Rice production accounts for approximately half of the freshwater resources utilized in agriculture,result-ing in greenhouse gas emissions such as methane(CH4)from flooded paddy *** address this chal-lenge,environmentally friendly and cost-effective water-saving techniques have become widely adopted in rice ***,the implementation of water-saving treatments(WsTs)in paddy-field rice has been associated with a substantial yield loss of up to 50%as well as a reduction in nitrogen use efficiency(NUE).In this study,we discovered that the target of rapamycin(TOR)signaling pathway is compromised in rice under *** profiling-coupled transcriptome sequencing(polysome-seq)analysis unveiled a substantial reduction in global translation in response to WST associated with the downregulation of TOR ***,biochemical,and genetic analyses revealed new insights into the impact of the positive TOR-S6K-RPS6 and negative TOR-MAF1 modules on translation repression under ***,ammonium exhibited a greater ability to alleviate growth constraints under WsT by enhancing TOR signaling,which simultaneously promoted uptake and utilization of ammonium and nitrogen *** further demonstrated that TOR modulates the ammonium transporter AMT1;1 as well as the amino acid permease APP1 and dipeptide transporter NPF7.3.at the translational level through the 5'untranslated ***,these findings reveal that enhancing TOR signaling could mitigate rice yield penalty due to WST by regulating the processes involved in protein synthesis and *** study will contribute to the breeding of new rice varieties with increased water and fertilizer utilization efficiency.

Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)ranks as one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths *** the prominence and effectiveness of kinase-target therapies in NSCLC treatment,these drugs are suitable for and beneficial to a mere~3.%of NSCLC ***,the need for novel strategies addressing NSCLC remains ***(DUBs),a group of diverse enzymes with well-defined catalytic sites that are frequently overactivated in cancers and associated with tumorigenesis and regarded as promising therapeutic ***,the mechanisms by which DUBs promote NSCLC remain poorly *** a global analysis of the 97 DUBs’contribution to NSCLC survival possibilities using The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database,we found that high expression of Josephin Domain-containing protein 2(JOSD2)predicted the poor prognosis of *** of JOSD2 significantly impeded NSCLC growth in both cell/patient-derived xenografts in ***,we found that JOSD2 restricts the kinase activity of LKB1,an important tumor suppressor generally inactivated in NSCLC,by removing K6-linked polyubiquitination,an action vital for maintaining the integrity of the LKB1-STRAD-MO25 ***,we identified the first small-molecule inhibitor of JOSD2,and observed that its pharmacological inhibition significantly arrested NSCLC proliferation in vitro/in *** findings highlight the vital role of JOSD2 in hindering LKB1 activity,underscoring the therapeutic potential of targeting JOSD2 in NSCLC,especially in those with inactivated LKB1,and presenting its inhibitors as a promising strategy for NSCLC treatment.

对天然气-固态硫酸钙体系进行了初步恒温热模拟实验研究,探讨了反应途径和热力学特征。结果表明,高温下天然气与固态硫酸钙可以发生明显的硫酸盐热化学还原反应(TSR),产物主要为硫化氢、二氧化碳、碳酸钙、水和焦炭。随TSR程度加深,天然气中总烃所占比例呈递减趋势,天然气干燥程度与酸化程度均增大。给出了天然气参与TSR的反应途径通式并进行了热力学分析。热力学上长链烷烃比短链烷烃更容易与固态硫酸钙发生TSR.以川东北飞仙关组鲕滩高H2S天然气藏为例进行了TSR体系的地质实例研究,发现模拟实验结果与实际地质例证结论基本一致。

Underground energy and resource development,deep underground energy storage and other projects involve the global stability of multiple interconnected cavern groups under internal and external dynamic *** evaluation method of the global stability coefficient of underground caverns based on static overload and dynamic overload was ***,the global failure criterion for caverns was defined based on its band connection of plastic-strain between ***,overloading calculation of the boundary geostress and seismic intensity on the caverns model was carried out,and the critical unstable state of multi-caverns can be identified,if the plastic-strain band appeared between caverns during these overloading ***,the global stability coefficient for the multi-caverns under static loading and earthquake was obtained based on the corresponding overloading *** analysis for the Yingliangbao(YLB)hydraulic caverns indicated that this method can not only effectively obtain the global stability coefficient of caverns under static and dynamic earthquake conditions,but also identify the caverns’high-risk zone of local instability through localized plastic strain of surrounding *** study can provide some reference for the layout design and seismic optimization of underground cavern group.

Endodontic diseases are a kind of chronic infectious oral disease. Common endodontic treatment concepts are based on the removal of inflamed or necrotic pulp tissue and the replacement by gutta-percha. However, it is very essential for endodontic treatment to debride the root canal system and prevent the root canal system from bacterial reinfection after root canal therapy(RCT). Recent research, encompassing bacterial etiology and advanced imaging techniques, contributes to our understanding of the root canal system’s anatomy intricacies and the technique sensitivity of RCT. Success in RCT hinges on factors like patients, infection severity, root canal anatomy, and treatment techniques. Therefore, improving disease management is a key issue to combat endodontic diseases and cure periapical lesions. The clinical difficulty assessment system of RCT is established based on patient conditions, tooth conditions, root canal configuration, and root canal needing retreatment, and emphasizes pre-treatment risk assessment for optimal outcomes. The findings suggest that the presence of risk factors may correlate with the challenge of achieving the high standard required for RCT. These insights contribute not only to improve education but also aid practitioners in treatment planning and referral decision-making within the field of endodontics.

频控阵(Frequency Diversity Array,FDA)雷达于2006年由Antonik和Wicks提出.由于FDA雷达每个相邻的天线之间存在一个频率偏移,因此在发射阵列存在距离角度二维依赖性.而对于双基地频控阵多输入多输出(FDA-Multiple Input Multiple Output,FDA-MIMO)雷达而言,在导向矢量中耦合了波离方向、到达方向、距离(Direction Of Departure-Direction Of Arrival-range,DOD-DOA-range)三个信息,如何对三者信息进行解耦便成为研究的重点.本文针对双基地FDA-MIMO雷达的目标参数估计问题,提出了一个张量框架下的降维多重信号分类(Reduced-Dimension MUltiple SIgnal Classification,RD-MUSIC)的参数估计算法.首先,为了将发射阵列中的DOD和距离信息进行解耦,需要对发射阵列进行子阵的划分.紧接着利用高阶奇异值分解(High-Order-Singular Value Decomposition,HOSVD)算法获得信号子空间,并构建二维空间谱函数.其次,通过拉格朗日算法对空间谱进行降维,使其仅与DOA有关,从而得到DOA估计.然后利用子阵之间的频率增量来对DOD和距离信息进行解耦,同时消除相位模糊,最终得到与DOA估计自动匹配的DOD和距离估计.所提算法利用高维数据的多维结构提高了估计精度,同时能够有效地降低运算复杂度.数值实验证明了所提算法性能的优越性.
