Flexible double narrowband near-infrared photodetector based on PMMA/core-shell upconversion nanoparticle composites

Flexible narrowband near infrared(NIR)photodetectors(PDs)are urgently in demand in the fastdeveloping era of flexible electronics,due to their crucial roles in various innovative ***,we designed and synthesized the core-shell structured NaYF4:Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)@NaYF4:Nd^(3+)upconversion nanoparticles(uCNPs),which can be pumped by the 808 and 980 nm *** upconversion luminescence(uCL)are significantly enhanced after being assembled with the opal photonic crystals(OPCs)due to the photonic crystal effect,with 55 and 48 folds of enhancement factors under illuminations of 808 and 980 nm lights,*** on this hybrid,the flexible narrowband PDs were successfully fabricated on the PET substrate with the structure of OPCs/NaYF4:Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)@Nd^(3+)/MAPbl3,which displays excellent detection performance to double narrowband NIR light(808 and 980 nm)benefiting from the amplified uCL,with responsivity of 8.79 and 7.39 A/W,detectivity of 3.01×10^(11)and2.68×10^(11)cm·hz^(1/2)/W for 808 and 980 nm lights detection respectively,along with short response time in the range of 120-160 ***,the OPCs/NaYF4:Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)@NaYF4:Nd^(3+)/MAPbI3 double narrowband PDs display low photodetection power threshold(0.05 W/cm2),outstanding flexibility,prominent moisture resistance,and good long-time *** work displays a new concept of narrowband NIR PDs,which open a new field for specific NIR light detections.

In this paper, we consider the generalized vector quasi-equilibrium problem, which is formulated by finding X∈ K and y∈ T（x） such that x∈ E S（x） and φ（x,y, u）（∈/） -int C for all u ∈ S（x）. We establish an existence result in which T is not supposed to have any continuity property. Our results extend and improve the corresponding results of Cubiotti, yao and Guo.

A new scolopendra-type polymer of polydodecyloxybenzoyl[1,5]-diazocine（PDBD） was designed and prepared using 2,5-bis（4-（dodecyloxy）-benzoyl）terephthaloyl azide with trifluoroacetic acid（TFA） via one-pot reaction in good yields. The structure of polymer was characterized using ~1 h-NMR, ^（13） C-NMR and MALDI-TOF spectra. The polymer PDBD exhibits good thermal stability as measured by TGA and DSC, and can be dissolved well in common organic solvents such as chloroform and tetrahydrofuran. In addition, uV-Vis spectral studies indicate that the polymer PDBD shows unique optical property changes（protonation/deprotonation） in the different trifluoroacetic acid environments. The new polymer is expected to be utilized as an optical functional material for fabricating optical sensors in environmental and biological fields.

using the first-principles methods,the effects of different alloying elements M(M=Fe,Ni,Mn,Si,Mo,Cu,Y)on Cr_(2)0_(3)with Cl adsorption are *** results show that the layer distance of all doped models has been widened to different degrees with Cl *** Mo or Y is doped into the passive film,the difference of layer distance is reduced to a certain *** interaction between alloying elements and Cl is studied by calculating the adsorption height,bond population and electron density *** results show that Mo and Y can inhibit Cl erosion and improve the corrosion resistance of passive ***,we investigate the CrMoFe and CrMoY co-doped system with Cl *** calculations point out that when Mo and Y are doped together in the passive film,the corrosion resistance of the system is more prominent than that of CrMo,CrY and CrMoFe co-doping systems.

Objective:To investigate gene mutations associated with three different types of corneal dystrophies(CDs),and to establish a phenotype-genotype ***:Two patients with Avellino corneal dystrophy(ACD),four patients with lattice corneal dystrophy type I(LCD I) from one family,and three patients with macular corneal dystrophy type I(MCD I) were subjected to both clinical and genetic *** lamp examination was performed for all the subjects to assess their corneal *** DNA was extracted from peripheral blood *** coding regions of the human transforming growth factor β-induced(TGFBI) gene and carbohydrate sulfotransferase 6(ChST6) gene were amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and subjected to direct *** samples from 50 healthy volunteers were used as ***:Clinical examination showed three different phenotypes of *** examination identified that two ACD subjects were associated with homozygous R124h mutation of TGFBI,and four LCD I subjects were all associated with R124C heterozygous *** MCD I subject was associated with a novel S51X homozygous mutation in ChST6,while the other two MCD I subjects harbored a previously reported W232X homozygous ***:Our study highlights the prevalence of codon 124 mutations in the TGFBI gene among the Chinese ACD and LCD I ***,we found a novel mutation among MCD I patients.

hot stamping has been widely used in car industry to produce safety components. Most existing re- searches focused on the stamping and quenching process, but less on the mechanical properties of stamped parts. The fracture behaviors of hot stamped boron steel B1500hS have been studied, and other four commonly used sheet metals with different strengths, including Q235, TRIP780, QP980 and MS1300, were also introduced for comparison. Both.uniaxial tests and mechanical trimming tests were performed, and the fracture surfaces under different stress states were observed and discussed. The SEM observations showed that the fracture models are closely related to the stress states, i. e., the tensile surfaces have ductile rupture characters while the trimming surfaces have brittle rupture characters. Compared with other steels, the quenched boron steel has smaller dimple size accompa- nied by shear planes in the tensile surface, and has smaller burnish zone in the trimming surface, and its cutting surface with ＇S＇ like shape is also very different with others. Furthermore, two fitted em pirical models were derived to describe the quantitative correlations between the average dimple diam- eter and the steel strength and between the percentage of burnish zone and the steel strength.
