Great efforts have been devoted to the study of photo-responsive adsorption,but its current methodology largely depends on the well-defined photochromic units and their photo-driven molecular ***,a methodology to fabricate nondeforming photo-responsive sorbents is successfully *** C_(60)-fullerene doping in metalloporphyrin metal-organic frameworks(PCN-M,M=Fe,Co,or Ni)and intensively interacting with the metalloporphyrin sites,effective charge-transfer can be achieved over the metalloporphyrin-C_(60) architectures once excited by the light at 350 to 780 *** electron density distribution and the resultant adsorption activity are thus changed by excited states,which are also stable enough to meet the timescale of microscopic adsorption *** charge-transfer over Co(II)-porphyrin-C_(60) is proved to be more efficient than the Fe(II)-and Ni(II)-porphyrin-C_(60) sites,as well as than all the metalloporphyrin sites,so the CO_(2) adsorption capacity(CAC;at 0°C and 1 bar)over the C_(60)-doped PCN-Co can be largely improved from 2.05 mmol g^(−1) in the darkness to 2.69 mmol g−1 with light,increased by 31%,in contrast to photo-irresponsive CAC over all C_(60)-undoped PCN-M sorbents and only the photo-loss CAC over C_(60).

The pear is an economic fruit that is widely planted around the world and is loved by people for its rich nutritional value. Autophagy is a self-protection mechanism in eukaryotes, and its occurrence often accompanied by the degradation of damaged substances in cells and the recycling of nutrients. Autophagy is one of the mechanisms through which plants respond to environmental stress and plays an important role in plant development and stress resistance. Functional studies of autophagy-related genes (ATGs) have been performed on a variety of plant species, but little information is available on the ATG family in pear (Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd). Therefore, we analyzed the evolutionary dynamics and performed a genome-wide characterization of the PbrATG gene family. A total of 28 PbrATG members were *** analysis showed that PbrATGs were more closely related to ATGs of European pear and apple. Evolutionary analysis revealed that whole-genome duplication (WGD) and dispersed duplication events were the main driving forces of PbrATG family *** analysis of different pear tissues showed that all the genes were expressed in different pear tissues, and different PbrATGs are expressed at different times and in different locations. The exposure patterns of pest control and disinfection workers have changed after the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak,but the health risks of chemical exposure have not been *** identified these workers’chemical exposure patterns and risks before and after the COVID-19 *** used data conducted between 2018(pre-pandemic)and 2021(post-pandemic)from three-year cross-sectional surveys on pest control and disinfection *** and dermal exposure concentrations were estimated using equations based on a biocidal product risk assessment model from the Korean National Institute of Environmental *** non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks of chemicals were calculated using the United States Environmental Protection Agency risk assessment *** found that the annual work frequency(50^(th)percentile)of foggers using disinfectants increased the most among all the work types,from 140 uses/year to 176 uses/year after the COVID-19 ***,all chemicals’non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks increased regardless of exposure *** the worst scenario(95^(th)percentile),the margin of exposure for citric acid,benzethonium chloride,benzyl-C12-16-alkyldimethyl chlorides,and sodium chlorite of inhalation exposure,and isopropyl alcohol and benzyl-C12-16-alkyldimethyl chlorides of dermal exposure were acceptable(>100)before the COVID-19outbreak but became unacceptable(10^(-6))before and after the COVID-19 outbreak but comparatively high after the COVID-19 ***,significantly more workers experienced health symptoms after the COVID-19outbreak(p<0.05),with the most common being muscle lethargy(31%),skin/face stinging(28.7%),and breath shortness/neck pain(24.1%).
