幽门螺杆菌抗体分型检测对疾病评估的价值

目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)抗体分型检测对评估机体肝脏和贫血状态价值。方法选取淮安市第五人民医院154名健康体检人群为研究对象,检测其Hp抗体、血常规和常规生化指标,分析Hp抗体与各检测指标间的相关性。结果Hp抗体阴阳性与性别、年龄和体重指数无显著性相关(P>0.05)。Hp抗体阳性组(n=94)较阴性组(n=60),白细胞、中性粒细胞计数、淋巴细胞计数(lymphocyte count,LYM#)、血小板降低,总胆红素、直接胆红素、球蛋白升高,白球比下降(P<0.05)。Hp抗体Ⅰ型较Ⅱ型感染者的红细胞平均分布宽度变异系数高(P<0.05)。Hp抗体Ⅰ型不同分组比较结果显示,尿素酶抗体(urease antibodies,Ure Ab)(+)、空泡毒素相关蛋白A抗体(vacuotoxin associated protein A antibody,VacA Ab)(+)较Ure Ab(+)、VacA Ab(-)组红细胞平均体积(mean corpuscular volume,MCV)、平均血红蛋白量(mean corpuscular hemoglobin,MCH)、红细胞分布宽度标准差(standard deviation of red cell volume distribution width,RDW-SD)升高,LYM#降低(P<0.05);而Ure Ab(+)、细胞毒素相关蛋白A抗体(cytotoxin associated protein A antibody,CagA Ab)(+)、VacA Ab(+)较Ure Ab(+)、CagA Ab(+)、VacA Ab(-)组MCV、MCH、RDW-SD升高,丙氨酸氨基转移酶/天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶下降(P<0.05)。结论Hp抗体分型检测可评估机体肝脏和贫血状态,对于疾病的评估和治疗有指导作用。

Exosomes,as promising vehicles,have been widely used in the research of oral drug delivery,but the generally low drug loading efficiency of exosomes seriously limits its application and *** this study,we systematically investigated the effects of drug loading methods and physicochemical properties(lipophilicity and molecular weight)on drug loading efficiency of milk-derived exosomes to explore the most appropriate loading *** finding revealed that the drug loading efficiency of exosomes was closely related to the drug loading method,drug lipophilicity,drug molecular weight and exosome/drug *** note,we demonstrated the universality that hydrophilic biomacromolecule drugs were the most appropriate loading drugs for milk-derived exosomes,which was attributed to the efficient loading capacity and sustained release ***,milk-derived exosomes could significantly improve the transepithelial transport and oral bioavailability of model hydrophilic biomacromolecule drugs(octreotide,exendin-4 and salmon calcitonin).Collectively,our results suggested that the encapsulation of hydrophilic biomacromolecule drugs might be the most promising direction for milk exosomes as oral drug delivery vehicles.

In a rechargeable wireless sensor network,utilizing the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)as a mobile base station(BS)to charge sensors and collect data effectively prolongs the network’s *** this paper,we jointly optimize the UAV’s flight trajectory and the sensor selection and operation modes to maximize the average data traffic of all sensors within a wireless sensor network(WSN)during finite UAV’s flight time,while ensuring the energy required for each sensor by wireless power transfer(WPT).We consider a practical scenario,where the UAV has no prior knowledge of sensor *** UAV performs autonomous navigation based on the status information obtained within the coverage area,which is modeled as a Markov decision process(MDP).The deep Q-network(DQN)is employed to execute the navigation based on the UAV position,the battery level state,channel conditions and current data traffic of sensors within the UAV’s coverage *** simulation results demonstrate that the DQN algorithm significantly improves the network performance in terms of the average data traffic and trajectory design.

Adolescent binge drinking leads to long-lasting disorders of the adult central nervous system,particularly aberrant hippocampal *** this study,we applied in vivo fluorescent tracing using NestinCreERT2::Rosa26-tdTomato mice and analyzed the endogenous neurogenesis lineage progression of neural stem cells(NSCs)and dendritic spine formation of newborn neurons in the subgranular zone of the dentate *** found abnormal orientation of tamoxifen-induced tdTomato+(tdTom^(+))NSCs in adult mice 2 months after treatment with EtOH(5.0 g/kg,i.p.)for 7 consecutive *** markedly inhibited tdTom^(+)NSCs activation and hippocampal neurogenesis in mouse dentate gyrus from adolescence to ***(100 mM)also significantly inhibited the proliferation to 39.2%and differentiation of primary NSCs in *** mice exposed to EtOH also exhibited marked inhibitions in dendritic spine growth and newborn neuron maturation in the dentate gyrus,which was partially reversed by voluntary running or inhibition of the mammalian target of rapamycinenhancer of zeste homolog 2 *** vivo tracing revealed that EtOH induced abnormal orientation of tdTom+NSCs and spatial misposition defects of newborn neurons,thus causing the disturbance of hippocampal neurogenesis and dendritic spine remodeling in mice.

