Archean Mass-independent Fractionation of Sulfur Isotope:New Evidence of Bedded Sulfide Deposits in the Yanlingguan-Shihezhuang area of Xintai,Shandong Province

Multiple sulfur isotope ratios （^34S/^33S/^32S） of Archean bedded sulfides deposits were measured in the Yanlingguan Formation of the Taishan Group in Xintai, Shandong Province, East of China; 633S = -0.7%o to 3.8‰,δ^34S = 0.1‰-8.8‰, △^33S = -2.3‰ to -0.7‰. The sulfur isotope compositions show obvious mass-independent fractionation （MIF） signatures. The presence of MIF of sulfur isotope in Archean sulfides indicates that the sulfur was from products of photochemical reactions of volcanic SO2 induced by solar UV radiation, implying that the ozone shield was not formed in atmosphere at that time, and the oxygen level was less than 10-5 PAL （the present atmosphere level）. The sulfate produced by photolysis of SO2 with negative △^33S precipitated near the volcanic activity center; and the product of element S with positive △^33S precipitated far away from the volcanic activity center. The lower △^33S values of sulfide （-2.30‰ to --0.25‰） show that Shihezhuang was near the volcanic center, and sulfur was mostly from sulfate produced by photolysis. The higher △^33S values （-0.5‰ to -‰） indicate that Yanlingguan was far away from the volcanic center and that some of sulfur were from sulfate, another from element S produced by photolysis. The data points of sulfur isotope from Yanlingguan are in a line parallel to MFL （mass dependent fractionation line） on the plot of δ^34S--δ^33S, showing that the volcanic sulfur species went through the atmospheric cycle into the ocean, and then mass dependent fractionation occurred during deposition of sulfide. The data points of sulfur isotope from Shihezhuang represent a mix of different sulfur source.

Extreme Enrichment of Tellurium in Deep-Sea Sediments

Tellurium is a sort of scattered rare element on the earth. Its concentration is very low in earth＇s crust, only 1.0 ng/g. However, it has extremely high abundance in Co-rich crusts, marine polymetallic nodules, deep-sea sediments and aerolites. To find out the origin of tellurium enrichment in deep-sea sediments, we analyzed and compared tellurium concentrations and helium isotope compositions in the magnetic parts and those in the bulk parts of deep-sea sediments. The result indicates that the helium content, 3He/4He ratio and tellurium concentration are obviously higher in the magnetic parts than those in the bulk parts. The 3He abundance varies synchronously with the tellurium concentration. 3He and Te have a distinct positive correlation with each other. It is the first time that the paper brings forward that the extreme enrichment of tellurium in deep-sea sediments, like helium isotope anomalies, probably results from the input of interplanetary dust particles （IDPs）. Similarly, the extreme enrichment of tellurium in marine polymetallic nodules and Co-rich crusts is possibly related to IDPs.

Subgroup 4(Sg4)members of the R2R3-MYB are generally known as negative regulators of the phenylpropanoid pathway in *** previous research showed that a R2R3-MYB Sg4 member from Camellia sinensis(CsMYB4a)inhibits expression of some genes in the phenylpropanoid pathway,but its physiological function in the tea plant remained ***,CsMYB4a was found to be highly expressed in anther and filaments,and participated in regulating filament *** analysis and exogenous auxin treatment showed that the target of CsMYB4a might be the auxin signal ***/indole-3-acetic acid 4(AUX/IAA4),a repressor in auxin signal transduction,was detected from a yeast two-hybrid screen using CsMYB4a as *** silencing assays showed that both CsIAA4 and CsMYB4a regulate filament *** plants overexpressing CsIAA4 were insensitive to exogenous a-NAA,consistent with overexpression of ***-protein interaction experiments revealed that CsMYB4a interacts with N-terminal of CsIAA4 to prevent CsIAA4 *** out of the endogenous NtIAA4 gene,a CsIAA4 homolog,in tobacco alleviated filament growth inhibition and a-NAA insensitivity in plants overexpressing *** results strongly suggest that CsMYB4a works synergistically with CsIAA4 and participates in regulation of the auxin pathway in stamen.

