extracellular signals into intracellular responses required for neurogenesis and brain development.A crosstalk between primary cilia and autophagy has been established;however,its role in the control of neuronal activity and homeostasis is barely *** this review,we briefly discuss the current knowledge regarding the role of autophagy and the primary cilium in *** we review the recent literature about specific lipid subclasses in the regulation of autophagy,in the control of primary cilium structure and its dependent cellular signaling in physiological and pathological conditions,specifically focusing on neurons,an area of research that could have major implications in neurodevelopment,energy homeostasis,and neurodegeneration.

Hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy(HAIc)has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(Hcc);however,its efficacy *** review summarized the ability of various markers to predict the efficacy of HAIc and provided a reference for clinical *** of October 25,2023,51 articles have been retrieved based on keyword predictions and *** eligible articles were selected for inclusion in this *** literature analysis found that methods used to predict the efficacy of HAIc include serological testing,gene testing,and imaging *** above indicators and their combined forms showed excellent predictive effects in retrospective *** review summarized the strategies currently used to predict the efficacy of HAIc in middle and advanced Hcc,analyzed each marker's ability to predict HAIc efficacy,and provided a reference for the clinical application of the prediction system.

High fish predation pressure can trigger"induced defense"in Daphnia species,resulting in phenotypic plasticity in morphology,behavior,or life-history *** molecular mechanisms of defense morphogenesis(e.g.,the tail spine and helmet)in Daphnia remain *** the pres-ent study,the tail spine,helmet,and body of Daphnia galeata under fish and non-fish kairomones conditions were collected for transcriptome analysis.A total of 24 candidate genes related to the morphological defense of *** were identified,including 2 trypsin,one cuticle protein,1 c1qDc protein,and 2 ferritin *** function of the Dagcut gene(*** cuticle protein gene)in relation to tail spine morphology was assessed using RNA interference(RNAi).compared with the EGFP(Enhanced green fluorescent protein)treatment,after RNAi,the expression levels of the Dagcut gene(*** cuticle protein gene)showed a significant ***,the tail spines of the offspring pro-duced by *** after RNAi of the Dagcut gene appeared curved during the *** whole-mount in situ hybridization,a clear signal site was detected on the tail spine of *** before RNAi which disappeared after *** results suggest that the Dagcut gene may play an important role in tail spine formation of ***,and will provide a theoretical basis for studying the molecular mechanisms of the morpho-logical plasticityin cladocera inthefuture.

Stomatal regulation is critical for mangroves to survive in the hyper-saline intertidal zone where water stress is severe and water availability is highly ***,very little is known about the stomatal sensitivity to vapour pressure deficit(VPD)in mangroves,and its co-ordination with stomatal morphology and leaf hydraulic *** measured the stomatal response to a step increase in VPD in situ,stomatal anatomy,leaf hydraulic vulnerability and pressure-volume traits in nine true mangrove species of five families and collected the data of genome *** aimed to answer two questions:(1)Does stomatal morphology influence stomatal dynamics in response to a high VPD in mangroves?with a consideration of possible influence of genome size on stomatal morphology;and(2)do leaf hydraulic traits influence stomatal sensitivity to VPD in mangroves?We found that the stomata of mangrove plants were highly sensitive to a step rise in VPD and the stomatal responses were directly affected by stomatal anatomy and hydraulic ***,denser stomata was correlated with faster stomatal closure at high VPD across the species of Rhizophoraceae,and stomata size negatively and vein density positively correlated with genome *** negative leaf osmotic pressure at the full turgor(πo)was related to higher operating steady-state stomatal conductance(gs);and a higher leaf capacitance(cleaf)and more embolism resistant leaf xylem were associated with slower stomatal responses to an increase in *** addition,stomatal responsiveness to VPD was indirectly affected by leaf morphological traits,which were affected by site salinity and consequently leaf water *** results demonstrate that mangroves display a unique relationship between genome size,stomatal size and vein packing,and that stomatal responsiveness to VPD is regulated by leaf hydraulic traits and stomatal *** work provides a quantitative framework to better understand of stomatal regulation in mangroves

The practical application of high-energy-density lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries have been highly praised for energy storage devices,while are largely hindered by the“shuttling effect”.Herein,core-shell carbon spheres composed of interlinked porous core and lamellar shell were designed to restrain the polysulfide *** microporous structure with pore size of around 1 nm effectively trap lithium ***,the interconnected porous core shortens the ion transfer distance and the lamellar carbon shell endows the carbon spheres with fast electron conduction,finally facilitating polysulfide conversion ***,the Li-S batteries with the carbon spheres as the interlayer show high discharge specific capacity of 1002 m Ah/g at 2 c with 574 m Ah/g remaining after 600 cycles,and high areal capacity of 5.48 m Ah/cm^(2) with sulfur loading of 4.67 mg/cm^(2) at 0.1 *** corresponding pouch cells also exhibit stable cycling stability with an initial discharge specific capacity of 1082 m Ah/g at 0.1 c.