Pharmaceutical formulations derived from Aristolochiaceae herbs, which contain aristolochic acids(AAs), are widely used for medicinal purposes. However, exposure to these plants and isolated AAs is linked to renal toxicity, known as AA nephropathy(AAN). Currently, the mechanisms underlying AAN are not fully understood, leading to unsatisfactory treatment strategies. In this study, we explored the protective role of 84-B10(5-[[2-(4-methoxyphenoxy)-5-(trifluoromethyl) phenyl] amino]-5-oxo-3-phenylpentanoic acid) against AAN. RNA-seq analysis revealed that the mitochondrion and peroxisome were the most affected cellular components following 84-B10 treatment in AAN mice. Consistently, 84-B10 treatment preserved mitochondrial ultrastructure, restored mitochondrial respiration, enhanced the expression of key transporters(carnitine palmitoyltransferase 2) and enzymes(acylCoenzyme A dehydrogenase, medium chain) involved in mitochondrial fatty acid β-oxidation, and reduced mitochondrial ROS generation in both aristolochic acid I(AAI)-challenged mice kidneys and cultured proximal tubular epithelial cells. Additionally, 84-B10 treatment increased the expression of key transporters(ATP binding cassette subfamily D) and rate-limiting enzymes(acyl-CoA oxidase 1) involved in peroxisomal fatty acid β-oxidation and restored peroxisomal redox balance. Knocking down LONP1 expression diminished the protective effects of 84-B10 against AAN, suggesting LONP1-dependent protection. In conclusion, our study provides evidence that AAN is associated with significant disturbances in both mitochondrial and peroxisomal functions. The LONP1 activator 84-B10 demonstrates therapeutic potential against AAN, likely by maintaining homeostasis in both mitochondria and peroxisomes.

Flammulina velutipes and Auricularia polytricha are two popular dietary mushrooms,especially in the Northeast of *** have revealed many pharmacological effects due to their bioactive compounds,but their possible mechanism of action involved in inflammation remains poorly ***,Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)which is a chronic disease and progressive inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract were used to evaluate their anti-inflammatory and modulatory properties on the intestinal microbiota via the signaling pathways involved by oral administration of ***(FVE)and ***(APE).Mice were daily received 3%DSS in the drinking water followed by the daily administration of FVE and *** food consumption,weight variation and DAI score were assessed during the experiment and inflammatory parameters,mRNA and protein expressions to determine the possible signaling pathways involved,and the gut microbiota from the cecum by high-throughput *** showed that APE and FVE improved clinical symptoms,inflammatory cytokines and oxidative *** also attenuated the mRNA and proteins expressions in colon ***,APE and FVE regulated DSS-induced intestinal dysbiosis and stimulated the SCFAs ***,APE and FVE could improve DSS-induced IBD in mice suggesting that they represent novels therapeutic drugs and could be used as prebiotic to modulate the gut microbiota and preserve intestinal integrity.

Panic disorder (PD) is an acute paroxysmal anxiety disorder with poorly understood pathophysiology. The dorsal periaqueductal gray (dPAG) is involved in the genesis of PD. However, the downstream neurofunctional changes of the dPAG during panic attacks have yet to be evaluated in vivo. In this study, optogenetic stimulation to the dPAG was performed to induce panic-like behaviors, and in vivo positron emission tomography (PET) imaging with ,8F-flurodeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) was conducted to evaluate neurofunctional changes before and after the optogenetic stimulation. Compared with the baseline, post-optogenetic stimulation PET imaging demonstrated that the glucose metabolism significantly increased (P lia, the frontal cortex, the forceps minor corpus callosum, the primary somatosensory cortex, the primary motor cortex, the secondary visual cortex, and the dorsal lateral geniculate nucleus. Taken together, these data indicated that in vivo PET imaging can successfully detect downstream neurofunctional changes involved in the panic attacks after optogenetic stimulation to the dPAG.

About 70%of the flue gas in the iron-steel industry has achieved multi-pollutant ultra-low emissions in China until 2023,and then the blast furnace gas purification has become the control step and *** research group has designed and constructed the world’s first blast furnace gas desulfurization pilot plant with the scale of 2000 Nm^(3)/h in October *** pilot plant is a two-step combined desulfurization device including catalytic hydrolysis of carbonyl sulfur(COS)and absorption-oxidation of H_(2)S,continuously running for 120 *** the hydrolysis system,one reason for catalyst deactivation has been verified from the sulfur *** in blast furnace gas can be hydrolyzed on the hydrolysis catalyst to produce the nitrogen deposition,which is one of the reasons for catalyst deactivation and has never been found in previous *** deposition forms of S and N elements are determined,S element forms elemental sulfur and sulfate,while N element forms-NH_(2)and NH_(4)^(+).In the absorption-oxidation system,the O_(2)loading and the residence time have been optimized to control the oxidation of HS^(−)to produce elemental sulfur instead of by-product S_(2)O_(3)^(2−).The balance and distribution of S and N elements have been calculated for thewholemulti-phase system,approximately 84.4%of the sulfur is converted to solid sulfur product,about 1.3%of the sulfur and 19.2%of N element are deposited on the hydrolysis *** pilot plant provides technical support formulti-pollutant control of blast furnace.