The Induction Period of Hydrate Formation in a Flow System

The induction period of hydrate formation was determined by analyzing the experimental data-either based on the shading ratio data of laser detector or based on the pressure drop data of the flow system. The induction period of CC12F2 (R12) in pure water and that of CH4 in (tetrahydrofuran + water) systems were then measured with the above two methods. Experimental data show that the induction period depends on the driving force exponentially. Flow rate also has a significant influence on the hydrate nucleation. A new induction period model taking the driving force and liquid flow rate into account was proposed. And it is successfully applied to the calculation of the induction period which is in good agreement with the experimental data obtained in this study.

在专利审查中,确定实际解决的技术问题采用“区别特征-技术效果-技术问题”的判断思路,而技术效果是确定发明实际解决技术问题的客观依据。为了准确认定实际解决的技术问题,首先,通过一个典型的诉讼案例比较了专利审查和两级法院在行政和司法中的认定异同,突出了确定实际解决技术问题在创造性判断中的重要性。其次,结合专利审查实践经验,提出了在确定实际解决技术问题时应从技术效果和保护范围的视角综合考虑,并归纳了应当注意的几点考量。

生态网络在不同破坏程度或干扰强度下呈现出不同的鲁棒性,势必造成区域生态系统的稳定性风险。基于武汉城市圈生态网络的构建与识别,建立节点和廊道的重要性评价体系,运用鲁棒模型模拟随机干扰情景下的鲁棒性变化评价生态网络的稳定性特征。结果表明:基于复杂网络理论对武汉城市圈生态网络进行拓扑网络提取,共生成117个节点和189条连接线,重要性等级较高的节点占23.9%,主要分布在研究区中北部区域,重要性较低的节点占节点总数的51.3%,主要分布在研究区的西北和东南地区;采用重力模型判别生态廊道重要性,得到17条重要廊道,28条一般廊道,重要廊道对生态网络的连通性和稳定性具有极大影响;节点数量和重要度对网络的稳定性具有显著影响,当节点失效率低于50%时,生态网络稳定性变化较小,整体处于较高的稳定性;当节点失效率在50%—85%时,生态网络极其不稳定;当节点失效比率达到85%时,生态网络开始瘫痪;依据生态节点和廊道的重要性以及模拟结果,分别提出生态节点保护和廊道建设的差异化管理策略。

To the Editor:Owing to the heterogeneity of congenital heart disease-associated pulmonary hypertension(CHDPH)disease and the development of the pulmonary vascular system in pediatric patients,the management of CHD-PH in children is signicantly different from that in adults.[1]Early identication and intervention of CHD-PH are of great signicance for disease management in children with CHD,and non-invasive,accurate clinical tools are urgently needed to predict PH risk in children with ***,the applicability of the current risk-scoring system to pediatric CHD-PH remains ***,there are presently no user-friendly,non-invasive online tools available for predicting CHD-PH,and there is a scarcity of related studies in Asian *** study aimed to develop and validate the prediction tools for estimating the risk of pulmonary hypertension and clinical deterioration in children with congenital heart disease.

[目的]观察益气化瘀汤联合氯吡格雷及阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按就诊顺序号方法随机分为两组。对照组40例氯吡格雷,3片/次,1次/d;阿司匹林,口服3片,次日改为2片,1次/d。治疗组40例益气化瘀汤(黄芪、升麻各20g,麦芽、党参、云苓各15g,白术10g,山楂12g,川芎、莪术、枳实、柴胡、三棱各10g,红花9g),随症加减,1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活、社会功能、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效21例,有效17例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%;对照组显效15例,有效14例,无效11例,总有效率72.50%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活、社会功能评分治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气化瘀汤联合氯吡格雷及阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死,疗效满意,提升生活质量,值得推广。
